Amanda Jewel Floral + Design is a self-taught, organic inspired design studio. Founded, owned and run by Amanda Jewel Lankford, a creative who has been playing with flowers from a very young age. She began her business based on the sole reason that flowers truly bring happiness to every person they touch.
At Amanda Jewel Floral + Design, we pride ourselves on hard work and the ability to make even our craziest ideas come to life. Although our true style tends to mimic the wild asymmetrical patterns of nature, we are capable of designing anything to fit any space, and love the challenge of doing so. We choose to allow the natural movement of nature speak through our designs. We hope to be able to design something unique and special for you.

I met with a few other floral and design vendors, nobody took the time to listen and take the vision I had to come up with something that was ME. When I first met Amanda at her cute studio, I knew it was destiny.
Every time I went back and forth about the details of what I wanted, Amanda was happy to accommodate quickly and with a smile and even give honest feedback. The flowers were legitimately works of art, and I received compliment after compliment on how elegant and stunning my wedding was. From the flowers to the details everything was elegant, romantic and dramatic...exactly what I wanted.
A few wedding detail highlights Amanda and her team created --- my bouquet (the most beautiful work of art, I will cherish this forever). The ceremony drape we walked through was pulled back with flowers & greenery and our aisle was filled with pink rose petals. We got married under a huge bunch of babies breath with floating candles. Over the band was a huge disco ball made out of baby's breath (it was incredible). We chose to have a couples table at the reception it was tuscan scattered with A LOT of greenery, flowers, candles and ghost chairs for us to sit in. The guest table centerpieces included votive candles or tall gold vases with flowers, and the seating chart was created on blackboard lined with gold tinsel (it was so cool)! I could go on forever, it was truly the most picture perfect NYE wedding.
Everything at the wedding came together exactly as I envisioned it and more. I didn't see the setup before walking down the aisle, but my girls did and I remember them telling me "this is so you!" And they were so right!

She did all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, candles and floral decorations, and even decorated our chuppah. Everything was beautiful and unique, and really had the warm, natural, romantic feel I was going for. She incorporated seasonal greenery, which was really important to me (which is no small feat in December!). At all times she and her team were responsive and professional. isions for our wedding day. Then she walked me through her inventory of items and decorations and had me point out the different items that I either liked or disliked... To me, this was such a big differentiator between Amanda and other vendors out there. She made sure that our mutual visions were on the same page with tangible items. Because of this extra step, I ultimately trusted her design decisions and overall vision even more! Amanda's overall design for our wedding was gorgeous and she thought of every detail from our chairs, centerpieces, floral, cake table, linens, and even our exit where our wedding guests threw paper airplanes over us (which she and her crew folded themselves). She even went above and beyond to create a jello mold with a stapler in the middle (an office joke that both my husband and I love) as a gift to us. Without Amanda and her talented crew, I don't think that I would have been able to enjoy our wedding day as much as I did. Not only did she do such a fabulous job but she was there for me throughout the planning process and the day of to take the stress away from the bride (and did it so well). Everything was absolutely gorgeous - from the area for the ceremony with the gorgeous magnolia and lanterns to the tent with your fabulous table designs - You did such a great job with combining textures, fragrance and color to create a beautiful setting for a delightful evening - your flower selection was unusual and interesting as well - loved the daffodils (Anna's favorite flower) tucked in here and there - and the lilac (which I can't smell but love!) and the tulips - Hooray for tulips!!

looking for. I didn't want a Pinterest-made wedding--I wanted to dream up something that matched my sense of aesthetic. Through an enthusiastic discussion of all things I love, Libby started making suggestions for some ideas I might like. Her enthusiasm for everything from lanterns to ribbon was infectious. After that initial meeting and the first proposal, she made several adjustments as new ideas came to me. She was flexible and knowledgeable, so if there was anything she thought would work particularly well, she wasn't afraid to tell me. I could not have been happier with the final result. My ceremony backdrop set the perfect romantic mood for my ceremony, and my reception decor was unlike anything I had ever seen. My bouquet personal bouquet is so special--I didn't think I would care so much about personal flowers, but the unique blooms she used were eye-catching and expertly arranged to look a little wild. Many pictures for other vendors in the area also look very pretty, but I really don't think anyone else can match the service offered by Amanda Jewel. Planning my wedding was so much more fun because of Libby, and I cannot thank her enough for making my wedding more beautiful than I could have imagined.

The garland for the ceremony was absolutely stunning-to the point where guests were swooning over it, sending pictures to their daughters/future brides they knew. I was panicking but Amanda was so calming, SO nice and so helpful and was confident she could get what I wanted for my wedding day. And she was right! They decorated our venue beautifully, and for coordination, Amanda handled everything, and I was left virtually stress free.
