me of overwhelm and frustration. We were planning our wedding during difficult Covid times and had already planned a destination wedding out of town at a venue which we ultimately cancelled and went back to square one and planning all over again...this time a local wedding in our own backyard. With our new plan and having our wedding in our backyard we were so excited yet not only were we unfamiliar with wedding planning and considerations but we also knew our wedding would look different than we originally thought it would. We found Alyssa while searching around Instagram for local photographers to our area and while Alyssa will travel all over the country and beyond, what drew us to her was the beautiful images we saw on her Instagram page as well as her "out of the box" thinking and ability to take any location and make it beautiful!  Alyssa was prompt in all of her correspondence and was there for us during every step of the planning process leading up to our wedding day. She cared so much about getting to know us and familiarizing herself with our vision for the day and made sure she captured everything we wanted her to.  When our wedding day arrived, Alyssa spent our entire day with us, essentially from start to finish which was another thing we LOVED about her! Instead of putting us in a formula of 4 hours or 8 hours, she spent the whole day with us! That meant the world because it allowed us to take the entire day at our own pace instead of setting up a timeline that would fit all the "essential wedding moments" into her allotted time window. This put us at such ease and also allowed her to capture all of the moments from the day instead of just some of them!  Alyssa was so easy and flexible to work with, she made the day about us instead of about her schedule or itinerary and we are so thankful for her. Not only is Alyssa incredibly professional and organized but she is SO MUCH FUN!! We truly cannot imagine Alyssa not being with us for our day! And the PHOTOS! THEY ARE STUNNING!!! Literally the next evening after our wedding day Alyssa sent us a preview of 20+ wedding images from the day and we were so excited to have some photos to look at and continue relishing in the amazingness that was our wedding day.  We just received our full gallery from Alyssa a few days ago and I don't think I've stopped looking at our photos since she sent them! Every single one is stunning and unique to us and to our day. There isn't anything that she didn't capture and what has been so much fun, is seeing photos of moments from our day that we didn't even know about! Her photos truly tell a story of our day from start to finish and captures everything so perfectly.  Alyssa is such a talented photographer and has such an eye for beauty as well as an ability to put her couples at complete ease. She pours her heart and soul into her craft and it shows. We are so thankful for Alyssa and for giving us one of our greatest gifts...the gift of reliving one of our most favorite days of our lives with the most loved people in our lives and we just cannot thank her enough.  We love Alyssa and recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding photographer! You will fall in love with her too!!
