Always Blooming Florist and Boutique

I read the reviews from other brides and thought, "how bad could it be!?" I booked my flowers and gave them my colors. Didn't find anything in the book I liked so I gave them a general idea of what I wanted. Do not ever do this. I learned a lesson. My color was dark purple and silver and we were getting married in August so they asked if I wanted some summery flowers, to which I responded, Sure! On my wedding day I did not see the bouquet until 5 pm, 1 hour prior to my wedding. I walk into my bridal suite and low and behold there is a lime green and hot pink bouquet. My mother in law was worried to even show it to me because she knew it stood out. They also put lime green carnations, the cheapest flower imaginable in my throw bouquet. I emailed Jennifer from Always Blooming and she stated that I came in at a busy time and my preferences weren't on my ticket that she had on file. None of that is my fault or problem. She could have scheduled a consult when she wasn't busy and she should have asked more questions and made better notes. She made no effort to make the situation right or to make me feel better.
