Due to Covid, we had to reschedule a few times and she didn't really react either way.
We finally had our final planning call, went over again what we wanted. She promised she would be at the venue at 9AM the day of the wedding, since that was when I was getting there. However, with it being so crazy, I did realize until the photographer asked (around 11:30) where the flowers were. I, Immediately texted her and she didn't answer. I finally told my venue (since they have a good relationship with her) and they called her and said they were en route. About an hour later they showed up.
To my dismay my bouquet was nothing what I imagined or told her what I was looking for. I told her I wanted a cascading front, and it did not have it. I also told her I had lockets I wanted attached to my bouquet and when the person (not her) arrived with the flowers, he seemed a little annoyed that he had to figure out a way to attach them.

Sorry you feel this way about your experience working with me. I will begin by saying that when we started communicating it was clear that there was a strict budget, I did everything I could to accommodate this, including working with silk flow...

I understand the reason for being upset, but was very unappreciative of the unprofessional manner in which I was talked to via phone call. There must have been a miscommunication regarding the garland… we discussed in our meetings that I would make a garland of greenery for the welcome sign to be reused for the sweetheart table (a tip i give my brides to cut cost, dual usage!) which I made around 4 feet long to stretch the width of the table. Not once during our meetings did you specify you wanted a 10 foot long garland to drape onto the floor. If you had, I would have made note of it and charged triple what I did for the garland you received. There was nothing to be fixed at this point.
Also, the reason why I set up so early was beyond my control… the venue told us we had to be done setting up by 11am, so we followed instruction. And I will make a point to say that when I set up the pergola I attached the flowers to the left side since we discussed doing an asymmetrical look. I even posted photos I took of the pergola after I set up on my instagram if you would like to reference. Someone must’ve decided for themselves to move the flowers to the center of the pergola. Once again I am sorry to have had blame on this issue, and would never want to make a bride unhappy on her big day, I take pride in my work and this is deeply upsetting to me.

g of my wedding it was filled with star-gazers, no white roses, 3 gerberas and 4 strands of orchids sticking straight out the bottom. I hated it. My bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous though. I called Stella and she fixed it when we got to the venue. It turned out very nice, but it was a little stressful. She does nice work but I would recommend bringing a photo of exactly what you want so that you're not disappointed or have a different vision. Also save fabric from your dress and your bridesmaid's/ mom's dress to wrap around the stems.
