They were willing to help place the dress, add sleeves, take off sleeves, help me try on multiple veils, and do anything else that I needed. They gave honest opinions and great suggestions. They never made me feel rushed or out of place! I could not have found a better place to chose my wedding dress! I could not have said “yes” to the dress without Zoe and Bri! When I arrived in the shop I noticed the beautiful aesthetics and the handwritten card with my name on it; so cute right?! Hope was so knowledgeable about all of the dresses and helped me stay within my budget. She helped me get into every single dress and helped make the trying-on experience a breeze! The owner of the shop was also so sweet! I’m soooo happy I chose to check out AE Bridal and I can’t wait to wear the dress of my dreams on my big day!

a very fun time. She made me feel confident in every dress that I put on, and never made me feel pressured into trying certain dresses. She stayed within my budget and brought me the most beautiful dresses that matched my vision. I just happen to stumble into the shop one afternoon, and that same day I booked a private fitting for the weekend. I loved my experience at Always Elegant! All of the girls were so sweet and down to earth. e, but it was far from it! Zoë was so amazing from the get go. She called days before my appointment to get a feel for what I wanted and things I liked and really listened. Even my friends said how impressed they were with how well she pulled dresses that were my style--it made choosing just one so hard! Zoë made me feel comfortable and never once rushed me. She really helped make the whole experience so great. AE made saying "Yes" with my family and friends so fun and even sent me home with the cutest gift of champagne and engagement socks. About a week later I came home from vacation, and even found a personalized thank you note to me from Zoë. I can't recommend AE enough, you'll love your experience!

Mikayla has gone out of her way to make the wedding attire easy as possible for not only myself, but also my mom, my groom and his groomsmen for the suits. She has been such a pleasure to work with. he biggest smile from my bridal stylist Mikayla, her warmth and genuine personality was what first sold me. Within only a few dresses she found me “The One”. The whole team at A&E was cheering me on and they allowed me to walk around and stay in that dress for as long as I wanted, which was probably far too long but who cares I found my gown! How I felt that day is was has had me finding excuses to pop in, say hello and probably buy more beautiful pieces. Wether it be a second dress, veil, jewelry or shoes, I would keep going back to this wonderful bridal store again and again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the same experience.

There is something extra special about AE in Chico... you can go anywhere and without the proper experience you will walk away feeling frustrated and unhopeful as a bride, I am speaking from experience. But from the moment I walked into AE and was greeted by my stylist Mary I knew deep down this was the place. Mary was absolutely amazing! we got to share our excitement in being engaged because she was recently engaged as well, and we got to talking about planning and all the highs and lows. It wasn't just finding a dress that day, I found a friend. I found someone who empowered me in every dress I put on, someone who related to the scary feeling of finding "the dress" and wondering if it was affordable, someone who found my dress and brought me to tears because when I put it on it was the first time I felt like "Jareds wife" I was a bride. I trusted and valued her option the most. I ended up finding my dream dress and had all together an amazing experience! I've been wedding dress shopping with friends before and no stylist has ever been as helpful or upbeat as all of the ladies in the shop!

ke yesterday. Having him with us for our special day is the most important thing to us. Ladies, do yourself a favor and make an appointment here. This is the most incredible and caring group of women I have ever met. After having a horrible experience at a different bridal store in Redding - I called Always Elegant in Chico to see if they could possibly get me in that day. I explained to them ahead of time what my situation was and that I understood some dresses would not be an option if they needed to be ordered as they can take months to make. They were super accommodating over the phone and told us to come in that day. My Best Friend and I drove from Redding not really knowing what to expect. When we arrived Brianna and two other lovely ladies greeted us warmly. Brianna had already pulled 6-7 dressed that could be ordered in enough time for our wedding. They took my measurements right away and she helped me into dresses. I am short which means I had to keep in mind that the bottom would have to be altered so lace designs were a little intimidating for me. Brianna eased my worries and explained how each dress would be altered which I know seems like no big deal, but this is HUGE ! After she helped me into a few dresses I walked around the store to look at a few different styles. One in particular caught my eye as it looked different from anything I had seen before. She checked their database before I tried it on to make sure they could get it in time and it was a go! I tried it on and was shocked at how I looked. This was an incredible dress. It looked perfect on my body! She opened the curtain and my best friend looked at me in awe and cried! One of the other ladies in the store even teared up! I was so nervous and emotional - this was that moment I was suppose to have. Even with all the sadness in my families heart and my heart with my dads battle with cancer, these ladies helped me have "my dress moment". It was indescribable and I honestly didn't know I could have that bride moment - but they made it happen! Not only that but they could order the dress in my size and have it there in less than 10 days! I already made an appointment with a wonderful tailor that they personally recommended. She met me in their store to go over the alterations and set up my 1st fitting appointment on the 11th. The owner reached out to me to personally congratulate me and I even received a touching thank you card from Brianna today. These ladies go above and beyond. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them all. They have completely taken a very stressful and emotional situation and turned it into a dreamy and exciting experience. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to helping find MY dress!

s I had saved to my Pinterest that they had in their shop. And then she chose one that was not in my list, and guess what? IT WAS THE ONE! Mikayla was so encouraging and fun! She had great advice and so much expertise. My friends and I had a great time with her. I loved the variety of dresses this store has and the great service they offer!
