My husband and I got married at ABG last month, and to say the day was perfect would be shortchanging Lexi and her absolutely WONDERFUL staff. I grew up in the area and have watched this barn take shape from a hollow building into the beautiful venue it is today—a place where lasting memories are made and every detail is meticulously cared for. When I say that we didn’t lift a finger on our wedding day, I mean it. We shared our vision with Lexi, and she brought it to life—and then some. We were so incredibly well taken care of from beginning to end. Thunderstorms were predicted for our wedding day, and having our ceremony outside was extremely important to us. Somehow, we caught a break in the weather—literally just enough time to have the outdoor ceremony we had hoped for. The staff waited until 30 minutes before the ceremony to make the final weather call because they knew how much it meant to us. Then they moved quickly, calmly, and professionally to make it happen. As a guest, you would have never known there had been any uncertainty or last-minute decision-making happening behind the scenes. That moment alone says so much about Lexi and the ABG staff. They didn’t simply follow a timeline or take the easiest route—they listened to what mattered to us and did everything they could to give us the day we envisioned. Five starts just simply isn’t enough for this crew!

I appreciate their commitment to making the day beautiful for whatever wedding planning ideas you have! Whether it was help with setting up, adjustments to table numbers, even help with cake cutting and starting the fire- they were there! The bridal suite was incredible - getting ready in it was truly Pinterest-perfect. The grooms suite my husband loved and the set up of everything was beautiful. We love the patio lights and the colors in the barn. The ceremony was set up beautifully. Jay is someone who has your back and Mary has it under control and will help you get it done! Definitely people you want to have around on a big day! I can’t recommend AGB enough and I am so grateful to have had our wedding at Amazing Grace Barn!

bout the way she thought we should have things. She may have meant well, but she came off as pushy and not very kind. It seemed like she thought that her way was the best way and we should just do what she thought. 2. We paid a LOT of extra money for the "day of coordinator", and overall Jay's daughter and her husband who were there as our coordinators were wonderful, it wasn't worth the extra price we paid. It was nice to not have to clean up our trash, but for her to only do basics such as picking up trash, helping with plates, etc. It just was very overpriced. My (bonus) mom did a lot more as a "coordintor" than she did. My mom was the one who made sure the DJ did everything he was supposed to, she made sure the caterer was on top of everything, she helped the caterer fix my cake when the baker delivered it unfinished, she tried to make sure thw bartenders passed out the champagne(which still didn't happen). Jay's daughter was the one being paid to do those things, at least that's what was stated in the contract. So while it was nice to have her there to help with small things, I would have been better off spending that money on an actual coordinator. Those are my only complaints, but overall it was truly beautiful and Jay was super friendly and understanding and accommodating! Would highly recommend this venue!!

guys choosing us very much. I do want to clarify a few things about the day of coordinator option you guys added for others when they read this review. That package is not designed for us to handle the MC stuff with your DJ, the toasting of the champagne with the bartenders etc. Those things are coordinated by you with your vendors before your wedding day. Our goal for the same day coordinator is to assist with your vendors to make sure they arrive and set up on time, assist with parking (especially on rain dates, we valet cars), reception assistance with trash, bathrooms, fire pit area and any requests made around equipment during the night. We also assist with bussing the tables, gathering linens and all Clean up when the evening is over. It is really designed for you to be able to take your personal belongings and leave at the end of the night. We are very sorry you did not find value in this add on. Thanks again for choosing us and for your generous comments about our venue! We wish you and Bobby an awesome marriage. I also very much appreciate you leaving a bottle of Crown behind for us! Cheers to you and Bobby for many years!
