Given we had an hour and half of photo’s left, I had no choice but to tuck the arm pieces into my bra which then restricted us on photo positions as I could only pose/move/walk/hold my bouquet in a certain way. Half way through photos, 3 buttons from the back of the dress fell off. I missed 40 minutes of our cocktail hour because my bridal party had to track down a sewing kit and attempt to sew buttons and the arm pieces back on. After the wedding I reached out to Alyssa Kristin. I received a so sad, too bad response in regards to the arm pieces and no mention of the buttons. Needless to say the dress was disappointing on many levels. I will never recommend purchasing an Alyssa Kristin dress.

had confirmation of the appointment from an employee named Paula. I live about an hour away from the place. When I arrived I was told that a mistake had happened and the time slot had been double booked and of course my name was not showing up in their system. The representative mentioned this did happen from time to time. The representative dealt with this situation very poorly and I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. She brought both my party and the other party into the room to give options for alternative days and times for us to discuss right in front of each other. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. Both my party and the other party were unable to make a future appointment as we both had scheduling conflicts. (Which is why all brides make these types of appointments waaaay in advance!!) This made it even more awkward! Ultimately, I left without even trying a dress and gave the appointment to the other bride. I had no ill feelings toward that other bride and wished her luck. However, the sales rep was awful in this situation. Outrageously unprofessional and the attempts the rectify the situation were cringeworthy. In reflection of the fiasco, I began to think about what could happen if they truly had this many system issues. What if the system messed up my dress order and it never arrived!? No thank you...I would not recommend Alyssa Kristin! Not worth the gamble...
