Amanda has a talent of finding great light in sometimes dark situations, good/not too posed positions, and is passionate about her career. Amanda went with us to Amsterdam for a private ceremony and will also photograph our reception with family and friends post Covid-19. Beyond the quality of her craft, when planning a wedding, especially a destination elopement (like us) a vendor's responsiveness is key- and a huge deciding factor: Amanda always responds. Her overall nature and personality is calming and enthusiastic, without over-kill and she makes her client's feel comfortable. My husband is very much an introvert and Amanda did excellent coping with that aspect while also capturing intimate and beautiful moments from our wedding day. The timeliness and presentation of the the photos exceeded my expectations, and of course the product was amazing. I would definitely recommend Amanda for any event requiring photography, especially in "moody" locations- her willingness to travel and offer traveling for elopements is such an added bonus, I'm thrilled that all my "wedding" photos from home and abroad will have the same touch. She's great and easy to work with!

They say a picture is worth a 1000 words but her’s are worth a million more. Amanda is amazing and her talent not only shows it but it encapsulates the thoughtfulness and detail she incorporates into every shot. We are so thankful to have had her for our engagement photos and wedding. She exceeds all expectations and is beyond an high recommendation to hire. We hope to have her for all of our life’s special moments and milestones.

Short story: while waiting for my sis in law to get out of work, I received the email of our pictures and... WOW. A couple of days before we received them I was just telling Matt that I would love to marry him again to relive the joyous moment we had. Seeing those photos literally make me feel I lived every moment again. From the time Matt was getting dressed I felt like I was in the room with him to the emotion she captured of my dad giving me away, it’s like you can feel it all over again. The quality of the photos are A++. Through the planning, I’ve read where you should not cheap out on the photographer. Amanda... well worth every hour of hard work. I can’t wait for the moment 20 years from now where I can look back and have the feeling I had in the parking lot waiting for my sister.

Let me start by saying that Amanda is hands down one of the most talented women I have the privilege of knowing! Going into our search for a photographer, I had a clear idea of what I wanted. Not your typical "bright happy posed photos." I wanted something artistic, dark, yet romantic, & alluring. Amanda was the first photographer I came across on Wedding Wire that peaked my interest. I reached out to her, as well as a couple others, hoping that she was in my budget. My fiancé & I were extremely budget conscious since we were paying for our own wedding. To my complete surprise, Amanda has a variety of package options that were flexible & so affordable. I was ecstatic that my favorite photographer was in our budget & available on our day! We met with Amanda immediately & booked her same day as meeting. Amanda is friendly, outgoing, creative & so open to everything that we wanted for our photo aesthetics. Amanda was responsive to all of our emails, met with me at the wedding venue to pick out photography locations, & made herself available to me in my other vendor searches through contacts that she had! On the day of, Amanda & her second shooter that we booked was amazing! They arrived early to make sure everything would run through smoothly, they set a perfect time table for pictures & made sure that we got pictures with everyone that we wanted! Our couple pictures we so so so perfect & so beautiful! Amanda was encouraging & gave us perfect direction to make sure the photos were exactly what we wanted. I will 100% be reaching out to Amanda again in the future for any more family photos that we might want. I cannot say enough how wonderful Amanda is & the value that you will get when you book her! Absolutely reach out to her ASAP! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was open to so many of our ideas and very flexible! She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and kept us laughing throughout our shoot. Amanda did my engagement and wedding pictures, and I am completely smitten with both!! I have gotten so many compliments on our pictures! She did a great job of responding to calls, emails, and texts very promptly and kept us in the loop. I was quite sure that the photography portion of our wedding was one that I wanted to take seriously and spend a little more on, and I am SO glad we chose Amanda to photograph our wedding!

Amanda is an absolute joy to work with and my husband and I are lucky to have been referred to her. She answered any and all questions that I had, she was extremely professional, and she is honestly the sweetest person ever. Amanda documented our engagement session and our wedding day. We were completely blown away by her talent and ability to make us feel so comfortable. Amanda doesn't just take pictures, she captures emotions and moments so naturally. As booked as Amanda is, she still managed to get our photos back to us in a timely matter. It is obvious that she dedicates a lot of time to her work and we truly appreciate her for that.

I will never be able to thank Amanda enough for the precious memories she has documented. She has given us such a gift, being able to look back at our beautiful pictures for years to come. Amanda has done my engagement, bridals, boudoir and wedding pictures. She is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. Amanda is nothing short of absolutely amazing!! I find it hard to even put into words how great she is; we met her for coffee after I first inquired about having her as our wedding photographer and I instantly knew she would be fabulous! She is such a kind soul, very professional, and the pictures she took on our wedding day are flawless. I can't stop looking at them! She brought Mariah with her the day of our wedding and they were both fun, personable, professional, and all around awesome. I 100% recommend Amanda Sutton Photography and we will definitely be using her again for photos in the future! She's the bomb!

I can't say how much I enjoyed having Amanda as a photographer! She is absolutely wonderful and I couldn't have asked for anything better especially in the price range I had.
