If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked Amanda for our destination wedding WELL in advance for our wedding. I had even already sent in our “contract” and deposit. I reached out several times via email as that was how we were communicating the entire time and never received emails back once my deposit check was cashed. Finally, after weeks of not receiving answers I sent a Facebook message and that was finally when I heard back. At that same time, I decided not to use Amanda as a photographer considering if we cannot even communicate this early on how would the wedding planning turn out. I wasn’t risking it. When asking for my deposit back and showing proof of all the emails I had sent I was called a liar. There was always an excuse as to why she couldn’t answer her emails. Amanda told me she would have my check back to me within 4 weeks. That was on June, 27, 2018. Today, September 10, 2018, still no check. I have asked on several occasions where the check was and if she answered, I was not getting a truthful response. Amanda said she would mail it and even drop it off! I am a bride trying to make my wedding the most beautiful day as possible and capture it all with the most amazing photographer. If you are looking for the same and a stress-free photography process, unfortunately you cannot trust Amanda Krieg.
