Our flowers for our wedding day were stunning, my bouquet was everything I could have hoped for. They were simple, yet interesting, and made a statement. All my bridesmaids bouquets and corsages were equally amazing, Michele's flowers for our centerpieces were also wonderful and just what we wanted! Michele and Ambiance did a wonderful job with our wedding on 6/12/22 at The State Room. She has done loads of weddings at our venue and knew the ins, outs, and made the entire process seamless. As a less than decisive bride when it came to florals, Michele was incredibly patient with me, met with me in-person, and let me go through all of her look books and gave me her professional opinion based on the other details I provided. The florals at our wedding looked amazing and she was incredible at helping us repurpose as much as possible (bouquets converted to sweetheart table decoration). Additionally, I was incredibly impressed at how long the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets held up throughout the day from delivery to the reception. Once was left on a table overnight and still only showed minor wilting in the morning! She clearly is passionate and takes pride in her work and it makes for amazing events.

Cannot say enough about how amazing Michelle and her team did for our wedding! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and colorful. My mother especially couldn’t get over the wonderful scent of one of the table pieces she took home. I will be reaching out to find the name of that particular flower. Michelle was wonderful to work with, providing excellent suggestions to enhance our florals while also being cost effective. She created a beautiful bouquet for me (bride) and beautifully incorporated my late grandmothers earrings into the ribbon around the stems. Michele and her team at Ambiance Florals and Events were exceptional to work with and I highly recommend them for your next event. I hired Michele and her team almost 18 months prior to my wedding. From our initial meeting, Michele remembered my floral vision and brought it to life on my wedding day. Our flowers were incredibly fragrant and beautiful. Michele was also able to accommodate my last minute request for tulle on our wedding arbor.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this florist. Michele was amazing to work with. She was truly one of my favorite vendors in the whole wedding planning process. She really works with you to make sure you’re getting everything you envision with such reasonable prices. The centerpieces and bouquets for my girls were exactly what I wanted. (2 weeks later my bouquet is still very much alive and beautiful) All of our guests couldn’t stop raving how upscale and classy it all looked. Not only does she do beautiful work but you can tell she really cares about her brides. We had a situation that we had to unfortunately cut our guestlist 10 days before the date and therefore the table numbers. We called Michele in a panic because we had already paid for everything and she was SO accommodating and compassionate for our situation with no questions asked and refunded us the difference. We need to support businesses like these in these trying times of Covid. The ones that aren’t in it for the money but the ones that truly enjoy what they do and make every effort to do the right thing even if they don’t have to. Do yourself a favor and book her for your wedding. You’ll be so glad you did.

For our wedding this past January, our venue (The State Room) had a few preferred vendors in every category, and Ambiance Florals was the one we selected for our florals, based on what we could tell from online reviews and photos. However, I was absolutely certain we made the right decision after our first meeting with Michele early on in our planning process. Michele is so passionate about what she does, and so positive and helpful even with people like myself who know almost nothing about flowers. I was thrilled with everything she came up with, including a beautiful paper wall. I would highly recommend Michele and Ambiance to anyone looking to have gorgeous, custom florals with the absolute best service possible!

We hired Michele Peters and Ambiance Floral for our wedding last June, and would highly recommend her. She was suggested by a member of our family that had seen her work for professional events, so we reached out for a few phone call consultations. She was very excited to hear about our intended wedding theme (a touch of Star Wars/space), making sure to ask the right questions to really know what our intentions were. Her openness to our specific ideas was one of the biggest reasons we decided to work with her, as it helped us get excited, too. When she presented a few suggestions and ideas from her previous work, she was receptive as we balanced our budget considerations against our desired look-and-feel, and worked to prune out things we felt we didn't need, but keeping things she KNEW would be great for our celebration. And, having to read through numerous "Star Wars" planet names and themes, we were grateful for her patience as we presented our unique ideas. After the contract was drafted, she made sure to keep us aware of the requirements for the floral elements of our wedding, and coordinated as we purchased some of the decor ourselves, to make sure it stayed in-line with what she was prepared to decorate. We connected her with our venue planner to coordinate colors for the centerpieces, and the outside ceremony space. On the day of the wedding, she made herself available to come get reacquainted with our venue (she has worked with a lot of venues in the Albany area), providing the flowers and decorations and setting up the different spaces. Our wedding night was a great success, and we received so many compliments on the classiness of the theme. We highly recommend Michele and Ambiance and are so glad we worked with her for our wedding!

I couldn't be happier with my choice to get our wedding flowers from Ambiance! I loved working with Michele, she was so kind and made me feel like she was truly excited to be working on our wedding. She took my ideas seriously and offered up terrific suggestions. When it came time for our wedding, the flowers were just beautiful. Its been 2 weeks and my bouquet is sitting in a vase of water still looking really great. I actually don't know if I should take it out to dry it or let it keep doing its thing because its held up so well. Given the chance to plan my wedding again, I'd go with Michele every time.

Flowers & florists were something I had a hard time choosing for our wedding, mainly because I know nothing about flowers. After speaking to several florists, it was only Michelle who showed excitement over her position as a wedding florist, and who educated me about different flowers that would match my color pallet and that would hold up in the July heat. Throughout our entire first conversation, Michelle’s excitement, personality, and expertise were evident. She was attentive to any and all requests I had, and remained in constant communication through the planning process. The day of the wedding, our flowers were absolutely stunning. They were so beautiful, when the bouquets were delivered, I teared up. From our bouquets and boutonnieres to ceremony decorations to centerpieces and beyond - everything was just over the top gorgeous. I was excited to be able to see Michelle the day of the wedding, and once again her bubbly, excited personality came through, amping me up further for my big moment. It was an absolute pleasure to work with someone so talented, dedicated and obviously in love with her job. I would recommend Michelle and her team at Ambiance for any and all floral needs.

Thank you, Michele and team, for making my dreams come true on my wedding day! The arrangements were beautiful and I received so many compliments. I keep staring at pictures of my bouquet--I am awestruck! The only thing that is keeping this from being 5 stars, is that I wasn't given the prototype I was assured I would see and communication was lacking from the business side. I had to take the initiative to keep reaching out when there was no response, which is frustrating when you are coordinating with several vendors for such an important day.

Michelle at Ambiance did a great job on the flowers for my daughter's wedding and reception! We did our research prior to hiring Ambiance and their prices were far more reasonable than any florists in the Capital Region. Shortly before the wedding we met with Michell to discuss what we wanted and provide her with the dress color. The flowers ended up being absolutely gorgeous! Have no hesitation about Ambiance, they know what they are doing and provide a great value.

I chose Ambiance to do the flowers for my wedding and I could not be more pleased! the flowers were absolutely amazing! The staff at ambiance was very flexible and had no problem adjusting when we changed our ceremony to an indoor ceremony. They took the flowers we were going to have on the arbor and rearranged them around the indoor fireplace and the entire room was stunning! From the petals in the aisle, to the flowers on the seats and the mantle, to the bridesmaids' bouquets and finally to my bouquet, everything was perfect. I was in love with my bouquet! The flowers were beautiful and vibrant and they really stand out in the pictures I have. I am beyond grateful for all the work the staff at Ambiance did and I really recommend them to anyone looking for a florist!!!

Michele and her team of experts at Ambiance are truly the best at what they do! Ambiance provided the centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, flowers for the church, and decorative flowers throughout the reception as needed (on signs, on the cake, on tables, etc.). The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and Michele was so knowledgeable in helping us put together a vision and then executed it perfectly. The centerpieces were so beautiful, and they really made the room look perfect along with the flowers Michele put on the cocktail hours tables and welcome signs. I was not entirely sure what I wanted in terms of centerpieces, and Michele was so patient and helpful with helping me plan out colors and flower types. She really is an expert, as evidenced by the gorgeous arrangements she made for the bouquets and boutonnieres. I could not recommend Ambiance more highly, and I am so grateful to Michele and her team for making our wedding day so beautiful and special. She also did an amazing job with the flowers for both of my sisters’ wedding, my bridal shower, and countless other events for my family, so she has a record of excellence :).

Michele did such a beautiful job with my flowers for my wedding and really captured my vision for the big day! Every meeting with her was great, and each time she gave me a beautiful flower to take home! We opted for table garlands rather than traditional centerpieces and they came out so pretty! My bouquet was STUNNING and I got so many compliments on it - it was exactly what I wanted, and had all the flowers I requested. We are so happy we worked with Michele and her team - they are truly the best!

Michele did a fantastic job with our flowers. From the first time I met her she had me excited about working with her. I never once had to worry about anything with her. She met with me many times (per my request) and even did some samples to ease my mind. The day of the florals looked AMAZING. I couldn't be happier about the work she did.

If I could give Michelle 100 stars, I would! Right from our first meeting, her enthusiasm was infectious! We had a very unique venue and my daughter wanted flowers that matched the vintage ambiance and natural setting. Michelle listened to her and designed centerpieces and bouquets that were beyond our expectations. When she came to deliver them, she came with scissors and extra flowers, ready to make any changes we wanted - although the flowers were absolutely perfect! Ambiance did the flowers for my wedding and they were exceptional. Over a week later, I still had pretty flowers on my kitchen table. We opted to pick up the flowers and bouquets ourselves, and Michele gave excellent instructions to be sure the flowers remained beautiful from pick up to drop off. Thank you!

My fiancé and I had a difficult time picking a florist for our wedding. We live over two hours away from the Albany area. It did not make meeting with the vendors for our wedding easy. Since the beginning of our wedding planning, it was a pleasure working with Michele. From the moment we walked into her store, I knew how beautiful she would make our wedding day. Michele pulled out photo albums, drew sketches and looked over my 10,000 pins on my Pinterest wedding board for inspiration. I had a difficult time grasping color pallets but Michele was very accommodating and mostly patient. She pulled several flowers samples and drew on her own knowledge to help create a one of a kind experience. The day before our wedding, Michele called to reassure me that everything was perfect while going over day of details. I even threw some last minute ideas her way. Michele's response was "perfect, it will be done with no problem". I knew I could trust Michele and her expertise for the day of my wedding. When Michele arrived to my suite the day of my wedding I was overwhelmed with tears of happiness. Everything from the boutineers to my bouquet was everything I hoped it to be. The flowers were fresh, vibrant with color and breathtaking. Our center pieces and alter décor were amazing as well. As we look back through our wedding photos, we are thrilled with the outcome as well as Michele's attention to detail. I highly recommend Ambiance Floral & Events to help make your wedding day unforgettable!

Michele is amazing! I walked into her shop only knowing what my wedding colors were and she took the time to sit and offer amazing ideas. She is a flower genius! She had the most creative ideas and everything came out absolutely gorgeous! She also had my back when our venue began setting up wrong, she made sure everything was in its proper spot. My bouquet was stunning and she even attached a picture of my father to it as an extra thoughtful touch. Every arrangement looked like it was straight out of a wedding catalog, she is so talented and has the resume to prove it. I don't know why a bride would choose anyone else as a florist.

We booked Michele at Ambiance for our wedding flowers, and were so happy with everything that she did! Our wedding was last week, and all of the flowers were fresh and just beautiful. Michele arranged our bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, pomander balls (for our ceremony) and even provided flowers for our cake (which looked amazing!). Michele understood the “look” we were going for, and pulled it off flawlessly. I took home one of the centerpieces and it is still looking good! Michele was easy to work with, and very flexible too – she accommodated our budget while still delivering the same look that we wanted. Overall, we are very happy with Michele at Ambiance and highly recommend her!

I had spoken with two other, also VERY POPULAR, florists in the area before I met with Michele. Let me tell you, Michele is AMAZING!!! compared to the other two businesses. She is SO professional, treats your event like it is her very own and gives you the attention, compassion and excitement that everyone deserves on their special day. Michele was so excited every time we spoke about my event, that it only made me even more excited. Her work is amazing and I couldnt feel any more happier about the way the flowers turned out. It was on point! Above all, I felt special, which the other places didnt make me feel. Also, she is very upfront about the cost, which, the other businesses only give you estimates until nearly the day of. I am sad now that I will not be in contact with Michele as much since the event is over, because she truly is a wonderful person who runs a wonderful business.

Michelle did an incredible job with the flowers for our 5/2/15 wedding - she understood immediately what I was looking for with centerpieces, and they came out perfectly. The bouquets were perfect and the church looked amazing after she was done with it too. I will absolutely recommend Ambiance to friends and family for events. Hard to communicate with when not face to face and a little expensive but amazing at what she does because my flowers looked fantastic!

Ambiance was a preferred vendor at my venue (The Century House), so they coordinated with each other very well. Michele Peters was great to work with and you can tell that she loves what she does. All of my bouquets and boutonnieres were delivered to the bridal suite (where I was getting ready) and the ceremony and reception flowers were set up perfectly. My reception flowers (sunflowers and herbs) even lasted until I returned from my honeymoon - 11 days after the wedding!!

We used Ambiance for our wedding on October 19, 2013. Michelle is absolutely fantastic!! She took the time to meet with us for over an hour prior to the wedding, to fully understand what we were looking for and how we envisioned our florals. She had wonderful ideas and put together a few different samples for us while we met. On the day of, the florals were even more gorgeous and vibrant than I expected! I can't tell you how many people complimented us on them, particularly the ceremony florals. Michelle is very sweet and extremely responsive during the planning process. I highly recommend her to anyone planning an event in the Albany area!

Michele was amazing from the start! We really had no idea what we wanted exactly, but she talked us through everything! We ended up with the most beautiful bouquets and center pieces! I could not have asked for anything more! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and everyone kept commenting on them all night long!

I asked The Century House if there was a florist they usually work with for events and they told me about Ambiance. I met with the owner Michele and felt I found the perfect match. She did not pressure me into a decision and we went over in detail what I was looking for in my wedding flowers. Her mock up of our centerpieces was amazing and her value was incredible.

Delivered to church and brides home, all labeled and easy to figure out whos is who. Wedding color was purple, wanted no roses, did exactly that! beautiful hydrangeas, lush! Told her our budget, and was under but you could not tell! They filled our venue and it was amazing! I told her bits of what I wanted and she turned them in to reality! Lace on my bouquet to match my dress! Really thinks outside of the box without being too crazy!

We had a fantastic experience working with both Michele and Maureen who designed absolutely gorgeous floral arrangements for our tables and church. They are true professionals and put together a sample arrangement that was great but their final product was even better than we imagined. We gave away the centerpieces and heard from those who got them that the flowers were just as fresh several weeks later. Flowers are such a surprise on the day of the wedding, you can only hope that your vision and the florist match. The flowers that Maureen did for us were spectacular, they really added to the venue and the day. It is 2.5 weeks later and some are still alive.

I had Michelle at Ambiance do my flowers for my wedding and she and her staff did an amazing job!!! We met months before to come up with what I wanted. I brought in a couple pictures and Michelle nailed them and actually did better then the pictures I brought in! She was extremely professional without an error! The flowers were black magic roses and they made a beautiful pop of color in the black , white and red theme! Her team decorated the library at the Hilton Garden Inn and the room was classy and beautiful! Michelle has a great vision and I would recommend her to any bride looking for unique designs and an easy working relationship!

I am not a flower person, but let Michelle and her staff has done a great job on all of the florals and even my centerpieces. When Birch Hill wasn't being easy to get along with when it came to my flowers and centerpieces, Michelle stepped in and made sure my day was gonna be perfect. Michelle is easy to work with, and fun to work with. She has made my grandmother very proud. Michelle is now our family florist when it comes to any flower needs!

Maureen at Ambiance did the floral arrangements for my wedding. She was amazing to work with and the shop has amazing flowers. Maureen is very professional and knows what she is doing. I gave her little direction (colors and themes) and she knew exactly what flowers would work together. She put together arrangements that were exactly what I wanted! She was there on the day at the exact times I told her and she even came to the ceremony to pick up the arrangements and bring them to the reception in between the two. Maureen and Ambiance Florals were amazing. I recommend them highly.
