I knew from the beginning how talented Amalie was, her photos are all very beautiful! After each conversation Amalie and I had about the vision my fiancé and I had for our wedding I started to feel more and more like she really listens and understands us as a close friend. Our engagement photo session was really fun and we love our beautiful photos! After this past week Amalie feels more like a family member. She was the calming voice on the phone, answering my frantic texts and emails, telling me everything will work out, she was so supportive and positive and really helped with the uncertainty and postponement of our planned March 2020 wedding. She has been there for us and I am so thankful for her! She really has gone above and beyond anything I would have expected. And her photos are AMAZING! Can’t wait for our upcoming early fall wedding 💕

Amalie was just incredible! Not only did she capture the most incredible moments during our engagement shoot and wedding, but she was just SO fun and easy to work with!! We love her energy and how simple she made the photography process for us. Not to mention she sent preview pictures from the wedding by next day, and our entire album within a week! We will definitely be asking Amalie to shoot all our future professional photography needs.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amalie. I first met Amalie at our consultation, and I immediately knew she was going to be our wedding photographer! Where do I even begin!? WOW! Amalie and her husband, Jeff, did such an AMAZING job photographing our wedding! They are both so down to earth, super sweet, and incredibly talented! I seriously don’t even know where to start. Amalie was my very first email the day after we got engaged. I have been following her work for years and never that I would be able to have a photographer as talented as her. From the moment we both meant her we were so comfortable. Neither of us have had professional photos taken and she knew exactly how to direct us. She made something that could have been awkward so fun and natural. Amaile takes the time to understand your wedding vision and actually cares about capturing what you want. For both our engagement photos and wedding photos we met in advance to talk about the vision and pick the most perfect spots to shoot. Amaile is so detailed. She sent a well thought through timeline in advance and made sure we were on schedule on the big day. On the actual day, her energy is so calming. We cannot put into words how thankful we are that we decided to hire Amalie and Jeff to photograph our wedding this past November 10. The service you get with them is just above and beyond. Having Amalie in your corner is like having an extra wedding planner. She knows this industry inside and out! They are not only incredible photographers, but incredible people that you will want to hang out with. They made us both feel so at ease during our engagement session and on our wedding day. Having Amalie with me as I was getting ready and before our first look was so comforting for me. I felt like I had a good girlfriend with me who had seen and done this all before. There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Amalie and Jeff are. They are the epitome of professionalism and quality. We loved every second of working with them from our engagement pictures session to our wedding. They are so easy to work with but the best part is how easy and comfortable they make you feel the whole time. The poses and instructions are never awkward and they let you be yourself. When we got our pictures back, they looked so unbelievably natural and just how I always pictured our wedding photographs would look. And on top of them being so amazing, we received all of our pictures in just two weeks! I cannot recommend Amalie enough and will go back to her for every life event that we want photographed in the future!

It has been a real pleasure working with Amalie. I chose her after falling in love with her online portfolio. Her prices were higher than the other photographers that I had looked at, but in my opinion completely worth it for the level of professionalism and care that she puts into her work. Having excellent wedding photos was one of my highest priorities, and she certainly delivered! I purchased the 5-hour package which was perfect for our small wedding of 35 people. I booked with Amalie a year out from our wedding. She sent us a welcome box that included recommended vendors (we chose our wonderful hair/makeup artist from her suggestion!) and a booklet explaining the process for taking family portraits, etc. which we found very helpful. Closer to our wedding date, she had us fill out a comprehensive questionnaire so that she could construct a timeline and know if we had any special photo requests. She also collaborated with our venue and day-of coordinator to make sure the timeline details were right. On our wedding day both Amalie and her husband Jeff came to shoot our photos. We had a lot of fun working with them both! They kept us and our guests relaxed and laughing for photos, and also kept us on track with our timeline. The directions that Amalie and Jeff gave us were very clear and all of our poses look so organic in our photos, not to mention the great use of lighting. Only a few days after the wedding, Amalie gave us a sneak peek of our photos and told us the rest would be ready in 6-8 weeks. She worked hard to end up getting our photos to us much sooner than that, and we absolutely love how they turned out! We've shared our online gallery with our guests and they are likewise thrilled with all of the special moments (and some funny ones!) that Amalie and Jeff captured from our wedding. After going through the experience of planning a wedding, I would make the same choice to work with Amalie if I had to go back in time and choose again!

Amalie is amazing! She is simply the best. Her photos are incredible, all of them. Every single photo from our engagement shoot she sent us is stunning. The natural light she incorporates into her photos is so dreamy. Amalie as a human is also incredible! She made me and my fiance feel SO comfortable with our engagement shoot. I was excited for engagement photos but very nervous as I feel awkward and uncomfortable in front of a camera. I am not even a "selfie" girl so I was really nervous about this. My fiance feels the same way. The moment we met Amalie for our engagement photos she was SO nice. She talked us through all of the poses and awkward moments and my fiance and I had a really fun time shooting our engagement photos. I worried about my wedding photos as do many brides but I knew after talking with Amalie and seeing her previous work- that I had nothing to worry about. Amalie, and her husband Jeff, were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From traveling to take our beautiful engagement photos, to answering my million questions, Amalie was perfect. There is no doubt in my mind that any other photographer could have done better and was a better person to work with! After loving them so much for our engagement session, we booked for our wedding. They were perfect to work with at the wedding, too. I absolutely LOVED working with Amalie at Amalie Orrange Photography, she exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to a wedding photographer. I came across Amalie’s work on Pinterest and was drawn to the light, airy and romantic feel to her photos. After our initial phone call I instantly knew I had to have Amalie as our wedding photographer. Amalie was extremely flexible and wanted to ensure that we received the best photos possible. After 30 minutes into shooting our engagement photos, it started pouring and lightening, Amalie told us that we should reschedule and when it came time to do our re-shoot we were given the full allotment of time for the engagement session. This blew my mind as I know some places would not be so accommodating and would take that initial time from the second session. This just shows that Amalie is a perfectionist! After our wedding we received a sneak peek of some of the photos the next morning, which was amazing to wake up to! Our full gallery was returned to us while we were still on our honeymoon, which made for great reminiscing of the best night of our lives! I would have no hesitations in recommending Amalie Orrange Photography as a wedding photographer, she is absolutely AMAZING!

Hiring Amalie and Jeff as our photographers was one of the best decisions that we made in our planning process. Amaile was recommended to us by another bride that used her for their wedding. Naturally, we sought out and met with Amalie. We fell in love with Amalie’s personality and her style of photography. We scheduled our engagement session with them as well. This allowed us to get sneak peek of how shooting with her was and the quality of our photos. She’s so great to work with – she makes the shooting process relaxed, fun and natural, and SO easy. Her and Jeff do outstanding work. Her husband Jeff is the second shooter, who brings a great style as well. He’s also easy to get along with, and offers some more nontraditional shots and angles which is nice. We were so happy with the quality of the images that she took – she’s creative, attentive to detail, and precise. We truly enjoyed having Amalie and Jeff be our photographers: they’re professional, positive, fun to work with and extremely good at what they do. We received a sneek peek of of wedding photos one day after our wedding and then we received our full edited gallery in 12 days! We will have our images forever, and we’re so happy with them!

Amalie and Jeff are amazing! Our photographer was the very first thing we booked for our wedding (even before our venue) because it was super important to me. From the first time I met with Amalie I knew I was in great hands. Not only are they awesome photographers, but also so helpful with recommendations during the planning process as well. When it came to our wedding day, Amalie and Jeff made everything SO easy. We also did our engagement photo session with them. They make taking photos seem so natural and not awkward/overly posing like I thought it would be. And on top of that they are just so sweet and funny. They had us laughing the whole time :) Definitely the best decision we made! When we look through the photos of our special day, it is like reliving the day all over again. They did an amazing job capturing the day for us. They are THE BEST. Definitely highly recommend!

Amalie and Jeff are the best! They are incredibly talented, professional, and fun. We did an engagement session with them and we are so glad that we did! I cannot say enough about Amalie and Jeff and I’m not even sure where to start. They took our unique, personal residence outdoor wedding, and made it a work of art. Photos were the most critical part of my entire day, as with many brides, and choosing them was the BEST decision we made. They captured moments and angles we didn’t know existed and did not miss a thing. From our engagement shoot to the wedding day, our few hours spent with Amalie and Jeff were an experience all in itself as they are such a fun and lighthearted couple who truly make any photo session fun and super easy. As a couple, they have such a fantastic demeanor that it completely put us both at ease, making our photos more natural than I ever could have expected. The turn around time, volume of quality photos you will receive, and their personal delivery of your complete photo set will exceed any expectation you might have for a photographer. After getting my FULL ALBUM within only 9 days of my wedding, I spent hours going through each to find a few favorites. It is nearly impossible because every photo is amazing. Thank you Jeff and Amalie for being so incredible, I cannot find the words to do you both justice!

If it was possible to give Amalie all the stars in the world, we would! She is such an amazing and creative person to work with! Every single one of our photos came out so beautiful and she went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. She has an eye for beauty and it translates through her work. Our original photographer had canceled on us within 6 months of the wedding. At the time it felt terrible to have to scramble and find someone else, but in retrospect I am so fortunate the original photographer canceled because Amalie is perfect for us. She captured our day exactly how we imagined, hoped for and then some! Her husband Jeff was a 2nd shooter for the day of our wedding, and it was so nice to have all the photos of the guys getting ready. They make a funny, smart, kind duo, which helped with my groom's nerves because like most men he is not as comfortable with the camera or spotlight. We just got back from our honeymoon and Amalie has already sent us the disc of all our images! Only 2 weeks after the wedding! We received a ton of photos as well, more than I ever could have imagined. Image after image you can clearly see that Amalie cares so much about what she does, and not only has that but understands what you want. We cannot stop talking about how talented she is, and how much we love the photos and her. My whole family included! My mom told me she is so happy that Amalie is our photographer, and I couldn't agree more! She is such a genuine, nice person, someone you would want to make a friend with, because she is so darn sweet. Then there's the fact she is incredibly awesome at what she does! I'm surprised she doesn't have some kind of cult following at this point. I might just inspire a movement! I am so happy we trusted her to capture all the beauty and essence of our wedding. Quite frankly, I don't think anyone could have done as eloquently in translating our story.
