not big makeup wearers, so we kept things pretty natural. Amber was great at elevating my natural look to a beautiful wedding look, while still looking like myself. With all the stress of the wedding day, it was so nice to have the beauty team come to our hotel and they stayed ahead of the schedule so everyone was ready to go for pictures. Amber was great and so easy to work with.

Out of the blue, Amber emailed my sister to tell her their contract was no longer valid and that if my sister wanted to sign a new contract to keep her services, she would need to add an additional 5 makeup applications (6-person minimum). After my sister expressed that she was unhappy with how this was handled, Amber said that she would honor the original contract but she would only be available to do her makeup at 7:00am (what?!) on the day of the wedding, since she would be booking a bridal party after. It is hard not to feel like Amber already found a more lucrative party for the same date and wanted to get rid of her obligation to my sister. Further, while she did provide recommendations to other makeup artists, Amber offered no apology for the inconvenience of reneging on her original contract.

I gave her little direction because I wasn't sure exactly what "look" I was going for, and she absolutely NAILED IT!! She was completely available for me from the bridal showers, to the rehearsal dinner, to the big day and even every big event I have had since the wedding day...she makes me look beautiful and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do me up! She was completely professional from day one and turned out to be a HUGE calming presence of the day of the wedding as she had us taken care of, no problem at all! What's best about all this is that I have not only gained a super talented makeup artist for life, but I have gained one of the sweetest and most compassionate and thoughtful friends for life! k. I couldn’t of had a better experience on the most special day of my life! Amber and Michelle came to my venue (out in the middle of nowhere) they where even early! Amber uses the top brands of makeup and everything is clean and neat. Michelle did 12 heads of hair beautifully and on a very tight schedule! I told Amber about my concerns up-front at the trial and gave her my feedback after the trial. She did a fantastic job of listening and responding to my requests. My makeup the day of my wedding was exactly what I hoped it would be, enough to make the photos pop, but not too much that I felt like I looked like someone else.

She even sticked around after first look to do touch ups. She only books your event that day and she is so much fun and easy to work with. She is one seriously amazing woman and truly loves her job. My make up was STUNNING! So many compliments and I felt so confidnent. I cried a lot and it all stayed. Lashes are included and prior to wedding, you have an expert in skin care. By end of the wedding, she was more like my friend than my make up artist. I seriously love that girl and cannot believe how unbelievably talented she is.

wedding and would do it again in a heartbeat. My mom bought me the make-up trial as a birthday gift. I was blown away! I've never felt so beautiful and I didn't feel too "made-up.". I also have sensitive skin so I wasn't sure I'd like wearing a ton of make-up. I convinced my mom and bridesmaids to get their make-up done on my wedding day and while some were hesitant, everyone raved and was happy they made the decision afterwards. Amber is flexible and fun and makes you feel super comfortable. Spring the extra money for the pro make-up and love your photos forever!!

They both made everyone feel and look beautiful, and I was especially happy with how the makeup turned out for our moms...neither of them wear makeup normally, but they loved how natural looking the makeup turned out! Everyone's hair held all night (even the flower girl's up-do stayed, which is a miracle, bc she played outside and danced all night!) They are both very laid back and fun to work with, which really takes the pressure off when anxieties are already running high! I got so many compliments on how amazing I looked, and I am normally not a confident person, but I will tell you that I felt like I could have been in a bridal magazine! I just love Amber and Michelle for making everyone feel perfect for our perfect day :)

, so my biggest concern was looking like myself (but a little more photogenic) on my wedding day. Amber 100% made that happen--at our trial, she listened to everything I was saying. At the end of the trial, she took extensive notes on what she'd done, noted anything that I wanted changed (which were really minor things, like a slightly different lip shade and shorter false eyelashes--she really had a great sense of what I wanted!) My makeup the day of was perfect. Amber also did makeup for all my bridesmaids, my mother in law, and my stepmother, and everyone loved the way they looked all day. I can't recommend Amber enough!!

Her confidence in her work gave me confidence to be honest and not worry about hurting anyone feelings if there was some thing I didn't like (my whole bridal party and the Moms agreed)! Amber not only responded quickly but she was available, reasonably priced, AND enthusiastic. At the trial she did my hair and makeup EXACTLY like I had envisioned and we had discussed. The day of the wedding, she did exactly what we'd done at the trial but even better (which I didn't think was possible). I felt truly beautiful and with my hair and makeup staying exactly in place for the entire day and night, I didn't have to re-touch a thing. I'd highly recommend choosing Amber, not only for her professionalism and quality of work, but for her relaxed and fun personality that made a memorable day that much more special!
