audacity to say my husband loved the performance (he wrote an additional review to make sure they knew the paneer was lying). Please see the exchange on wedding wire!!! So unprofessional. Admitting you screwed up is simple; insulting people to hide a screw up is bad business.
I have an exact list of songs and they didn’t play them. They instead played songs I found wildly inappropriate like the theme songs from game of thrones and 50 shades of grey. 🙄
When the owner texted for the review she tried to say that it was some kind of adaption because he was told to adapt in some way. But it wasn’t the bride and it wasn’t the groom, that told him that. And we were the contractors that paid for the service. they couldn’t tell us who told them to do anything. I asked the company to make it right, they ignored me. We have received no more communication excet insulting comments on our reviews as they try to maintain their fake perfect scores on sites.
It was absolutely not what we would have chosen or wanted. The song before the ceremony was badly performed and very off tune from the vibe we wanted. My parents and I were mortified. I kept saying “I wish he would stop playing.” It was not good!
