helped me craft a personalized Italian menu, including stuffed shells, cannolis, and tiramisu, which made me feel like she was still there with us in spirit and in the food. The charcuterie board was so bountiful, and our guests raved about it. The chicken and asparagus were also a crowd-pleaser. We had two vegan guests who said their stuffed squash was the best vegan wedding food they had ever had. Everyone on the staff with Amanda's Catering was so attentive and wonderful during the event, especially her son, who was also a pleasure to work with.
