Booking was easy and friendly and service was incredible and smooth on our wedding day. They had no problem doing two separate return times at the end of the evening. We booked early to make sure our transportation was taken care of, and then I never had to worry about a thing for the rest of the process. Ambassador's team are clearly professionals and I'm so glad we hired them for our shuttle!

Ambassador Limo provided 2 bus shuttles to transport our wedding guests from the hotel in downtown Charlottesville to Veritas Vineyard. Although their pricing is competitive, their fleet is on the older side. In fact, one of the buses broke down on the way to the venue. Ambassador quickly dispatched another bus to the scene, but our guests had to exit the bus and board a new one on the side of the road (luckily, it hadn’t started raining yet).

Ambassador limo was a great decision for our wedding day. They were professional and flexible as our guest count and needs changed leading up to our wedding. Their driver’s were polite and punctual. We would recommend utilizing them for transportation in the future.

Ambassador Limousine is great! They have nice and clean vehicles, the drivers are friendly, and it was very easy to work with them. We booked many services with them and they proved each time how reliable they are (all vehicles arrived early) and how exceptional their service is. On the day of our wedding, we booked 2 shuttles to transport guests, a limo to transport the bridal party, and a sedan to transport parents. The day before our wedding we also booked a mini bus to transport the bridal party to and from the rehearsal and the day after our wedding we booked sedans to take us to our Farewell Brunch and then afterwards to the airport. Each service was great and went smoothly. We highly recommend Ambassador Limousine!

We rented two 55 passenger coach buses to transport to/from our wedding venue and it worked out great. Both buses were on time and professional.

Ambassador Limousine saved me when my other bus company canceled last minute! A 55 person motor coach, 25 person mini-bus, and 6 person black car made transporting our guests and bridal party to our country wedding from Charlottesville a BREEZE. They were professional, helpful, and flexible -- Keith was a great help, and the drivers were fun, safe and pleasant!

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team at Ambassador Limo were kind, professional, responsive, and prompt - everything we were looking for. I would definitely work with them again. On our wedding day we were confident that they would deliver great service, and they did! Worth every dollar!

We used Ambassador Limousine for our wedding and had no issues. We had several different vehicles and a shuttle bus for our guests. I read over the other reviews on here, and I am sorry that others experienced some problems. However, I am still happy that we went with this company- they returned all emails to me in a timely manor, their prices were better than several other companies that we looked at, and as far as I know, all drivers were polite and the vehicles were clean.

We rented a motorcoach to take 50 guests from hotel to wedding site. After asking if they needed directions, they said they made this trip all of the time. The guests arrived almost 30 minutes late, when our schedule had allowed for them to arrive 15 minutes early. According guests, the driver got lost and had to make three u-turns. After the wedding, I contacted the company just to let them know about the error (I wasn't even going to bother asking for a refund), and I was forwarded to the PRESIDENT of the company, who told me my guests were running late and that it wasn'this drivers fault. No remorse at all. Don't use this company. They don't care if they mess up.

The driver was courteous and flexible. We made a last minute stop for some food on the way back to our hotel.

Transported the wedding party to the reception in a party bus and a bus was supposed to take our guests but was broken down that day and they replaced it with several other party buses which worked out well to get around the construction that turned up in the middle of the route to the reception;It is a family run business but they have a great professional attitude that I have not experienced from most companies.
