If you’re on the fence about hiring AC&Co as your wedding planner, consider this your sign to do it! Amanda and her team are fantastic. From the first few minutes of chatting with Amanda on the phone I knew she was the perfect fit to help us make our dream day come true (we also chatted about fly fishing and I was immediately convinced she had to be my wedding planner!). We had the big task of planning our wedding in four months from Michigan, and Amanda was so helpful in every question, detail, and logistical planning for every aspect of our wedding. She was calm, professional, but also made us laugh and truly enjoy the wedding planning process! The day before and day of the wedding Amanda and Savanah made our vision come to life and came in clutch with some last minute changes to the ceremony due to the weather. It was perfect. Like others have said, from the first phone call, I knew she was my girl. Amanda brings a calm, creative, and confident disposition into every aspect of her work. She is more than a wedding planner, I immediately felt like I had gained a dear friend. Her monthly meetings leading up to your big day help you feel confident that you are covering all of your bases, allowing you to truly enjoy your last couple of months as an engaged couple. Our family farm wedding was absolutely PERFECT because of her team's vision and organization. Amanda is hands down amazing. Our wedding went super smoothly and was extremely well organized thanks to Amanda and her wonderful team. We enjoyed meeting with her the year leading up to the wedding and working on tasks she assigned us. It helped us stay on track and not have last minute surprises the week of the wedding. She uses a program call Aisle Planner which makes it extremely easy to communicate, track RSVP and meal choices, and make a seating chart. Amanda is professional, extremely competent, and a hands-down amazing at what she does. We have recommended her to two others couples getting married next year and they both booked her after attending our wedding and seeing her work first hand. Amanda is incredible!

There are truly no words to describe the incredible Amanda! My goodness, we just adore her! She is all things wonderful, organized, understanding, efficient, honest and just the dang BEST! Not to mention her fabulous team that is just is just top notch. Planning our wedding during the pandemic was an added stress to say the least... but having Amanda by myside made the process seamless. How do we even begin to express how much we love Amanda?! Simply put, Amanda is someone we want in our lives forever. Months before our wedding, during our first call with Amanda, we knew Amanda was organized, detail-oriented, composed, thoughtful, and unmistakably empathetic. Planning a wedding during a pandemic naturally comes with its unique hurdles, but Amanda navigated everything with ease, and she consistently uplifted us. The week of our wedding about 20 guests informed us they sadly could not attend as they either tested positive for COVID or they were exposed to someone with COVID. Amanda met with us in-person for more than two hours, and she just wanted to listen to us vent our sadness. Amanda absorbed every word and provided encouraging counsel and next steps. On top of managing everything for the wedding, Amanda also proactively took action and scheduled me (Jasmin) a massage, gave us a brunch recommendation, and gave us several hugs. On our wedding day at Sunriver Resort, Amanda’s radiating smile illuminated every room she walked into, and she managed everything behind the scenes with the execution and finesse of an Olympic gymnast. We did not have to lift a single finger and we feel incredibly blessed for our wedding day experience. The day after our wedding, while driving to our Jackson Hole honeymoon resort, we kept organically mentioning how much we already missed Amanda. Truly. We were missing Amanda and her positive demeanor. Amanda is in the best industry given her personality, values, and character. Amanda and her team are incredible professionals and great at just about everything related to wedding planning/coordination. Not only were they so helpful and on top of everything, but they dealt with difficult personalities with a big smile on their faces and did an amazing job at my wedding. They made sure everything went off without a hitch, my husband and I were completely supported by them, and they were super sweet to boot. My wedding was a little extra hard since it was at our property and took a little extra planning but based on how on top of it Amanda and team were you couldn't tell, and the ladies really went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were covered. Can't really ask for a better team to help run your wedding!!

Amanda and her team were truly outstanding! She went above and beyond to make sure that every small detail of our wedding went perfectly, which allowed us and our families to relax and enjoy every moment. We had a large wedding, so this was no small feat. She was so much more than we expected in a day-of planner, helping us problem-solve and coordinate between all of our vendors for months prior to the big day. There were countless examples of how her team went above and beyond - bringing acai bowls from town for all of the bridesmaids on the morning of, suggesting we take a moment to ourselves after the ceremony photos complete with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, ensuring the bouquets made it back to our room at the end of the night, and bringing hundreds of pastries for a make-shift brunch the morning after. She is so kind, warm, and professional, and we could truly never thank her enough for all that she did for us!! The best ever! We could not recommend her more highly!

Amanda Claire & Co was everything I never knew I needed. We interviewed with 3 other vendors and we knew right away that Amanda was our girl. Our wedding was a destination wedding in Bend, OR and Amanda was our boots on the ground. She is so well connected in the Bend area, she coordinated with our other vendors to put the whole day together. Amanda kept Tyler and I on track leading up to our wedding making sure we were getting tasks completed. She utilizes an awesome interface called Isle planner, where she creates timelines and to do's and we can add and check things off as we go. She also Created a timeline for the day of to keep everything running smoothly with all the different vendors (HMU, photography, videography, flowers, first look etc.) Amanda was instrumental in helping manage our constantly changing guest list as we were hopeful (and waiting to the last minute) that the border would open so my family could attend. Amanda is everything you want on your wedding team, she is calm, cool, collected, organized, a task master and makes your dreams come to life. Not to mention she is so kind and fun to boot! 10 out of 10, 5 stars.

It's been a few months since our wedding and my husband and I STILL talk about how grateful we were for Amanda and how much we love her! She was by far one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding. Not only did she go above and beyond in her support, but did everything with such kindness. From our first meeting to the day of the wedding (and after) she was there for every question, quick to respond, and quick to take action where needed. We had a very smooth wedding, but as to be expected there were a few small things that didn't go as planned but each time Amanda had a plan immediately and was so quick to take action that we were never worried at all. After our wedding our bridal party and even family were coming up to us saying how calm and down to earth our coordinator was. She kept everyone in line but did it with the most grace and calmness. She NEVER seemed stressed once! And that is so important because a high-stress or worried coordinator will rub off on those around them. We didn't hire a florist because we ordered our florals online (they were all dried) so Amanda and her team set up the whole venue from the tables to the arch and everything in between. They made it look incredible and it was exactly the style I was looking for. Amanda was truly incredible's professional, kind, flexible, fun, and organized. Not only was she incredibly helpful for the wedding, but we gained a lifelong friend in the process! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I get emotional just thinking about how much I love Amanda and her team. Amanda was the best decision I made with my wedding other than saying yes to my husband. From the very first call to a few weeks after the wedding when I texted her a question about getting my dress cleaned Amanda was caring, professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond… fill in any and every positive word you can think of here. She is basically the best friend you need to get you through the planning. Of course Amanda is organized and professional and I could go on and on about that but what sets her apart is how much she LOVES her couples. She makes you feel like you are the most important people. I am very opinionated and Type A but I trusted every suggestion she made for our wedding. She really understood us as a couple (and individually) and had our best interest in mind. I had many event manager friends at the wedding and every one of them messaged me after to say how impressed they were with our wedding planner and how smoothly the entire night ran. We hired Amanda to officiate our adventure micro-wedding and it was a one of the best wedding decisions we made! Amanda was so easy to work with virtually before our wedding day since we don’t live in Oregon. The ceremony planning process was easy with her and she developed a truly perfect ceremony for us. On the day of our wedding we met her at the trailhead and even though it was technically our first time meeting, she fit into our group seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful with all the bumps we encountered getting to the ceremony location and helped us with all the changes/mishaps. The one point in our day I know I’ll never forget, was when we had to make a decision to change the plan in the middle of the hike. Amanda came to check in on me, the bride, to see how I was doing dealing with the mid-adventure adjustments. She’s a true wedding professional, that feels like a long time friend, the way she approached me to just make sure I was doing okay. Amanda is not only, easy to work with, professional, and a lovely human, but she is now a family friend. I would recommend her to anyone getting married!

Amanda was my day of coordinator and also worked with us to plan the details leading up to the wedding.
