liar with, Amanda provided me a very helpful list of locations and photo examples. I am also very awkward when taking photos and Amanda made me feel very comfortable, she helped my husband and I with poses and we had a really good time. I also had Amanda for my wedding and it was a wonderful experience. She helped the groomsmen with their ties and sleeves, interacted really well with everyone and made the picture process very fun and smooth. Till this day, I still get family telling me how much they loved the photographer at my wedding. I have been recommending her to everyone that I can!

rofessional, caring, very responsive, and knowledgeable. Because we were out of state and never had been to Washington before, Amanda went above and beyond to help us choose a location and gave us so many incredible recommendations. Her and her husband, Eugene (who we hired to do our videography - he was AWESOME, too), even scouted out locations beforehand and sent them over to us to make sure we liked the spot. And I can tell you every single spot was ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Amanda also helped me out with our elopement day timeline and made sure we had plenty of time at each spot to ensure we weren’t rushed and could really enjoy every moment. The day of the elopement was an ABSOLUTE DREAM! Amanda was on time, made me feel at ease and felt like a friend the moment she stepped foot in our hotel room. We spent our whole elopement with her and her husband, Eugene, and both of them made the day feel so special and fun. Amanda gave great recommendations for poses/certain shots and after getting our previews back, they all just look so natural and elegant. We were so sad the day ended because we had so much fun! The next day, Amanda sent us preview photos and every single photo was STUNNING! Every single photo was my favorite. will be doing our wedding photos this summer. As someone who struggles with loving how they look--she made me love every one of the pictures I saw. Captured real moments of emotion. And her eye for posing/backgrounds/lighting is amazing.

hing being shut down, the timing and logistics were a nightmare, and Amanda was amazingly flexible and easy-going throughout the whole process, which helped ease my stress a great deal. She suggested some fantastic places to shoot before the ceremony, and really understood the feel mood we were going for in our photos and planned spots accordingly. I trusted her every suggestion and valued her easy guidance and insight. She was able to guide us into poses and work with us when we really had no idea what we were doing, all while keeping the mood joyful and lighthearted. During the ceremony, Amanda was able to capture some truly phenomenal and heartfelt photos without feeling intrusive or disruptive in the slightest, which is amazing considering there were only six of us in the courtroom (including the judge!). Four hours after leaving the courthouse, Amanda sent over a ton of initial preview photos and I was blown away. The style and feeling of the photos was exactly what I had pictured without even having to communicate it. When I got my full gallery a few weeks later I was stunned yet again with the full collection and variety of photos Amanda was able to capture in two short hours. My original wedding day went from being a difficult reminder of what plans had to be cancelled to one of the days I will cherish most because of the emotion and feeling Amanda was able to capture. I will forever treasure joy this day brought me thanks to Amanda's photos.

I even imagined possible. She helped us find the perfect spot for first look photos that look like they’re out of a dream! Amanda is also just the sweetest person and radiates such a positive energy that it felt like we were working with someone we’ve known for years! She genuinely loves her couples and goes above and beyond to capture your vision and more. She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed and gently guided our posing for natural looking shots. I could not be happier with how our galleries turned out! She was so patient and accommodating to our impromptu additional family shots too. Our guests had so many wonderful things to say about her work and professionalism! I am recommending her to everyone and I am already making up milestones for opportunities to work with Amanda again, I cannot wait to do fur baby photos!!

ing/backgrounds! - she created absolutely incredible edits! - she is timely with presence and turnaround! I am a very awkward person, and I do not like getting my picture taken. I was nervous to have a stranger documenting my elopement, and ultimately any distractions from being myself on arguably one of the most important days if my life. We had an intimate elopement- Amanda acted as one of our official witnesses! Since I had never been married before, and there was nobody else there, she walked us through it and met up with my new husband and set up our “first look”. She went above and beyond, and basically acted as our wedding planner- she even scoped out the place beforehand to check for cool spots! IT WENT SO SMOOTHLY AND STRESS FREE AND I OWE THAT ALL TO HER! When the photos were being taken, Amanda was quick to fix the train on my dress or have me adjust my hair as needed (this was my request for her to tell me), and so thankful for the way little tweaks turned out in pics. She also kept the energy going making silly comments to make us more comfortable, and was so adventurous. Oh! She also ended our session with a tiny printer of pictures we could take home with us that day! And, while her turnaround for the edits was lightning speed, they were also very well done. I could not have had a better experience if I tried. I am absolutely in love with my pictures, and the memories, and I will cherish them forever. Honestly, if I could marry my husband again, I would just to hire Amanda. She is seriously a whole package.

are many photographers who would respond with "I'm in!" when you propose doing your engagement session roughly three hours away on the Olympic peninsula. Or "sounds great" when you suggest doing your first look on top of a mountain (including helping me into my dress because my bridesmaids were still getting ready elsewhere), before rushing back to shoot your wedding at the bottom of said mountain. Having a photographer like Amanda (and her husband as our second shooter) made my wedding dreams a reality. Amanda is really the whole package. She checks off the traditional wedding photographer box--she really is quite talented. But where she really shines is if you are looking for something adventurous, or different, or really just someone who will make you feel comfortable while having your photo taken 1000 times! (and i'm not exaggerating on that, she gave us a wedding gallery of over 900 photos).

I are huge fans of being in front of the camera, but obviously having beautiful photos to remember our wedding day was incredibly important to me/us! Amanda was amazing. She gave us direction, made us feel comfortable, and gave us every photo we wanted. She’s a very talented photographer and I love how creative she is. Some of my favorite photos were ones I wouldn’t have even thought of. She really made it easy on us. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to be there! Anyone looking for a photographer for any occasion should talk to Amanda! I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

We were one of the unlucky couples to book a venue that closed without warning- 2 months before the reception Before anyone had caught wind of the situation, Amanda contacted me to let me know there might be an issue. Because of her, we were able to find a new venue within 2 days, and before it hit the mainstream news. Not only that, but the new venue was even better than the original. We can't thank her enough. She is nothing but professional, prompt and easy to work with. She took time to get to know us, have mutiple conversations regarding our relationship, likes/ dislikes, and what was important to us. She created a quick and trusting bond that made us feel at ease. My husband and I typically hate taking pictures, but Amanda embraced our quarks and caught moments that looked beautiful and effortless. If available, take her up on the offer for Eugene to be the videographer. They are the best duo, and our wedding video made multiple people cry. There is really no reason to search any farther than Amanda. You will not be sorry!

are befuddled. We hired Amanda for our wedding at Treehouse Point and she absolutely captured the day perfectly. She worked well with everyone giving tips on how to make each photo perfect. She had sneak peek photos in my inbox the next day! We also did a trash the wedding dress photo shoot instead of the engagement photos (part of the package we got) and Amanda found a great location, woke up at 5am so we could hike and get there before the crowds, and spent far more time with us than most other photographers would! She is a kind person who takes great photos... you won't be disappointed!

she does. I'm one of those people who thinks I look good while posing, but after doing that exact same pose in the mirror, wonder what in the world I was thinking. I let Amanda know that I wanted help with posing and she did exactly what I needed. One thing that I really admired about Amanda was how comfortable she made everyone feel. It wasn't the slightest bit awkward while she was in the room snapping shots of my bridesmaids and I while we were getting ready for the big day. The guests loved her as well! She has an eye for photography and capturing those special moments. I even received some sneak peaks from my wedding the next day! I'm very impressed and will recommend her to anyone who will listen.

mes out. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to a couples photoshoot because is it really couples photos when Beauty stands with awkward Beast? But alas, I ventured into the unknown with my nicest shirt, best black jeans, and skinniest of ties. Amanda was calm, collected, and confident in her work with us. She brought me out of my weird cocoon and made me an active participant in the photos. I figured I would just be a figure that my girlfriend leans upon. Someone in the picture showing that she has a human. Nope. Amanda made me feel welcome, made the shoot fun, and pushed me off of my comfort cliff. (We actually we’re on a cliff by a waterfall. Epic.) I can’t recommend Amanda White highly enough. If she can turn this gangly hipster into a makeshift model that compliments a photo instead of humorizing it, she can do anything with a camera.
