I've had my hair and makeup done for multiple weddings and have no problem with others that I've used, but I easily felt more comfortable with Kat. She was kind, professional, conversed well throughout but not too much, managed time well and really did an overall great job. She did both hair and makeup for 3 people and all loved their looks! I also appreciate that she included the trial makeup/hair in her pricing! Made me feel so much more comfortable being able to tell her what did/didn't work from the trial and she pivoted where needed to provide the absolute best look!

Kat has been responsive, flexible and professional throughout the process. Asking us the right questions but not rushing us. At first she provided sample pictures of her work and it was helpful to make decisions to go with her. The trial session was helpful to get an idea of the style I’d like. Kat is very friendly, easy to talk to and listens to your needs. I’d highly recommend Kat as your stylist if you’re holding a wedding near Columbus.

Kat was absolutely wonderful! I don't wear much makeup, so I was a little nervous about still looking like "me" on my wedding day. My makeup was light and elegant, and my hairstyle (half up/half down) still looked amazing even by the end of the night! Kat was so organized and a great communicator. Her additional stylist, Elizabeth, also did a wonderful job with all of my bridesmaids and my mom. We all felt so beautiful! As most brides would agree, feeling and looking your best on your wedding day is very important, but not wanting to spend half of your wedding budget to do so is equally important. My whole experience working with Kat was wonderful. I'm not one that usually does my makeup, but I had a general idea of what I wanted for my wedding day. Kat made sure to ask me all the right questions, was very organized, and adapted to the type of wedding/vibe I wanted. For the day of coordinator portion, I did not worry about one thing on my wedding day. If I asked Kat a question or to do something, I knew it was getting done and didn't have to worry about the task anymore. As for the hair & makeup, she was extremely accommodating when I was trying to figure out my aesthetic. She made suggestions, was patient, and was not done with the job until she knew I was happy. Kat was an absolute dream to work with! She was flexible in scheduling hair and makeup trials with me, and really got to know my vision for the wedding and made a look that was perfect for the day. Kat was amazing! As an out of state bride, she had fantastic communication and was super flexible with timing of hair and make up trial, as well as overall coordination. Between me, my mother/mother in law, and bridesmaids, 10 of us got our hair and makeup done. Kat had three extra stylists come, all of who were great. They were prompt, clean, efficient, and super fun! Everyone loved their looks and I felt stunning the whole day. Definitely would recommend :)

We hired Kat in 2019 for our 2020 wedding and had to postpone multiple times due to the pandemic. Kat was flexible and understanding throughout the entire time. When we finally got married in 2022, I was so grateful we could still have Kat there to do my hair and makeup. She was punctual, professional, kind, and caring. It was hard to find a HMA for just 2 people (many of them require a minimum of 5 people) but she cares so much about her clients and wants each bride to feel special. I didn't realize how important it was to find a great HMA for your wedding day until I spent all morning with her. She started the tone of my wedding day. I felt so cared for and calm because of her. I used Kat for my wedding this year and she was so great! My make up and hair looked amazing. At the last minute a lot of my bridal party wanted their makeup / hair done too and she was able to bring in 2 more people to help! Kat was great!! I had never worn false eyelashes or had airbrush makeup done before, so I was worried about looking too overdone, but Kat made everyone’s makeup look really natural and beautiful! She took notes during my trial, and when I suggested a few changes afterward, she kept track of everything and made it look perfect the day of. Kat is incredible!!! She nailed my wedding day hair and makeup - it was exactly what I was looking for! I was nervous about my makeup staying all day, but it looked flawless from 11am to 12pm. It was the perfect combination of done-up, but not to the point that I didn’t look/feel like myself. Kat was flexible and understanding when I asked to add an additional bridesmaid for hair/make-up services and when I asked if her and her team could start earlier on the wedding day. She even let my mom come in for a hair trial ahead of the wedding. In addition to her talent and professionalism, she was so friendly, nice, and put me at ease! Kat was great, so easy to work with, affordable, and my hair and makeup looked amazing! She listened to my concerns and patiently made adjustment after adjustment on the day when I was being picky. Our wedding was outside on a pretty windy day, and I couldn't believe how well my hair held up (and it wasn't in a super tight hairspray helmet, either!). Best decision I made for the day of! Besides my husband of course ;) Kat was amazing! My husband and I live in Cincinnati and we got married in Columbus (middle of the state so it was easy for everyone in both our families to attend) instead of paying an arm and a leg to bring vendors from Cincy I found Kat through the knot. She made time for my hair trail when I came into town on the weekends for various wedding things. She listened to my thoughts and ideas for what I wanted my hair to look like and nailed it! She was also able to incorporate the head piece I had! She brought Hannah with her the day of since there were 8 hair styles that needed to be done. Kat was an amazing beauty artist! I never wear makeup (so I don't know much about it!) but she made me look and feel naturally beautiful. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out and it stayed looking perfect throughout the night which I was worried about as my curly hair tends to not hold styles well. Kat was SO amazing! She’s professional, fun, very quick (which is crazy to me because she does such a wonderful job!!!), and extremely talented. I can’t say enough amazing things about Kat! She is the sweetest and also so much fun to work with! I had two hair trials with her because I had two weddings (an Indian one and an American wedding) and I was SO HAPPY with both styles. Each trial boosted my confidence tenfold that I made the best decision choosing Kat for my wedding! If there was something slightly off about my hair that I didn’t like she was determined to perfect it until I was happy, and she definitely did! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire wedding weekend also, which was crucial because things can get very overwhelming very quickly on your wedding day!
