ns later, said he was double parked and couldn't wait for me. She called my desk and left a message but they can't take deliveries at a bank (from what she said "especially when the guy ran in and wanted to deliver it quick to leave". He said he was double parked and he would be right back. I arrived about 20 seconds after he left and waited but he never came back. (That's when security agent told me above). She called over to the bank branch and they stated he complained to them about security agent. He had time to do this but not park legally or come back in I guess. He left me a message and I called right back saying I was in office rest of the day(about 4 hours left at that point ) but never heard back from him. I did get a call back from barb telling me they wouldn't try to deliver again and her tone was definitely rude. I actually thought I was reading too much into tone do I let a coworker listen, who didn't know what was going on) and she agreed she definitely had a rude tone. Anyway my wife got a refund after a fight with 800 flowers thankfully but a very nice gesture by her was ruined by this driver. Had he come right back in like he said I would have been there. If you are dealing with them, I wish you better luck than I had.
