Alyssa Bain Photography is a wedding photography business based out of Phoenix, AZ, that also happily services those in Sedona, Flagstaff, and worldwide. Owner Alyssa Bain has been the lead photographer for hundreds of weddings and delights in capturing her clients' most precious moments. Alyssa is an award-winning wedding and portrait photographer originally from Denver, Colorado. In 2017, she began a wedding photography company with her sister and fell in love with the industry. Since then, Alyssa has relocated to Arizona, where she is excited to continue her photography journey. When not behind the camera, this photographer can be found spending time with her cats and husband, enjoying sensational food, or embarking on a challenging hike. As reflected by her thoughtful, serene approach to photography, Alyssa is also a passionate yogi who practices daily. Alyssa Bain Photography finds joy in preserving the joy-filled highlights and special moments of couples' big days. Alyssa can be there throughout the festivities to document ceremonies, cocktail hours, receptions, and everything in between. In addition to wedding coverage, Alyssa is available for boudoir, portrait, day-after, engagement, and trash-the-dress sessions. ngagement photo session, Stephanie gave us a little extra time because the lighting got even better over time, creating some incredible shots for our Save the Date. We were lucky to have both Stephanie and Alyssa at our wedding, and they were so patient dealing with our family and large wedding party. We received our sneak peek photos within 2 weeks and our full collection within 8 weeks. They came out so beautiful and are so grateful to have pictures that captured the day so perfectly!! We are also glad we went with a vendor that gives us the photos directly!

I really appreciate that she spent some time before our session to understand what we were looking for so that she could recommend the best locations and styles of photography. We're not super comfortable in front of a camera, but Alyssa was able to direct us in such a professional but friendly way. It felt completely natural and was actually really fun! By the end of the session we even felt confident enough to choose our own poses which is not something I ever thought I could do! They shot photos with us at two different locations and even had the video of our ceremony ready in a matter of hours so it could be played at our reception for guests who were not able to attend in person. She also went and scouted out a location for us before the day of the shoot which was really reassuring and showed us that she is really thoughtful and dedicated to perfecting each session. When going over our ideas with Alyssa, she seemed just as excited as we were and offered outfit suggestions, and told us we could text her photos of any outfits ahead of time if we needed help picking something out. During the shoot, Alyssa was enthusiastic, gave very positive feedback, and offered many different poses. She was very open with letting us try our own poses, as well. The photos ended up being so so beautiful. Alyssa really has a creative eye and did an amazing job posing us in a way that was natural and candid. I would recommend Butterscotch Rose Photography to anyone and everyone I know. Not only are they affordable, but they are amazing to work with, and produce the most BEAUTIFUL photos!! :)

So you choose how long you would like them to be photographing and how many pictures you would like to receive etc...They will keep your photos on hand, so if you are strapped for cash during the wedding, you'll have the option to purchase more pictures in the future. Which, for us, will be an awesome anniversary gift to ourselves. They also take into consideration your personal photograph style preference and will take pictures based on what you like more in photos. After discussing with them we decided to take a semi formal/ candid approach to our photos and they are all beautiful. They did a wonderful job with vibrant colors, backgrounds, family and friends. They are very understanding and considerate to your specific needs and wants. So if you are looking for photographers who actually listen to you, take beautiful pictures, and meet your budget requirements than look no further. You won't be disappointed. I can't thank them enough for capturing our wedding day so perfectly!
