My husband and I had our big wedding back home and came to Tahoe for our honeymoon, wanting a wedding reflection session to capture the beauty of a place that’s so special to us. Amanda immediately understood our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. She knows Tahoe like the back of her hand and guided us to breathtaking, hidden spots only a local could know: a serene mountain lake, a secret waterfall, and a quiet pier overlooking Lake Tahoe. She even arranged for us to canoe across a peaceful lake surrounded by mountains, which ended up being one of the most sentimental moments of our honeymoon. Amanda didn’t just take photos—she created an experience. She helped us with everything: choosing locations, building a timeline, and coordinating details like hair, makeup, and flowers. She even prepared us for little things we wouldn’t have thought of, like bringing hiking shoes and snacks, which made the day so smooth. During the shoot, we shared wedding reflections with each other, and Amanda captured those moments so naturally that the photos feel alive every time we look at them. We had so much fun with her—there was so much laughter, and she made us feel completely comfortable and natural in front of the camera. When we received our gallery, we were blown away—they are absolutely stunning and even surpassed our wedding day photos. Amanda has a gift for making every pose look elegant yet natural and for capturing the emotion behind every moment.
