She is also very easygoing and personable so we had no trouble being our goofy selves around her. climb up a giant hill to get to the spot on the bluffs but it was totally worth it because the photos were dreamy. Right when we were driving away there was also a beautiful sunset and Amber took that opportunity to take more pictures which were also absolutely stunning. The distance to get the shots perfect for both our engagement and wedding photos. Amber took her time figuring out and asking exactly what we wanted on our wedding day, certain shots, looks, details, etc. she had an awesome spreadsheet she had us fill
Out that was so easy to put all our ideas into words. She returned our images so quickly and they turned out so beautifully! We highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

sweet from day one and so quick to answer all of our crazy questions. She was very flexible and patient with our whole wedding party as well as our large families. She made sure to captured every one of our special moments. The day went by so fast we barely had time to stop and acknowledge every detail of the day. Amber did such an amazing job capturing photos of every little detail of what made up our big special day. She truly makes time stand still.

as quick to get back with us and incredibly kind and professional.
On our wedding day, Amber's associate Jenni made sure to capture all the important details-- as well as assist my sister in getting my hair exactly how I wanted it. To say that we received service that went above and beyond would be an understatement. Not to mention, quick thinking that got us some stunning stormy photos. After the wedding we received a few sneak peaks and got our photos back SO quickly. They were so beautiful and captured exactly what we were looking for. Overall, we could not have picked a more wonderful photographer to capture our day. Anyone looking for a photographer for their special day would be extremely lucky to get to work with Amber and her associates!
She was not proactive at choosing good picture sites and did not take to time to move people in group photos. She did not fix clothing or notice the little details that were off.

tantly, took the most fabulous photographs of our wedding, in challenging weather conditions (it was so cold for "us" girls) and muddy. (of course Amber warned me to take off my heels and change my shoes before we took our gorgeous photos in the field). We enjoyed having Amber and Chase a part of our day.
We could not have wished for a better photographer. Thank you, Amber and Chase. We look forward to having you capture more photos of our family.

th the flow.
My wedding was an outside wedding on a very hot day and most people were fanning themselves and trying to stay out of the sun, however, Amber and her husband Chase were running all over that place making sure that they captured every little moment and did not complain once!
They are also very discrete! I honestly never even noticed that they were there and did not see them at all during the ceremony! A lot of times photographers can find it hard to get the perfect picture without getting up close and personal, but our pictures turned out absolutely perfect!
She was on time, made sure I got all of the shots that I was wanting, and was so personable and professional! 100% would recommend Amber Koelling Photography to anyone and everyone for their big day!
