When creating your ceremony with Alyson, you have many choices in what to include: music and poetry, secular and biblical readings, blessings, personal rituals that may include family and children, remembrances, and many more personal and fun options.
Many couples chose to have Alyson tell their love story during the ceremony. Creating your story is a fun walk down memory lane - which begins with a questionnaire, helping you to dig into the qualities of your relationship. Then you will meet with Alyson – preferably in person - and you will laugh, joke, and maybe even cry, until she finally understands the essence of what makes you a unique couple.
And finally, for the ceremony itself - unless you wish for a more somber moment - Alyson’s delivery is full of excitement, humor, and fun! As a professional officiant, she knows how to entertain and warm your guests’ hearts, while helping you feeling both excited and relaxed throughout your ceremony.

We worked together on the ceremony script over the next few months and she was always so quick to incorporate any changes we wanted or add any details that we wanted. She worked so hard to tailor our ceremony to meet our personalities. And our ceremony was absolutely perfect because of her! My husband and I are both pretty silly people and she was perfectly able to incorporate a mixture of moments that made us and our families laugh and heartfelt moments that made our families tear up. We were complimented on our ceremony for days following the wedding and many of our family and friends asked if Alyson was a family friend of ours since she seemed to know our personalities and story so well. We both teared up when we read Alyson's first draft. She helped us incorporate meaningful readings into our ceremony and gave us tips as we wrote our own vows. On the day of the ceremony, Alyson performed an absolutely stunning ceremony and included a moment for the two of us to really experience our union that our guests say "give them goosebumps when they think about it." She made us laugh, cry, and really experience the joyous occasion as it was happening. Alyson was also good at making practical advice on the time frame of the ceremony and giving suggestions on different elements to add to the ceremony. Most importantly she has a warm personality that put people at ease. She did a full rehearsal with us two days before the wedding and the big day went very smoothly.
