h more than a vendor; she became a friend and trusted wedding planning confidante. From the moment I met her on my first wedding planning scouting trip (we live in NJ and had a destination wedding in Islamorada), I KNEW she was the photographer for us. Her photos clearly speak for themselves (I mean come ON, they are like something out of a magazine), but her personality (awesome), knowledge of the area (she is a Keys native, which is SO important when having a destination wedding in my opinion – you need someone familiar with the lighting, the locations, etc.), and her overall expertise in the industry (she even coaches other photographers!) truly make her worth every penny. This girl is worth her weight in GOLD and MORE. Alyssa photographed our engagement shoot almost 2 years ago, which helped us to get to know each other more. She knew how to make my then-fiancé laugh and even SMILE in front of the camera (which is not his favorite place to be) and make us look like supermodels in the process. We have her shots of us hanging all over our home because they are too beautiful not to show off. Despite COVID, missing out on our additional wedding planning trips due to the pandemic, and the overall unknown that was our wedding over the past year (we were worried we would have to postpone, cancel, etc.), she was virtually by our side every step of the way. Keeping us filled in on the state of the Keys, helping us troubleshoot obstacles, and keeping me calm in the process. When it came to our wedding, obviously as a bride it is a very overwhelming and nerve wracking day, but when Alyssa and her team of Kat (2nd shooter) and Kurt (videographer – we never even wanted a videographer until Kurt jointed her team and I saw his work and I am SO glad we decided to do it!!!), I instantly felt better. She worked with me and our planner before the wedding to put together a detailed outline of the day, photography timeline, important shot list, and she even helped me pull off a surprise first look for my fiancé with his best man dressed in a wedding dress to calm his nerves too! The day went off seamlessly, she coordinated us, our family, friends, bridal party, extended family to make sure every shot we wanted was taken. We got our sneak peeks back within days and my *husband* and I spent the remainder of our minimoon entranced by them! I always told Alyssa that photography was THE MOST important aspect of my wedding (I am a huge picture person) – and we COULD NOT BE HAPPIER that we chose her to shoot the most important day of our lives. We WILL be returning to the Keys and look forward to Alyssa shooting things like our anniversaries, pregnancy photos, and family photos in the years to come. **In summary, if I can just drive home just one point: IF YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED IN THE KEYS AND NOT USING ALYSSA FOR PHOTOGRAPHY: YOU. ARE. DOING. IT. WRONG!**

a photographer, Alyssa was by far the most responsive and also Facetimed us before we made our decision. She was so incredibly helpful and professional. We had a destination wedding in Islamorada and everyone was in from out-of-state, including us. Alyssa agreed to do a free engagement photos for us a couple of days before the wedding and they were absolutely DREAMY! We both do not feel super comfortable taking photos and she gave us such great direction, plus made it fun. On the wedding day, Katherine and Yeni were our photographers. These girls are so incredibly sweet, enthusiastic, detail oriented, just everything we wanted in photographers. My husband likes to say that they made the entire process painless, since he was dreading the whole picture aspect of the day. Katherine took lead and just directed everyone so incredibly well, paired with Yeni's funny and complimentary attitude, they were sheer perfection. I have already given their names to everyone I know...and I have NEVER received so many compliments on photos in my life (engagement & wedding photos). If you haven't found a photographer yet, look no further, these are your girls.

We had some hiccups with our original photo locations and Alyssa was able to suggest great alternatives. We did a mini-wedding with a limited amount of time for photos and her knowledge of the area helped keep us on track. We had more than enough time to take photos of everything we wanted. I am extremely uncomfortable having my photo taken and she made the day so much fun and it was easy to relax. Our photos came back even more perfect than I could’ve hoped for. Alyssa is such a talented photographer and we have beautiful keepsakes from that day. We highly recommend her!

On the day of she was efficient and helped make the day run smoothly. She is great with working with you to get the shots you want and also had knowledge of our venue and was able to recommend shots and locations for the best photos. My husband is not a fan of taking pictures and he enjoyed how Alyssa worked making everyone feel comfortable but also moving the pictures along so everyone could enjoy the day! While I think her pictures speak for themselves as they are all beautiful she is also a joy to work with and was a big part of making our day perfect!

My husband and I are both a little camera shy, but our pictures came out absolutely beautiful and we never felt awkward or uncomfortable with her. She’s very flexible and has an excellent eye for composition and finding the perfect shots. We were so thankful we went with her and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

We met 11 months before our wedding when we did our engagement session, and it was a relaxed and easy afternoon. When it came to the wedding day, Alyssa arrived early, and it was great to see her! As a couple that both works and contends with graduate school, we can be difficult! Another thing, you can tell Alyssa truly appreciates her clients. My family loved you so much that they added you on Facebook so they can watch your art unfold!Alyssa is a most generous and rockstar photographer! She works well with clients who are from diverse backgrounds and needs which is especially important even with the changing of attitudes towards "what marriage means" in the South. She helps you to figure out details of your event. If it wasn't for working with her, I would have had no ideas about a timeline for my wedding! She held my hand and heart when I thought that I had lost my custom ordered wedding dress. She cheered with us when we finally found our venue. She was there for my family and I beyond any expectations! More than a photographer, she will be a true friend!

Alyssa's photos captured so much of the happiness and excitement of our wedding day. We didn't want anything to posed or traditional and what she captured looked like little snapshots of moments in time. She is so sweet, patient, super down to earth, and willing to take on any challenge. When things kind of got a little hectic, she kept her cool and reassured me things were going great. We got our wedding photos within 2 weeks of our wedding (and our wedding was right before New Year’s). ws- how does one choose?! I also always wonder just how much I should trust a review anyway. Well, I hope you'll trust mine when I tell you that Alyssa Morgan is, hands down, the most talented, down-to-earth, super hero of a wedding photographer who has ever existed (and I don't hand out 5 stars lightly)! I fell in love with her style at first sight and knew this was our girl before I even had a chance to talk with her. It's romantic, dreamy and I love her use of natural light. When we chatted, I knew this is the kind of girl you want to be friends with and one you want to photograph anything and everything for you, forever! She's down-to-earth, sweet, comfortable to be around and extraordinarily talented. I remember talking to her and telling her that I feel like I'm not very photogenic and I was nervous that would show in our photographs- I don't like waiting for a photo to be taken or having all eyes on me (thank god those nerves wore off well before our wedding), but she reassured me when we spoke that I wouldn't have anything to worry about and we didn't. We've had so many people tell us that our photos look like they're straight out of a bridal magazine. It doesn't get much better than that! Most brides probably prepare a shot list for their photographer to be sure that you don't miss a shot that you want and to make sure you get all of the shots you have in mind. When it got down to the wire, I just didn't have time to get a list together and I felt awful about it. Alyssa not only got every shot I wanted without me even asking, but it was effortless, (somehow) organized and the end result is something that is beyond words. She captured so many beautiful candid moments throughout the day and night. She's calm, cool and collect and has a way of putting everyone around her at ease- which you obviously want more than anything when everything around you is hectic and crazy, buzzing with excitement. All of our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful she was, not only as a photographer (of which, she is top-notch!), but as a person. We couldn't be happier with our photos- both engagement and wedding- they are incredible. We're also fairly certain she didn't sleep for the two days following our wedding because she had our whole album up in 2 days. WHAT?! I told you she's super human. Our photos are better than we could have ever imagined. We love her and we know you will, too!

he was super laid back and sweet. We loved her from that moment on, and it was a easy decision hiring her as our photographer. Alyssa is very flexible! When we picked out our package, and decided we didn't need a four hour engagement sessions, she allowed us to split half for engagement, and half for boudoir session. When working with her, it truly feels like your just hanging out with a friend. She made us feel very comfortable while shooting our engagement photos. The morning of our shoot it had rained all night and all morning. We waited it out until the afternoon and it cleared up just enough time for us to get some great shots at Rollins College. She had previously scoped out spots to shoot, but when we saw something we liked, she was open to our ideas. When she shot my boudoir I was super nervous, but she instantly made me feel comfortable and feel very confident! The photos came out sexy and classy! It was a pleasure working with Alyssa during our wedding. It was a high of 50 degrees and dropping as the day went on but she was a trooper, wanting to get more photos even when we couldn't feel or fingers or noses. She sent the sneak peaks just a few days after the wedding and the photos were absolutely stunning! We had all of our wedding photos only three weeks after our wedding. They were absolutely stunning! She capture the most meaningful moments from getting ready to the end of the reception. I am so happy I have those moments to cherish! I would highly recommend Alyssa!

My husband and I wanted dreamy, unique, fun photos, not the cliche stiff kind of photography that Key West vendors seemed to provide. Alyssa completely understood our vision and even after we told her we wanted to do a shoot running around all of Key West for our engagement photos she didn't flinch. We were sold. The engagement photos were a trip, it felt more like fun than a serious photo shoot. She never once gave us a time restraint/limit, was down for riding bikes to get around the island, wasn't afraid of climbing up a rusty abandoned loading dock (which is where some of my favorite photos were taken) and was laid back enough to have a drink with us at the bar in between shoots (hey its Key West after all). It honestly felt more like hanging out with a friend with a camera and I feel that definitely was reflected in the photos. Believe me when I say if you have an idea or theme in mind on how you want your photos done, Alyssa will help you make it happen. This is coming from someone who came up with crazy ideas like shooting in the Key West Cemetery and on a vintage Schooner. When it came to the wedding, it was more like reacquainting with a friend we hadn't seen in a couple months. Which on your wedding day when you're overwhelmed with hair, makeup, guests, flowers, etc. the last thing you want is an awkward photographer in your way making you feel more uncomfortable. So much goes on during your wedding day that you don't even notice or get to appreciate and that's where Alyssa excelled. She captured all the little moments and emotions shared by my guests and the sweet interactions shared between my husband and I that we didn't even realize she was shooting. Again, like during the engagement photo shoot, Alyssa was up for anything we threw her way. You really feel like you get what you paid for, if not more. As far as production value, I received my photos no later than 2 weeks after shooting and was sent beautifully branded packages including a custom USB containing my wedding photos, an assortment of prints, and a lovely hand written note. If you go with Alyssa as your photographer, she will exceed your expectations. P.S. - My best friend loved how my photos came out so much and was so comfortable with how Alyssa shot, she picked her to photograph her own wedding in December!
