We were also probably a pretty unusual situation for Amber, as we had a pagan ceremony and no dancing afterwords (this turned out to be very good because a storm blew through the night before!). She was ready and willing to learn about what we wanted from her and how to understand the ceremony a little better. From the beginning of us working together, Amber made sure to get all the details and go over them with me to make sure we both agreed and understood. She was professional, funny, and good at giving directions during shoots, and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

and chose to opt out of quite a few of the “traditional” wedding details. For the majority of the wedding photographers we found in our area, not only were most of the wedding packages already designed for us, but we also did not feel a connection to the photographer’s style. When I found Amber’s photography page, I was immediately captivated and my heart was fluttering even more than my excitement to get married! She had everything we needed in terms of our wedding package, the customizability of our photography needs, the style that I had always dreamt of having my wedding captured in, and have I mentioned how incredibly sweet and charming she is?? Amber is so likable, relatable, genuine, and creative. She got my shy, awkward, hates-every-camera husband to come out of his shell, giggle like a child, and love on his woman without feeling embarrassed! Having your most special moments captured in a way that will tug at your heart and stay with you forever doesn’t just HAPPEN. It happens when the person doing the capturing truly knows what they are doing. Amber is one of those rare finds that makes the entire experience so much sweeter than you ever thought possible. She doesn’t just capture the day’s events; she captures the light of every happily beating heart that’s sharing that day with you.

Her personality really meshed well with our's and she had us giggling the whole time. I was a bundle of nerves and she totally swept all that stress away. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

sn't take many pictures, Amber made it a fun process and her attention to detail is phenomenal. She was able to capture "us" and that is priceless. Since we loved our wedding pictures so much, she took our 5-year anniversary pictures too. Not only was it fun to dress up, but it was great to be behind her camera again.

Although he was a little uncomfortable at first, Amber was really able to help him relax. Amber has such a fun and light hearted personality that it allowed my husband to feel comfortable and just be himself. We had Amber take our Engagements, Bridals, and had her all day at the wedding. I highly recommend getting her for the entire wedding, I have so many pictures from that day that I just love. She captured all the moments we asked for starting from getting ready, all the fun in between, to the exit that night. Amber captured everything from the smallest details and candids to the largest of group photos and family portraits. We were so happy with how she worked with us to get all the family photos we wanted.. my husbands immediate family is 20+ so that was a task in itself. I was pleased with her capturing all the moments I asked for, she did great with pulling us aside to get the shots we really wanted. She even captured details of our wedding I never thought of asking for, like candids of our dog during the ceremony, detailed pictures of our wedding gifts to each other that are some of my favorites. Amber was even a great help after the wedding when I needed help creating a photo album book! All in all we were very pleased with Ambers work, we love her personality, her understanding and just how much fun she can make any situation. We will be using Amber Elaine Photography for many years to come capturing more of our life’s memories!

I am happy to say that Amber and I have still kept in touch after the wedding and I can I have gained a friend. I wish I can give her more then 5 stars because she truly deserves it. Thank you, Amber!
