The only thing that could have made things any better would have been to have more stylists available to get all of us done faster for more photo opportunities prior to leaving for the wedding, considering we had my 5 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, my 2 flower girls, and myself (Bride). I believe Kyanna arrived at 730 for hair and get assistant arrived within 30-45 later for makeup, and we worked all the way up until 145 or2 when we had about 1/2 hour to get photos with hair and makeup done.
All in all, the experience was wonderful with her and my girls and I felt beautiful. Exactly what we wanted to feel like.

lt ugly, her response paraphrased was that she knew she didn't do quite what I asked because this is more of a bride look. To me that was a red flag because I feel like people in this type of industry should know that not everyone looks good in a particular style or look. While I am a former makeup artist, I understand that I am particular but when I looked at pictures I saw my eyeshadow was visibly unbalanced. I was up front about that and think that her eye makeup can use some improvement. Anyhow what turned me off that she tried to convince me on a look I specifically said I didn't like nor did I end up liking. I thought it was just me until I showed friends and family pictures from my trial and not one person liked it, including my fiancé.

The only complaints I heard was from my mom and one of the bridesmaids who had one of Kyanna's assistants do their make-up. Their makeup was not as soft and natural and the eye makeup was not flattering. If Kyanna had done them instead, I think they would have been happy with the result.

The day of the wedding she was 30 minutes early(awesome!) came right in and got to work on my bridesmaid. She took one look at my bridesmaid and knew exactly what to do. Once she was finished my Bridesmaid looked incredible! The make up was so artful yet so classy and tasteful, her hair looked so sophisticated and red carpet like. I had my hair done in a fuller chignon and a flower pinned in my hair instead of a veil. Once I got a look I started to get choked up...it was perfect and way better than the pictures I brought! My make up looked glowy, and vinage as I asked and knocked my socks off!
