Lawrence and his crew did my best friend's wedding and I knew they had to be the ones to do mine! They are AMAZING! Lawrence is the nicest, most genuine guy. He was always available to answer my never ending questions and put me at ease about the big day. Him, JR, and Dave all arrived on the day of the wedding ready to rock and to have FUN! They are such pros and so efficent. They are able to get all the shots you want and tons more! Throughout the day they constantly remind you that they are there to help with anything you might need. They are so personable and by the end of the day they felt like part of the family! They are not intrusive at all and truly blend in with everything going on.

Lawrence is amazing!!! Such a warm personality. Coming in we had never been photographed professionally before and was quite nervous but he's not only professional but very kind and funny and will make you feel right at at ease. If you're worried about posing, don't he'll get you in the right pose to make sure you look great. Even during Covid-19 he's been excellent, ensuring to adapt to the times and still getting the most amazing photos. the quality of the photos are beautiful, he pays very close attention to detail and photographed things i didn't even think of! Also he is always early/on-time and works very quickly. pricing - for the quality and the packages offered you get the most bang for your buck. He did our Minimony and engagement shoot and we can't wait to see him at work with video next year at the big ceremony. HIRE THEM! Our venue recommended him.

I don’t even know where to begin. Larry is just exceptional. My wedding was Oct 13, 2019. And was dealing with Larry about a year in advance and let me say the whole experience was great! Any question I had he was always responsive so fast! He worked with us on everything that we needed. He made us feel comfortable in front of the camera as if we knew him for years! The day of the wedding Larry and his crew were so professional and captured EVERY single moment!! Not only did they take pictures and video ...ANYTHING I needed they would do it in a heartbeat. When I received all my pictures from the wedding I was in complete aw on how beautiful they were. Larry literally captured every single second of our wedding and it was brilliant. We basically could relive our wedding from the photos. The other day I receive our highlight reel and let me just say it completely exceeded my expectations. Just the highlight reel was phenomenal and we must have watched it 800 times!! We can only imagine what our whole length video will be like. Overall, Larry and his whole crew we’re professional and a complete pleasure. Their work is untouchable and we will DEFINITELY be using Ambassador in the future for other events. I was part of the wedding party for my cousin's wedding..Larry and his crew did a great job..They were always around but they did not get in our way and let us enjoy the party!! My cousin showed me the highlight reel and it looked awesome!! We are already planning the viewing party when they get the entire video. I would highly recommend them for any event. Great job!!

What a PRO! Not only was Lawrence's work STELLAR but he was also an absolute JOY to work with! He MAGICALLY got all the right shots without ever staging them or being intrusive. Larry did an AMAZING job! We did an engagement shoot with him to get use to his photographing style. We then used those pictures at our reception. He was fantastic at our ceremony and next day reception. If there was a random photo opp, we just had to shout his name and he was there and ready to shoot. At the reception, my (now) husband :) and I went around to each table to say hello to the guests. Larry was right there with us to take pictures at each table. After the reception, I asked him how long until he emailed me the link to see all of the pictures. He said it would take between 3-4 weeks but he is going to send me a few preliminary pictures as a preview and so I can create my thank you cards. I would most definitely recommend Ambassador Video and Photography to anyone in the North Jersey area. My guests and my parents were extremely happy with him. <3

Lawrence and his brother from Ambassador photography were recommended to us through our venue. Photography was very important to us because we wanted to make sure the day could be re-lived through photos and videos. We booked him after hearing great things from our venue and multiple wedding websites. We loved how professional and personable he was during our engagement session so we knew he would be perfect for our special day. He kept in communication leading through the day of the wedding. For the day of the wedding he arrived promptly and was extremely energetic and excited to capture our day. He was running around all day in order to capture precious moments and he definitely did. I used Larry for our wedding photos in July 2018. He was a recommended vendor of our wedding venue, and he is conveniently located in Ridgewood, NJ. He was very professional and easy to work with. He gave us a complementary engagement shoot in our package so that he could get to know mine and my husband's personalities and get to know us better. He was very easy to get in contact with and responded to emails promptly. He gave us our good weather guarantee, and it did not rain on our wedding day until the outdoor photos were finished :) he was very prompt, patient, and kind. We had both our engagement photos and our wedding photos emailed to us within 3 weeks of our events, and we download and use them as we please. We would recommend Larry for any of your events!!

Larry, Dave & JR were so great to work with on our wedding day! All 3 guys were professional, yet personable and fun and really had a calming presence on our big day. From the moment I first reached out to him, Larry always replied to my (many) questions with lightening speed, which I really appreciated. I had sent over some photo suggestions and was so impressed with how the guys incorporated these suggestions and made the photos turn out so beautifully. We received our photos ahead of schedule about 2 weeks after our wedding and they turned out better than we could have imagined. Thank you so much for capturing our day!

Larry and Dave shot our wedding on May 4, 2018! They were incredible to work with and so much fun! They not only took great shots but they also took my suggestions and turned them into magic! They also work very quickly and got our wedding pictures to us about 2 weeks after the wedding! The pictures are gorgeous and exactly what we wanted!

Lawrence, is very professional, courteous and energetic. He was very patient with us when we were going through choosing a photographer. His work and no pressure stance won us over. We had our wedding over at the Brick House in Wyckoff, NJ in early September. He is their in-house photographer, so he knows the venue well and the area. He suggested a beautiful setting at the McFaul Wildlife Center, for our bride and groom photos with our immediate family. My wife and I aren't photogenic people, but his energy and passion had us smiling and looking our best. The photos at the wildlife center and venue came out so beautiful and artistic. We were so thrilled our memories of our special day were captured by Ambassador Video and Photography!

Larry you truly are amazing at what you do! We cannot thank you enough for the beautiful engagement photos as well as the wedding photos! Lawrence is the coolest! He gets the job done with little fuss and wonderful pricing for the Bride and Groom on a budget. He is personable and professional. He is funny and takes great pictures. Engagement photos included in the package. The park is nice and there is a free matt for signing in or a free 8x10. He would have received 5 stars but he didn't tell me to fix my strap in some of the engagement pics but he can fix most things....He is a great photographer! Excellent choice for the price!

I highly recommend Ambassador Video and Photography. A week before my daughter's wedding I decided that I wanted to make a dedication video. I was not sure it was possible, but Lawrence assured me that he would get the video done and he definitely delivered! He not only made the best video ever, but he also personally assisted the presentation of the video at my daughter's reception. Thank you Lawrence...there was not a dry eye in the room!

Lawrence is a fantastic wedding photographer! He took hundreds of wonderful photos throughout the wedding and reception--looking at the pictures is like reliving the day itself. He is easy to reach, and he's really great to work with. Highly recommend!

My husband and I got married on June 6, 2015 at the Ramsey Country Club in Ramsey, NJ. We chose Ambassador V & P. after consulting with the wedding venue and finding out they were recommended for the property. I had also ready many NJ based bridal magazines and I loved the Ambassador advertising photo used (shot by Larry). Upon our first meeting with Larry, we knew he was the right choice. He is very laid back, very professional and his work speaks for itself. Over the course of our engagement, we met with Larry twice to go over his services and once more to take a quick 30 minute engagement photo session. He then took one of those photos and enlarged it free of charge and hung it at our cocktail hour. Fast forward to our wedding day, Larry and his brother (who shot the wedding video), came to the hotel at 1 PM and shot photos/video of the grooms and bridal party getting ready. Throughout the entire day, Larry and his brother were always floating around capturing the shots we asked for/he inherently knew we would want however we never felt he was encroaching in the natural flow of the day. When it came time to take posed photos after the ceremony and before reception, Larry and his brother did an excellent job getting all the shots we wanted and moved everything right along with no hiccups at all; he managed to ensure everyone (including the bridal party and my husband and I) was able to enjoy cocktail hour. The best part about Ambassador was, unlike other wedding photographers who leave at the cake cutting, Larry and his brother stayed for our entire event and captured all the action in full swing. Both Larry and his brother floated around the party to capture the event in full. Another great thing about Larry is halfway through the reception, he pulled my husband and I out of the party to take a quick shot. It allowed us to take it all in and really enjoy the moment. But, we have to say, the best thing about Ambassador is how nice, professional and easy going Larry and his brother are. On a day when you need people around to make things run smoothly, Ambassador was on the ball. If you need a photographer/videographer without the stress and with a great professional touch, Ambassador is the way to go. We would recommend Larry and his brother to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with Ambassador Photo and Video. Larry managed to be in all the right places at all the right times and didn't miss a shot. I also love that an engagement shoot is included in the package. It's so important to feel comfortable with your photographer on the big day, and having this engagement shoot really helped us reach that level of comfort. One other nice touch that I've never seen before, he grouped some of our pictures together to create animated GIFs. Such a nice little bonus!

Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and reasonable! Five words to sum up Ambassador Video and Photography. From the moment we spoke with Larry we knew we were ready to book for our October 2014 wedding. He immediately responded to our emails, was easy to get in touch with, and even helped organize our wedding day timeline. We met in person to discuss our wedding style, vision, and budget. Larry offered plenty of insight and was tremendous in helping us to coordinate our day so that we wouldn't feel rushed, pressured, or overwhelmed. The day went flawless thanks to his advice! His staff arrived on time, kindly offered to assist with random tasks, quickly memorized our names, and easily took over 700 amazing photos! Larry was completely respectful to us and all of our guests. He pulled us at appropriate times for those essential images and then left us alone to actually enjoy our own wedding, unlike other photographers we've heard about. When your wedding party compliments you on your photographer you know you've done something right, 'That guy was awesome!'. Don't hesitate another minute! You are here reading this, he will not disappoint you!

Before I met with Lawrence, I searched the Internet for bad reviews. I could not find one. I was excited. The day we met, he and I clicked. I liked his style and his attitude, I was more excited. That s where it went down hill. After paying the first deposit, a check by mail, he never got back to me if he had got it. After a week and 1/2 I called, and found out he had it, but didn't cash it yet. Next, just 1 month shy of the wedding is when he finally let us do the engagement photo shoot. 40 pictures. 15 minutes. It took us 3 hours to drive from home and back to the spot he choose to do photos. At this point, it was too late for us to switch photographers, and I had a terrible feeling in my stomach. After not hearing from him for some time, he came out of the wood work, literally, called, e-mailed, and texted, all the contact numbers and addresses he had for us about paying him on time within 1 hour - the payment deadline was 2 days away, and our check had already been mailed. On the day of the wedding, he didn't even keep a shot list with him. At least, pretend to keep the shot list with you if you are going to have us make one up. I, as the bride, kept him on track with the shot list, and my maid of honor made sure to check off the shots we wanted. Truthfully, The quality of the pictures were great - for 8 hours we received 998 of them. Lawrence was pleasant and nice, and the day went well. He is a good man, do not get me wrong. He s just not good to do business with. It took 2.5 months and 4 tries of mailing the DVDs of pictures for us to finally have the product I paid for. Including the engagement shots, and the wedding shots. I am very happy I did not go with him to make an album. Maybe it was the post office s fault, or maybe not. He did offer to drive the pictures to my parent s house if the 4th time did not work. I suggest holding off the last payment until you get all your pictures. I wish I had. He is a very good man, and he has good talent, but it would have been more useful to have Good Talent and Good Business Practices to work with.

Larry was great! He went above and beyond anything we asked. He had awesome ideas for pictures and incorporated exactly what we wanted. The pictures and moments he captured are perfect and such a memory to have for the rest of our lives.

Excellent photographer. Got my photos shortly after the wedding on 2 discs. Prompt and professional. Gets lots of photos done quickly but can be pushy trying to get the shots he wants. Very obvious he has worked many weddings, he knows the shots he wants but does not typically stray from them unless you specifically ask.

Good price, nice company, especially on a short notice. However, the photographer the day of my event was a little harsh, ordering people around, including my mother, who was already full of emotions that day. Overall, the pictures weren't too bad. The photographer tried to get some interesting shots. Another great part was the photographer stayed later at my reception than we had arranged, capturing more moments than we expected. It's awesome that you receive a CD with the images on it to print the images where ever you would like, a plus I really appreciate.

Lawrence was great, very accomodating. His camera man and video guy were awesome and talented. But his camera crew can use a newer camera I'm sorry to say. I have seen better photography and video equipment. Some of my family and friends shots were better than what we got from his crews shots. They were great and kept us in line, in the middle of chaos and fun we have great sequence of photos. They have wonderful shots too, it's just some of the details can't be seen on the pictures. The camera is few years old it cannot produce the contrast new digital cameras can. There's some shots I am missing too. The video will take 2 months so I have not seen it. I'll recommend them.

When looking for a photographer for my daughter's wedding, I looked at many portfolios online. They all looked the same, except for one. That would be Ambassador Photography. We met with Larry, the owner, and felt so comfortable with him. Although, he was the only photographer we had met with, we booked him that night. I have to say he knows his business. One think I really liked was working with the owner. There were people, who like my daughter were married on the saturday of Hurricane Irene, whose photographer canceled on them due to weather. Larry was early. We asked him to take traditional family photos at the church and then only candids at the reception. He followed our directions completely. Except, for a "look this way", we didn't know he was there. Three days later, we had the initial photos online. Beautiful memories of a beautiful day.

Lawrence was such a pleasure to have at our wedding! He took magnificent photographs that I will treasure forever. He's such a kind and easy-going man, who gets the job done! He was understanding of a situation where part of our wedding party couldn't be there for photos and worked around that until they were present; he adapts well to unplanned situations- which was definitely accomodating to our wedding! He arrived early to my house to take photos before we went off to the Church and was so kind and grateful to be a part of our special day. Such a wonderful addition to our wedding, it made the photographs and moments that much more meaningful. I definitely recommend his work to brides-to-be!
