I highly recommend Amarilis to be your wedding photographer! She takes amazing photos and was so patient with and open to any requests on our day. She will also advocate for you and work with you to make you as comfortable as possible! She kindly accepted requests to tell some family members/guests who weren't supposed to be at photos to give space which I very much appreciated. What's special about Amarilis is she captures your day as is, so if you're shy about photos and/or want to have your day captured more candidly, she's the photographer for you! I don't love taking photos, but Amarilis and her team made it easy and fun! She was also always responsive and helpful to any questions beforehand. We are blown away by what we got back and will treasure these photos forever.

Amarilis Team was excellent in capturing all the details of our wedding. Her team was so fun to work with. They worked with is on keeping a timeline. I hired her team for photography and film. They were very patient with out wedding party and their customer service was on point. I love their artistic views in their work and cannot wait to see ours.

Amarilis was my rock throughout the wedding process. Due to COVID and military delays, we ended up postponing several times, and Amy was nothing but kind and patient. She was extremely considerate and worked with us to build a custom package for our budget. She was one of the few vendors that felt as excited about our wedding as we were. She and her entire team were friendly, professional, and fun to work with. We were extremely nervous about being photographed, but she had all of the tricks to help us relax and came up with some incredible shots. Our engagement photos and day of photos were beautiful beyond belief, and we are still receiving compliments from all of our guests. Additionally, she got our video and photos back to us in record time (less than 6 weeks after our wedding!) We used Amy and her team for both photo and video. We would not have been able to afford a videographer otherwise, even though it was something really wanted. Her prices are incredibly reasonable given her degree of expertise and talent. BOOK AMY NOW! You won't regret it!

Amy is by far the greatest and only professional photographer I’ve had. I was searching for a photographer for my 10 year wedding anniversary. From the start she was very easy to work with and answered all my questions right away. If it wasn’t through email I was able to contact her directly. Also she worked with our budget and I am forever grateful for it , her pricing is worth the amazing quality time and effort she puts into these photos ! She did both our engagement and wedding and I couldn’t be any happier. Even the day of she works so fast and is strict on time which I loved because it kept everything flowing. I’ve only received a sneak peak of our wedding photos and I cannot wait to see the whole gallery. Highly recommend her to the point where I just want to get pregnant again just to have a maternity shoot with her. Thank you again Amy

Amarilis Photography & Film was hands down the best photoshoot I’ve been apart of. I had such a special Maternity photoshoot and Amarilis made sure I was extremely comfortable and made the whole experience so much more fun and worthy. She managed to get some authentic emotions in the photos and I was So happy with the work. Definitely plan on getting family photos with her very soon!

Long overdue review! I found Amy on Instagram last year and was in love with her photos so I reached out to book a maternity shoot. She was very professional and up front about everything. Mother Nature was not being nice to me and we had to reschedule multiple times due to bad weather (we did a beach shoot). She was so willing and determined to make it work and we finally did! I used her beautiful gowns (multiple changes behind her car lol) and she made me feel beautiful as well! First time being pregnant so my body was going through major changes but she made me feel so comfortable and confident! She was prompt with getting us the images and there were sooo many for us to keep and cherish which was another reason I was so glad we went with her! Amy is great and I hope I get the chance to shoot with her again soon! If you’re undecided about booking her be like Nike and Just Do It!!

Seriously, look no further! Amy is extremely talented and amazing at what she does! We had a Christmas shoot with her and those photos were just breathtaking! We have booked our engagement session and wedding day, I know 100% she will capture the best pictures for us to look back and remember years from now.

Amy was amazing!!! I couldn't believe how beautiful my images were. She's truly an artist. I definitely cried looking at our images. My only regret is not getting the video, she's so good at what she does.

Amy was by far the best photographer I could have ever chosen she gave me the most beautiful pictures and she helped me with my whole wedding timeline she really exceeded my expectations! She was more than a photographer she was amazing. Love her and you need to book with her asap. My wedding pictures are just beyond perfect.

We loved having Amy as our photographer for both our engagement session and our wedding. My husband and I are terrible with photos but Amy made us feel relaxed and comfortable. She got all the pictures I wanted from the wedding as well as suggesting shots that I absolutely love. This was probably the best decision I made in our wedding planning

We hired Amarilis (Amy) for photography, videography, and Photo Booth services for our wedding. My husband and I were blown away. I can't believe we got so lucky to have her capture our day. Not only was she professional, and punctual, but she helped me so much with the planning process. On top of all this, we also got a cute custom flash drive, and a sweet thank you within 3 weeks of our day. You won't regret hiring Amy & her team!!!

let me start with saying BRAVO amy.. BRAVO!!!!... when i first started the wedding planning, i was going crazy trying to find a videographer.. My amazing photographer recommended Amy, after doing my research (because every girl must) i couldnt stop comparing Amy's work to others and hers just kept winning so finally we signed contract and all good stuff!! i was super comfortable from the get-go when i first met her.. Very professional and very presentable... Great personality which only meant she understood what was it that i wanted (which is key).. when we did our engagement shoot she BLEW my now husband and myself away with the footage and the finished product... i couldnt wait for the wedding day to come and see the video or even a peek... so now that i have the highlight video im beyond happy and 1000% satisfied with her work ALL around.. never did i once worry about "oh capture this", "remember i need this shot".. Being a bride your so caught up in the "moment" you dont really get the chance to let sink in the whole experience and then you start to wonder "did everyone have fun" "i forgot to do this,say that" being seeing the video i remembered how much fun, and most important how much LOVE was surrounded by us.. I almost relived that day and remember the little detailed that i spent so much time on... Thank you AMY thank you a million times for capturing a memory i now can never forget...:)

Booking online is never easy especially when planning a wedding. Amarilis (Amy) was so helpful, she even directed us with other vendors. She showed up early, was attentive, and even helped keep the timeline in order. I am so happy we selected Amarilis Photography for our wedding, she is the best!!! As the mother of the bride planning from out of state, she made everything easy for me and i really appreciated it so much. She did a beautiful job and was so creative. It was a very emotional time and she captured it all. Could not be happier!! She was kind and calm at a time when nerves can be shaky! Love them!

We hired Amarilis Photography & Film for our wedding in San Diego CA on 11/6/16. Amy did an amazing job with the photography. They also provided the photo booth at our wedding. She was professional and very helpful. Prices were affordable compared to others. I had a special request for her to include my son who was stillborn in 2015 in our wedding photo. She added the shadow of a 1 year old, the age my son would be if he was with us today. That is my favorite picture because it included our son to make our family photo complete. Thank you Amy! We truly appreciate the work you did and would recommend your services to others.
