Always Magnolia

Having Jori as our day-of coordinator was seriously one of the best choices we made for our wedding. She was super organized, kept in touch with us in the months leading up to the big day, and even reached out to all of our vendors ahead of time to make sure everything was lined up. On the day of the wedding, she was there from start to finish, making sure everyone was on time and everything stayed on track. She handled the ceremony to reception transition so smoothly, and honestly, everything looked even better than I imagined. If anything went wrong, we had no clue because she took care of it all behind the scenes. Jori and her team really brought our vision to life and made the whole day completely stress free. We’re so thankful for her support and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Picking Jori to be my day-of-coordinator for our wedding was one of the easiest and best decisions I made during wedding planning. My goal was to choose someone who would alleviate any stressors on my wedding day, but with Jori, I got so much more than that. She was so organized during the month leading up to our wedding. She utilized spreadsheets that I could easily plug in the pertinent information. Jori took it upon herself to figure out any information I didn't have. She contacted all of my vendors and coordinated all their arrival times and event details, so all I did on my wedding day was show up. She was present for all my final vendor calls and even drove an hour to our venue the week before so we could do a walk-through together. Even though we decided against it, she was willing to drive to our house and pick up our dogs so they could be a part of our photos, too. While setting up tables, helping with decor, coordinating transportation, directing vendors and the wedding party, creating my dessert table, guarding the card box, putting away decor at the end of the night, etc., Jori still managed to check in on me and kept a calm demeanor that made me feel at ease. I can confidently say our wedding day went perfectly, and we have Jori to thank for that.

Jori of Always Magnolia is the absolute best and I cannot recommend her enough. If you are on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator or wedding planner do it, do it, do it! And do it with Jori!!!! Throughout the whole lead up to our wedding Jori kept me (the bride) level headed and communicating effectively with other vendors to ensure that the day was going to run just as I imagined. On my actual wedding day I did not have to have a single worry, as Jori was punctual, organized, professional, and so upbeat! Everything was handled perfectly, from ensuring vendors getting paid in cash got my payments, keeping everyone on time, communicating between the vendors and wedding party & venue, and even setup and takedown of decor (plus monitoring cards and gifts in my not locked box!). By the time Jori's time with us ended that evening, the groom and I had been dancing the night away and enjoying the company of our guests while the details were handled smoothly and expertly, so we didn't have to worry. As a special addition, she also sent us images and clips she had been taking throughout the day to hold us over until our pictures from the photographers arrive, such a treat the day after to be able to have images to share right away! Seriously, 1000/10 recommend Always Magnolia!

Jori was amazing to work with! She made our wedding day and the weeks leading up to it so easy. She made sure my vision completely came to life and thoroughly communicated to all of our vendors. Our wedding day ran so smoothly and it’s like she was everywhere at once! She got so many pictures and videos for us throughout the day and night that we will cherish forever. If there were any conflicts or problems, I didn’t hear about them or notice. She was the best investment and I highly recommend her for wedding coordinating!

Our day-of coordinator was an absolute lifesaver! She was always by my side, offering support with whatever I needed, from the smallest detail to the biggest task. She was not only punctual and professional but also so much fun to be around, making the day stress-free and enjoyable. I especially loved her thoughtful touches, like sharing behind-the-scenes photos and videos right after the wedding, so I didn’t have to wait to relive those special moments. She even joined vendor calls whenever needed. We couldn’t have done it without her!"

My wife and I have nothing but positive things to say about Jori (Always Magnolia)! After doing much of the wedding planning ourselves, we realized that we really needed someone special to help us execute things on the big day. Jori stepped in beautiful and took over the day-of-coordination duties with only ~1 month of lead time. She is easy to work with and extremely responsive, which put us at ease leading up to the wedding. She helped corral all of vendors and smooth out our final day details (with no complaints when I would send her last minute detail changes). Because of her, we were able to completely enjoy our wedding day! As a bonus, she sent us a bunch of pictures and videos from the wedding, which we have greatly appreciated! I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator because of our budget, but my sweet beans am I glad I did. I cannot thank Jori enough for everything she did for our wedding. She was fantastic from beginning to end. She obviously loves what she does and it really shows. Thanks, Jori!

Jori is an excellent wedding coordinator! She is so easy to work with and is pleasant, efficient and on top of things so you don’t have to worry about a thing! Jori is extremely organized! She is always available for questions and referrals, immediately responding. She is a Graphic Designer so she can offer you printing services too! Jori was one of the best investments we made during the wedding planning process! Highly recommend her!

We were so unbelievably blessed to work with Jori. We had meetings with 3 other wedding planners before finally finding the perfect planner for us! From the beginning Jori helped us stay on task for what goals we should be trying to hit and helped us prioritize! We had a few issues with vendors and right away she was there to save the day! When it came to our wedding day is when she really blew us away! Her calmness and always thinking of all the what ifs and how to fix them saved us! The rain forced us to have to completely change things up and she did not skip a beat on making that happen all while I was getting my hair and make up done! She rearranged my reception location completely for it to be set up for the ceremony and it was GORGEOUS!! She even topped it off by running around taking pictures and videos of our day and even helped with my bustle when we were having issues! We are so incredibly blessed to have worked with you Jori, thank you so much!!!!

I would recommend Always Magnolia in a heartbeat. We got married on 05.18.24 and even though our wedding day didn’t go exactly as planned, Jori handled everything with grace and calmness. I trusted her to take care of endless tasks throughout the day, even in the heat she was running around doing multiple things. Our ceremony got rained out just minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle. This caused a huge change in plans and Jori was able to be quick on her feet and still make sure all of guests were enjoying themselves. After the rain, we were still able to get married In the location we loved and everything turned out exactly how we wanted it to. She even helped us clean up when the night was over. The months leading up to the wedding, she was always just a quick email away, and always had the answers to my questions. She really is great at what she does!

Jori was friendly, organized, and thoughtful. She helped with small details, family photos, and handling all deliveries on the wedding day. Jori was the only person on my wedding day to not stress me out :) I loved having some sneak peek photos! Jori was amazing at making sure everything ran smoothly and I was able to enjoy a very hectic day a bit more. I would 100% recommend Jori!

Jori was amazing to work with! We weren’t initially suppose to work with her but our first coordinator had to switch us over to her, which would freak out any bride. But she went above and beyond with her contacting our venders to make sure everyone was where they had to be at certain times. Her spreadsheet she emailed me would make any bride feel at ease. She helped set up the day before and day of. She went above and beyond with that especially since I was overwhelmed with all the decorations. I told her do whatever she thinks would look good with the leftover flowers/decorations and once again she killed it. She stayed all day to make the whole day run smoothly and help clean up at the end without having to ask people in my wedding to help. I would 1000% recommend her! Plus she’s super nice too.

We hired Jori two years ago, when my daughter was getting married! Now, her best friend recently got married, and Jori was one of the first people we called! She did another excellent job, is so organized and does such a nice job on the day of, keeping everything and everybody on track! I have recommended her several times in the past few years, and will continue to highly recommend her!

Jori was an amazing day of coordinator/planner and I would absolutely book her again!! I booked Jori so that I didn't have to worry about any of the setting up or coordinating on the day of my wedding and that is exactly what she was able to provide. From setting up decorations, coordinating with vendors, bringing us water in the middle of our long photo sesh, to taking a TON of photos and videos of everything so we had an amazing album to look over the day after....Jori did it all! 100% Recommend.

Our wedding day absolutely would not have gone as smoothly as it did without Jori there to help us. Not only did she help with our timeline ahead of time and then make sure the day flowed smoothly and on-time on the day-of, but she also was just so thoughtful and kind towards us all day. From bringing us snacks during family photos to taking behind the scenes photo and video, I’m just not sure how she managed to do that AND run the entire day for us. Jori was the best coordinator ever and you should book her! :)

Kapla Design & Coordinating was awesome for our wedding day-of coordination! Jori and her assistant are so nice and we’re very helpful with vendor coordination and decor set-up! Decor wasn’t packed super well afterward and got home with some broken glass and spills, but that wasn’t an issue for the wedding! We didn’t even see them cleaning up afterwards, it was so seamless! Some decor wasn’t set up, but they did a great job enhancing our centerpieces with leftover greenery. Would recommend if you need an extra hand for your wedding!

Jori is fantastic! I’m a fellow wedding planner and have been beyond blessed to have Jori coordinate several weddings for me. She is professional, organized, and communicative.
