ention, the quality of food and taste. It left me wanting more and believe me, there was more to be had. I felt like she went well above what was asked to ensure her customer was happy. I left the event feeling please and without complaint. I would be remiss to not mention her staff, they were professional, courteous and met the demands of each person at each of the various food stations. I would definitely rehire this vendor for my next event. Sincerely, A Happy Bride!

food. Not only was Ama on time, had everything I ordered, including a vegan option, but the food was DELICIOUS! The display was beautiful and well executed ( we had a buffet table). As soon as my guest served their plates, they went back to pack their to go containers. My husband is Carribean, and I am Ghanaian. Ama sat down with us a curated a perfect menu that had the two cultures compliment each other both in aesthetics and flavors! People always say everyone only remembers the food and the dress. Thanks to Ama's Catering my guest did nothing but sing praises. Everyone was asking about the amazing jollof, and let me tell you Africans are not easy critics when it comes to our jollof! I definitely recommend Ama's Catering, and will be using her for future events!

s raved about how they enjoyed the food that day. Her cuisine had authentic flavors, the perfect spice levels, and beautiful presentation. She gave such great feedback when I shared my ideas. Ama made sure to communicate with me about pricing with transparency, and this allowed me to make informed decisions on my menu items. My wedding day was amazing, and it was greatly due to the service she provided. She was on time, with her own servers, and took care of all the clean up afterwards. Thank you for making my wedding day a success ACE!

rue ownership of the scope of work. Not Ama! Meticulous and hard-working, she immersed herself in the event; making sure to communicate and truly understand my vision. During the event she executed my vision with aplomb. With over 20 years of event planning experience, I worked with all manner of caterer. Ama stacks up with any others pound-for-pound. Her customer service and communication skills make working with her easy. I strongly recommend you consider working with Ama for your next event (If she's not booked working for me of course! Haha!) :-)

d well together to insure the event was a success. No detail was left unturned from the place settings to the fruit displays our eyes watered at the sight before our mouths could. And the Food!!! Is absolutely amazing. The flavors blended well and had every palate wanting more. Our hostesses mentioned that they were approached by several of our guests who positively commented on the food. Now that our event is over I’m trying to come up with events just so that I can hire AMA’s catering experience again and again. I have highly recommended her and Would highly recommend her again because of the overall delightful experience we had.
