I had the best experience with the ladies of Alway Elegant Bridal! It was my first experience shopping for my wedding dress, and I ended up buying the first dress I tried on! Hope was my consultant and she was phenomenal to work with. The dress I purchased was one she picked out before even meeting me. She was so attentive and kind, and extremely helpful and I never felt rushed. All the dresses she picked out for me were gorgeous and what I was looking for. I can’t wait to go back and pick up my dream dress!

McKenzie was so sweet and amazing in helping my find my dream dress. She made the experience so fun, and truly helped me pull my vision together, and find exactly what I was looking for in a dress. It was truly the best experience

My bridal stylist was Zoë- I cannot say more positive things about her and my overall experience. Zoë made my experience better than I could have imagined, she was so kind and personable. She really listened to everything I said and made me feel SO beautiful. It felt like we were on the same page the whole appointment, which again she went above and beyond for. She is the BEST! AE itself was BEAUTIFUL, so stylish and modern. I was between three dresses, which is a GREAT problem to have considering I went in SO nervous that I wouldn’t find a dress for me. If I could go back and relive the day, I absolutely would. I’m so thankful for AE and Zoë for making my experience incredible and SO memorable.

I bought my wedding dress at AE Bridal and had a great experience. My appointment was 90 min, and they allowed us to stay as long as we wanted. We ended up being in there for 3.5 hrs. I started to feel slightly defeated because I wasn’t feeling great about anything, and they were so patient. My consultant found my dress and it is a combination of everything I wanted. I am SO excited to wear it on my big day and can’t wait for my fiancé to see it. Another thing they did very well at was pulling dresses within our price range. They weren’t pushy to try and get us up to the next range which was very appreciated.

Always Elegant was absolutely phenomenal! Their staff was so kind and helpful and their dress options were outstanding! They ever go above and beyond to take dresses from their other store in Yuba city so that you can try on any dress that you want! Zoe and Bri were so much help in my decision to say yes! They were willing to help place the dress, add sleeves, take off sleeves, help me try on multiple veils, and do anything else that I needed. They gave honest opinions and great suggestions. They never made me feel rushed or out of place! I could not have found a better place to chose my wedding dress! I could not have said “yes” to the dress without Zoe and Bri! I will definitely be using them for my bridesmaid dresses! Highly recommend this shop to any bride!

I cannot recommend AE Bridal enough! I went to a chain bridal shop the first time I went to try on wedding dresses and let’s just say that I didn’t have the greatest experience. However, this was not the case at AE! From the moment I reached out and called them, Hope was very friendly, informative and personable. She went out of her way to get know me while I was booking an appointment. When I arrived in the shop I noticed the beautiful aesthetics and the handwritten card with my name on it; so cute right?! Hope was so knowledgeable about all of the dresses and helped me stay within my budget. She helped me get into every single dress and helped make the trying-on experience a breeze! The owner of the shop was also so sweet! I’m soooo happy I chose to check out AE Bridal and I can’t wait to wear the dress of my dreams on my big day!

I was planning on buying a dress online, but decided to try on a few AE Bridal to see what styles I liked best. I had the pleasure of working with Mikayla who made me feel like a million dollars in ever dress I tried on. She hyped me up to try on my dream dress and gave me the confidence to rock it. Mikayla made me feel so comfortable! I was nervous coming in for my appointment since I'm not a super girly girl. I also wasn't sure what style I wanted and was working within a tight budget. Mikayla worked with me to figure out what I liked about each dress and ended up picking out the one for me! I left feeling confident in my decision and so excited to have gotten that part of the wedding process completed so seamlessly. I loved my experience at Always Elegant! All of the girls were so sweet and down to earth. The shop's atmosphere was so welcoming and beautiful, I can't wait to go back for tuxes and bridesmaids dresses.

I can't speak highly enough of AE Bridal. I am head over heels in love with my dress and had so much fun shopping for it. I was initially nervous for my appointment that I wouldn't find the right dress and that it would be a stressful experience, but it was far from it! Zoë was so amazing from the get go. She called days before my appointment to get a feel for what I wanted and things I liked and really listened. Even my friends said how impressed they were with how well she pulled dresses that were my style--it made choosing just one so hard! Zoë made me feel comfortable and never once rushed me. She really helped make the whole experience so great. AE made saying "Yes" with my family and friends so fun and even sent me home with the cutest gift of champagne and engagement socks. I got to work with Mikayla and she was AMAZING! She was so kind and attentive and even though I didn’t end up buying my dress there, she was so excited for me when I did! The facility itself is wonderful and I had such a amazing experience! I cannot recommend this place enough!

A&E Bridal was the best place I went to while searching for my dream dress! At first I went to a bigger city because I thought my experience would be better than something local, but boy was I wrong! When walking into A & E I was greeted with the biggest smile from my bridal stylist Mikayla, her warmth and genuine personality was what first sold me. Within only a few dresses she found me “The One”. The whole team at A&E was cheering me on and they allowed me to walk around and stay in that dress for as long as I wanted, which was probably far too long but who cares I found my gown! How I felt that day is was has had me finding excuses to pop in, say hello and probably buy more beautiful pieces. Wether it be a second dress, veil, jewelry or shoes, I would keep going back to this wonderful bridal store again and again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the same experience.

As the day of my wedding approaches, I can't stop thinking about my dress... the dress isn't just "a dress" to the bride, it's the one accessory that you dream of basically your whole life. I wanted my dress to be purchased from Always Elegant in Chico, CA. I would walk by the window before I was even engaged and dream of the day I would walk away with something stunning for my future husband. There is something extra special about AE in Chico... you can go anywhere and without the proper experience you will walk away feeling frustrated and unhopeful as a bride, I am speaking from experience. But from the moment I walked into AE and was greeted by my stylist Mary I knew deep down this was the place. Mary was absolutely amazing! we got to share our excitement in being engaged because she was recently engaged as well, and we got to talking about planning and all the highs and lows. It wasn't just finding a dress that day, I found a friend. I found someone who empowered me in every dress I put on, someone who related to the scary feeling of finding "the dress" and wondering if it was affordable, someone who found my dress and brought me to tears because when I put it on it was the first time I felt like "Jareds wife" I was a bride. AE Bridal is a gorgeous boutique with so many wedding dress options! Not only is the shop clean, lovely and comfortable, the stylists are amazing. I worked with Mikayla and immediately knew she was my soul sister! Mikayla helped me find the perfect dress for my day, and I am forever grateful. I just love her! She also helped my Groom and his Groomsmen get their suits. Mikayla was attentive and timely every step of the way.

The Covid restrictions didn't ruin or dampen the wonderful time I had at the Chico AND Yuba City stores. Beautiful Dresses at both, but I found mine in YC. Jen at YC is amazing, and Mary in Chico is equally amazing. I recommend just making an appointment at both. I'm glad I didn't have to go to Sac or SF, and I don't feel like I settled for less because I didn't.

I found the PERFECT dress here. So many incredible options for designs, styles, and sizes. My stylist Zoe was INCREDIBLE. She not only helped me find dresses that suited my vision and style but listened very closely to every detail. I loved some of the floral hems but was nervous about them catching on things since we're having an outdoor wedding, and she helped me to find a slightly less fragile but just as beautiful option. She also helped me to ensure I stayed within my budget. I am so excited and grateful to have found this shop. So friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, experienced and kind! They also worked very hard to make the appointment personal and intimate even with all of the COVID guidelines and awkwardness. Will be going back for any future needs and recommend 11/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Last weekend I found my dress with the assistance of Zoë who was very helpful, pleasant, and made our time there absolutely wonderful. Despite the restrictions of corona virus, the appointment was as normal as it could be, and was very successful! I was able to find my dream dress as well as my dream veil. I would recommend Always Elegant to any bride in Northern California and beyond!

Got my dress and rented my grooms tux from AE bridal. They 1000% exceeded my expectations. Zoë was an angel. I couldn’t have asked for anyone more genuine, kind, and helpful while finding my wedding dress. I was nervous about the whole thing, and she made it so easy and comfortable the entire time I picked my dress, and each interaction afterwards. I highly suggest anyone in the Nor Cal area to come to Always Elegant Bridal, you will be treated like a queen!

My best friend scheduled me an appointment. My stylist was Zoë she was amazing! The venues was gorgeous, but Zoë went above and beyond! She made me feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful! I had so much fun and I definitely said yes to the dress!!!

I went dress shopping with two friends as my wedding party and family are located on the other side of the country and Zoe was incredible help! By the end of my appointment I just kept having rendezvous with her inside the changing room because I trusted and valued her option the most. I ended up finding my dream dress and had all together an amazing experience! I've been wedding dress shopping with friends before and no stylist has ever been as helpful or upbeat as all of the ladies in the shop!

I recently had to move my wedding date because my dad is fighting stage 4 lung cancer and things aren't looking too good for him. We Decided to push the dates up to his birthday (to honor him) this February which means I had to find a dress like yesterday. Having him with us for our special day is the most important thing to us. Ladies, do yourself a favor and make an appointment here. This is the most incredible and caring group of women I have ever met. After having a horrible experience at a different bridal store in Redding - I called Always Elegant in Chico to see if they could possibly get me in that day. I explained to them ahead of time what my situation was and that I understood some dresses would not be an option if they needed to be ordered as they can take months to make. They were super accommodating over the phone and told us to come in that day. My Best Friend and I drove from Redding not really knowing what to expect. When we arrived Brianna and two other lovely ladies greeted us warmly. Brianna had already pulled 6-7 dressed that could be ordered in enough time for our wedding. They took my measurements right away and she helped me into dresses. I am short which means I had to keep in mind that the bottom would have to be altered so lace designs were a little intimidating for me. Brianna eased my worries and explained how each dress would be altered which I know seems like no big deal, but this is HUGE ! After she helped me into a few dresses I walked around the store to look at a few different styles. One in particular caught my eye as it looked different from anything I had seen before. She checked their database before I tried it on to make sure they could get it in time and it was a go! I tried it on and was shocked at how I looked. This was an incredible dress. It looked perfect on my body! She opened the curtain and my best friend looked at me in awe and cried! One of the other ladies in the store even teared up! I was so nervous and emotional - this was that moment I was suppose to have. Even with all the sadness in my families heart and my heart with my dads battle with cancer, these ladies helped me have "my dress moment". It was indescribable and I honestly didn't know I could have that bride moment - but they made it happen! Not only that but they could order the dress in my size and have it there in less than 10 days! I already made an appointment with a wonderful tailor that they personally recommended. She met me in their store to go over the alterations and set up my 1st fitting appointment on the 11th. The owner reached out to me to personally congratulate me and I even received a touching thank you card from Brianna today. These ladies go above and beyond. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them all. They have completely taken a very stressful and emotional situation and turned it into a dreamy and exciting experience. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to helping find MY dress!

I arrived at AE bridal exactly a week ago after my first appointment trying on dresses elsewhere. I was NOT expecting to find “THE” dress but I did with Mikayla’s help! She was the sweetest, she had read my profile and picked out all the dresses I had saved to my Pinterest that they had in their shop. And then she chose one that was not in my list, and guess what? IT WAS THE ONE! Mikayla was so encouraging and fun! She had great advice and so much expertise. My friends and I had a great time with her. I loved the variety of dresses this store has and the great service they offer!

Full disclosure - I was completely terrified to try on wedding dresses. I had complete anxiety over it and was convinced it was going to be awful. But I finally bucked up and realized it was something I needed to do (actually my little sister had enough of my drama and made the appt. haha). Going into AEB in Chico was honestly 100% amazing. I was so comfortable it's got me trying to consider how to buy another dress lol. I worked with Bri and she was as sweet as can be and after talking with her about my ideas and desires she brought me beautiful dress after beautiful dress (putting up with not only me and my opinions but my sister, mom, and granny and their opinions). By the end of the appointment I was 99% sure on the one I wanted but told myself it shouldn't be that easy. So I said I was going to sleep on it and make another appointment in a few weeks. Fast forward a few weeks later and sure enough that was the dress for me. The girls in that shop are all so kind and friendly. Every time someone gets engaged I always name drop AEB.

I came in not expecting to get my dress at all. My family drove a long way but from the minute we stepped in the staff there made every effort to make us feel as comfortable as possible. My stylists Zoe and Hannah picked out my dream dress on the first try and it was the one. they cried with me and really made me feel as if I was surrounded by family. I wish I could get two dresses just to have the experience all over with them again. I am so thankful I get to come back and get tuxes and bridesmaids dresses just to see them all again. Even if you have to drive a long way it is totally worth it!

I came to AE after shopping for wedding dresses in the Bay Area. I’m happy to share that I found great service and my dream wedding dress right here in Chico! I worked with Hannah, who is no longer working there, but she was incredible! She was so patient, understanding, and looked out for me when my friends and family at my appointment had their own agenda and ideas for my dress *eye roll.* On subsequent visits when Hannah wasn’t there, I had the pleasure of working with all of the other gals in the shop. From accessories, to groomsman suits, payments, deadlines, alterations, etc., every person at AE was so helpful, professional, and sweet. I’m even doing my dress cleaning/preservation through AE because I’m just not ready to say goodbye to them. Thank you gals for all you do, and for carrying the Wilderly collection! I scheduled to try on dresses at the Chico location this past weekend and can not recommend AE enough! The boutique had a large selection of many different styles and designers and was an enjoyable environment. The entire experience was so incredibly stress free and fun, my family and I both adored Zoe, my stylist. I highly suggest the boutique in itself, but Zoe with the Chico location was a dream. She heard my families suggestions but focused on me and what I wanted, and in the end pulling dresses she knew I’d love and eventually helping me decide on “the one”. The entire experience was more than I could have ever asked for and I am so happy to stay local and am looking forward to working with them for my alterations over the next year!

AE Bridal Chico was the perfect dress shopping experience! It is a one stop shop, they have such an amazing selection and variety of dresses. Everything was beautiful but I never felt overwhelmed, they made it easy for me to relax and try on the top dresses I liked with no pressure. I don’t think I’ve stopped smiling since my appointment on Sunday! I honestly couldn’t say enough about AE bridal in Chico! We the “Rosè Package” which I would most definitely recommend! Having the shop to ourselves was so special. (The champagne and hors d'oeuvres were wonderful too) Both Zoe and Brianna were so sweet and made my appointment everything I’ve ever dreamed of and more. AE made it easy and fun to find a dress. I actually couldn't believe how easy it was to find the perfect dress. Bree has a great style sense, and she is super intuitive, helpful, and patient. Very sweet atmosphere, reasonable prices, and zero added stress.

My experience with Always Elegant was magical from start to end. The service they provide is exceptional and I can’t recommend highly enough! I was shopping alone since I had just moved from England so I didn’t have family or friends to help me. But Bree, Madison & Brianna each helped me (on three separate visits!) with their expertise, enthusiasm and plenty of patience, guiding me to the dress of my dreams. I’m also grateful they gave me that feeling of shopping with friends, since mine weren’t there with me. And they really worked a miracle in a short space of time. I thought I could find my dress on my own, online, without the help of professionals... But I was so wrong, and the AE Bridal team graciously saved the day and took away all the stress!

I originally thought I would stop in at AE to figure out what kind of dress I was looking for and then shop amongst the thousands of stores in Southern CA where I live, but after only a few minutes at my first appointment, I decided there is no way I’m going anywhere else. Madison and the AE team are amazing and truly want you to find the dress that you’ll love. I found my dress easier and faster than I ever imagined with the help of AE. There is no need to look anywhere else!

I don’t like trying things on at all. Period. End of story. Just never been comfortable with it. As soon as I stepped into Always Elegant in Chico I felt like my worries were heard, my opinion was valued, and my concerns were met with the greatest understanding! Madison was my stylist and she has since become a good friend of mine! I am so grateful to have met her. She listened to my likes and dislikes and found a dress - the FIRST dress that I loved more than anything. Then, 3 months later, I came back after visiting other shops and still not having that “moment” and she said before I tried on the original dress (that they were so willing to ship in from another store in Yuba just for my appointment) she had another that she saw and instantly thought of me. Well, the rest is history. In January I’ll be visiting again to pay for that dream dress of mine that wouldn’t have been possible without Madison and the other amazing girls at Always Elegant. And until then... I still stop by when I happen to be in downtown Chico because I just love seeing them so much! I may not love trying things on... but wedding dresses at Always Elegant are the exception!

I had the best experience here! From my first appointment with Madison to the very end it was honestly the best experience. I have been in a lot of weddings, enough to know a big chain store just wasn't for me. The attention and care I got from the entire staff in the Chico store as well as their Yuba City store was out of this world. I knew I was in good hands with Madison and that she actually cared about making sure I was making the right choice. She listened and understood me. I can't recommend AE and Madison enough. They always went out of their way to make me feel like part of the family. Not to mention their dress selection is amazing! So happy to be an AE bride!

Overall experience: WONDERFUL!!! The initial dress shopping went wonderfully! The shop is beautiful and classy. The ladies are so sweet also! It was such a easy process and everything was fairly priced. My dress was beautiful and an absolute dream! I would absolutely recommend this dress shop any day. I found my wedding dress at AE in Chico, then i found another dress i loved even more.. I came in to buy that dress and Brianna said “I want you to see just oneeee more, I saw this one and it’s right up your alley!” Sure enough i tried it on & it fit like a glove.. and i was in loveee with that dress. Every time I came in to look at dresses, for alterations, to pick up my fiancée suit.. every single time I had the best interactions with everyone that worked there, always helpful & seemed genuinely happy to help. I would recommend AE Chico & Brianna to any bride that’s still on the hunt for their dress ♥️💍

Bree was perfect! I had originally tried on dresses at a chain store and wasn't exactly pleased with the experience. AE's bridal experience is so personal. There's only 3 dressing rooms so it's very intimate. They really do their best to make each appointment feel special.

As a bride living in a smaller town of Chico, I assumed I would need to go to SF or NY to buy my dream wedding dress. I stumbled into AE with the attitude that I was just going to look. I’m not kidding 30 min later I was purchasing my wedding dress. The selection is amazing, the staff is even better! I felt so thankful and relieved to have known without a doubt this was my dress. I bought my dress close to a year away from my wedding date, and not once second guessed my Decision. Thank You AE for bringing Chico options, and for being so amazing throughout the whole process, you guys truly are Amazing at what you do.

Trying on dresses was a nerve racking experience for me, because I don’t always love trying on clothes, but the girls at AE know the best ways to style all kinds of different body types. I adored them, and I adored the dress I ended up choosing. The girls made it a point to always make me feel comfortable and beautiful, and they did that each and every time I walked through the door. Always elegant is THE place to go for a wedding dress. As a wedding planner myself, I always send my brides to them! Also as a recent bride, I had the opportunity to experience what it was like to choose the dress of my dreams. And the experience was amazing. Although I felt a bit rushed, I believe this was due to me having too many people in the store with me at once. The process was seamless, and bre truly allowed me to take my time and to choose the one that fit and felt the best. I’m so thankful for Bre and her amazing staff, as they made my wedding day beautiful, and so many of my bride’s wedding days beautiful too! Xo!

From the moment I walked in I felt like the girls working were there to make sure I got to really try on any and all dresses to know for sure I found the one! Coming from other stores I had been nervous because I had felt like I wasn't being heard in what I really wanted, but all the AE girls actually listened to exactly what I was looking for and took the time to go over every dress detail/size/shade/pricing. There are not enough kind words to say about the gals at A|E Bridal in Chico - The gals were warm and welcoming from the very start! With this being one for the larger things to cross off my list before moving out of state, they allowed me to make an afternoon out of it! My stylist Madison, was a dream! She was patient, sassy, funny and was willing to think outside of the box when it came to finding my dream dress! She was respectful of my budget, and I never felt rushed! I came to AE to check out their selection of Maggie Sotterro dresses, and found one I fell in love with. When I brought my family back, we actually ended up loving a different dress that I never would have thought to try on! They were so friendly and kept us laughing and making me feel like every dress was beautiful on me. I highly recommend AE and will be coming back for bridesmaids and flower girl dresses! Initially, the girls who helped me find the dress were very nice, but it was after the sale that I ran into issues. And I must say, their alteration lady was wonderful to work with. I had high hopes for this cute little place but I have to admit, I'm sadly a tad disappointed. For Chico being such a small town and with not a lot of bridal store options, this place could have an upper hand and really stand out as the best if they can make sure their employees are not apathetic. I really wish I had felt like I was a part of their "family" which is part of their motto. When my dress finally came in, they called to schedule an appointment well in advance, which I made sure of a time my mother could attend. (My mother does not live in town.) A day before my appointment, they called to say another big party had been scheduled at the same time as my appointment and they wanted to move my appointment to a later time. I was a little frustrated because I had to move my whole schedule around to accommodate their error, and my mother also had cancelled a very important doctors appointment to make it to my fitting. This is a small thing, but I feel it could have been handled better on their part. They sent me an email asking for details and pictures of the wedding because they wanted to feature me on their blog. I took time to carefully fill out their survey and attach pictures, but nobody has gotten back to me and nothing has been featured. I guess I'm wondering why they even sent me the email and then didn't respond. Is it just automated? A little more care with service "after the sale" would really help to improve my view of this place. As of right now, I probably wouldn't recommend them to my engaged friends, because of my experience. Normally, I dont fill out review things online, but they sent me automated emails asking to do so-so here I am. I also don't plan on getting married again anytime soon, so if being a part of the AE "family" is going to be the motto, please make sure each and every future bride feels like they are truly a part of it.

The timing of AE opening in Chico was impeccable. I had been endlessly searching for the right dress at David's Bridal locations as well as all the BHLDN locations, and found nothing. One day I walked by the shop a few weeks after they had opened, and the dress in the window was the one I ended up buying! The staff was incredible and helpful and I enjoyed the whole experience. I refer them all the time, and I highly recommend. Great line of dresses.

I had the most amazing experience at Always Elegant Bridal! They were sweet and made me feel like a princess. Brianna was such a gem and she made sure that I was comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for! She helped me find my dream dress and I could not have pictured it any different. I would recommend this sweet little bridal shop to anyone trying to find the perfect dress for their perfect day!

Had the best experience helping my sister find “the” perfect wedding dress at Always Elegant Bridal. As well as finding complimentary dresses for all of us in her bridal party! Thank goodness for our stylist Gabby Alvarez who knew exactly what we were looking for! I came in to AE Chico planning on trying on a dress I knew I couldn't afford but had to see anyways. The team was so caring and helpful! They had me try on the unattainable dress first-and I didn't love it! However, Delaney pulled more dresses for me from my budget and the style ideas I told her. The rest of the team started pulling from product meant for the trunk show that was starting in two days just so I could find my dress!! And sure enough, I found it!! The third dress I tried on brought tears to my eyes, and to my mom's. They were so helpful in explaining sizing, payment options, colors, even accessories! I will always recommend Always Elegant in Chico!! They helped me feel absolutely stunning for my upcoming wedding! ❤️

Always Elegant was the first place we went to look for my daughters' wedding dress for her July wedding in Squaw Valley. How lucky we are to have such a customer first bridal boutique so close! Again, I state that it was the first time my daughter had tried on a wedding dress, so although my daughter had some ideas of a dress with sleeves, Bree was smart to have her try on all the silhouettes to make sure she was going in the right direction. There was never any hurry or a limit of dresses to try on. The salon was quiet and calm. After ruling out several dress options, Bree realized that she did not have the exact style that my daughter had in mind. Instead of trying to talk us into a dress that was pretty, but not just right, she gave us excellent suggestions on which designer makes light flowey dresses with sleeves, and how to find who carries them. We eventually bought the dress in Orange County, but we had SUCH a fun, relaxed and educational experience at AE that I just had to write a review. Some of these "dress-in-a-box places" don't really care about YOU, just a sale. AE price points are the same, and you get the excellent customer service and experience for free. Bree puts her customers first!! I would highly recommend AE for your bridal needs!!

The people who helped me at all of my appointments were all very kind but unorganized. I am a average size women, but none of the dresses they had in stock were my size, (which Yes is typically normal) but they were all to small... how could I try on a dress that was two small and feel like "yes, this is the one!"? I found a dress and had to order two sizes bigger so it could get altered in time. By the time I got my dress it was the wrong color, so I had to use the dress off the rack (full price, already used) and make it bigger, which in the end was still to small, so I couldn't wear it to my wedding... spent $1400 on a dress I literally can never wear... and as for my maid of honors dress, they told me they would call me for her dress within a week and never did, I had to call them 2 1/2 weeks later for them to tell me "that designer no longer does sizes that big." That actually none of their designers make sizes bigger then 18 in the style I wanted, and didn't even bother to try and fix it, or help me... just said see you at your next appointment... I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to Always Elegant...

Yesterday I found the wedding dress of my dreams! This is such a wonderful place and I am so blessed to have had help from the owner, Bree, and a bridal consultant who made me feel comfortable with the wedding dress shopping experience. Both ladies and I established a vision/style preference and a budget before I tried on wedding gowns. They both made me feel at ease and handpicked dresses that were in my price range. I am truly thankful for these two amazing ladies. I would recommend everyone to Always Elegant Bridal and Tuxedo!

I loved working with the staff at AE Bridal in Chico! Sarah, Breeann, and Danielle were so kind and helpful. The knowledge and care these ladies provided was amazing. I was dreading searching for a dress because I'm short, stocky, and I wasn't at the weight I wanted to be, but these ladies made me feel so comfortable. I went in a few times with different bridesmaids and the final visit with family. The first day Sarah found the dress I ended up deciding on. There was still so much to look at though, due to time constraints on my part, I wasn't sure it was the one yet. I still wanted to try others styles and keep my options open. Bree gave me such great assistance at my next two apointments. She found such beautiful and flattering dresses for me, two of which were the runners up to my favorite from the first appointment...it took the days in between mulling over pictures and that last appointment to truly decide between them. Sarah and Bree were so helpful and patient answering all our questions. This shop also offered something I couldn't get at David's Bridal, true customization. They can customize the dress to your height, and the seamstress is able to make modifications and/or additions by ordering additional material from the designer. I recently went to a wedding where they added sleeves to the dress, I would never have known it was modified! I'm so glad I made an appointment with your shop at the Chico Bridal Show! I can't wait until my dress comes in. I'm looking forward to my fitting! Thank you so much! Post Wedding Edit: Connie Parker was the seamstress that altered my dress. Though my dress was specialty ordered shorter it came in still several inches too long. Connie did an amazing job on the alterations. I love my dress and it fit beautifully! Thank you!
