The DJ team exceeded all our expectations! It was very easy and productive to plan with Gregg our wedding day. He was very responsive and accommodated all our song wishes and extras (photo booth, cello player for ceremony, DJ for reception and after-party). Also, we had very specific song wishes as it was an international wedding to include some German party songs for both the reception and the after-party and it worked out perfectly! Fantastic, fantastic execution on our wedding day – we received so much positive feedback around the DJ’s performances from our guests. Loved the mashups and remixes also as part of the after-party and Gregg’s orchestration through the wedding ceremony. Couldn’t have been better and truly exceeded all our expectations – big THANK YOU to the whole Ambient DJ team involved!

Nick was our DJ and I'm not sure I can even say enough how wonderful, reliable, knowledgeable and helpful he was. To be honest, I'm not sure I've ever written a review about anything before, and writing this review for Nick was a priority for me. During the pre-event planning months, I was pretty much clueless about event planning, and despite giving him very little detail or info, Nick spent hours and was available at every step in helping me create literally the best night of my life. I trusted his expertise, and wow did it pay off. Even up until the NIGHT BEFORE the event, I was still unsure about doing something I wanted to do, but had decided against it because I didn't know if it was something guests would like. If it weren't for Nick, I would've lost out on probably what was the most memorable highlight and clincher of the entire event - for me, my husband and guests. And not only that, he still worked up until the very second to help suggest and provide me with the resources (video, etc) to proceed - again, all thrown at him up until the last minute. He made it easy for me, and again, despite me not being organized and throwing a lot at him (again, last minute), he handled it all with ease, and made every idea I had 100 times better. He provided his opinion and suggestions with extreme professionalism, but also with a personal/candid touch, which made me trust him at every step. He made it easy for me, which was a big deal as I was so busy and overwhelmed. And of course during the actual event, he took my requests (which again, I didn't give him much) and then catered to the crowd. I truly believe, or at least for people in my world, that the music makes or breaks for a successful event. I've already said Nick helped me create the best night of my life, but I think what was the most telling, and blew me away, was the number of guests - those I know and those I never met - who came up to me and said it was the best event they've ever attended. The only bad part was that the night had to end! I am so unbelievably grateful to Nick, and Ambient DJ Services. If I ever have another event, I'd probably change my schedule around if necessary to make sure I could work with Nick and Ambient DJ again, as I can't imagine trusting anyone else. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Wow! Our wedding was just a few days ago and we are still buzzing with excitement. The reception was so much fun and it is all because of DJ Gregg. He played exactly the type of music we asked (classic 60s/70s/80s songs mixed in with some alternative rock/pop) as well as played our requested songs and dedicated songs. He also got the "vibe" perfect for the sit down dinner, and seamlessly "turned up the party" when the open dancing began. More than that, we had some very specific instructions about our first dance. He managed all of it perfectly so that we felt no stress. He was so flexible and responsive with all of the toasts, too, even when my Dad went up to look for the microphone behind the DJ table! It's so clear that DJ Gregg read every word that we communicated to him through emails over the course of the few months leading up to the wedding, and that he really listened to our vision for the night. Highly recommend Gregg Hollmann for a friendly, responsive, and fun DJ to have at your wedding! The dance floor was packed the entire night.

I highly recommend working with Gregg! We had so much fun at our wedding this past weekend. So many people came up to us throughout the night to say how fabulous the music was and that they didn't want to stop dancing! As a bride and groom the day can pull you into a thousand directions and I fully had confidence in DJ Gregg to keep us on track with the schedule, to keep our bridal party in line with entrances and speeches, and give us a memorable wedding. He nailed all of our major requests (even some that weren't "wedding typical") and threw in some songs based on what we were all vibing with without us even having to ask. Not once in the day did I have to look over what he was doing - from the ceremony to the reception he was flawless. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Gregg and his crew - absolutely phenomenal! Gregg is the chillest dude around with great taste in music (our kinda dude!). Gregg was extremely easy to work with and really understood the vibe we were going for, even when we were a bit scatter brained with our musical lists! Gregg took the music we wanted and turned it into something electric, playing banger after banger, and kept people dancing the entire night. We did a cocktail reception because we wanted just a giant party, and we are big music, people so the music was one of the most important aspects of the entire night. Gregg saw that vision and ran with it. He was able to incorporate different genres and eras of music, blending everything perfectly, and creating a truly perfect night. On top of all that, he provided Glo sticks, had two assistants that helped keep the night on track and running smooth, gifted us a book with copies of all the photo booth pictures people took throughout the night, and afterwards sent us the Spotify playlist of all the music he played (in the same order)! A true gem of a human. Thank you to Gregg and his wonderful team for creating a night we will never forget (I’m forever dancing to Chumbawamba).

My partner and I worked with DJ Gregg for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. We first heard him work a friend’s wedding a year before ours, and we were absolutely blown away. In the pre-event planning, it was clear that he wanted to get a feel for the mood, atmosphere, and genres we were going for. On the day of our wedding, he absolutely nailed it. The dance floor was full nearly the whole night, and people of all ages were up there. We had lots of people commenting on how good the music was. We felt like we could barely sit down to eat because we just wanted to keep dancing! He also did a great job emceeing and being organized on top of the great song choices. We had a fantastic night, in very large part thanks to an incredible job from our DJs. And if I could give these guys six stars for value, I would. Thank you to Gregg for making our reception so much fun!

We worked directly with Gregg for our wedding and used his DJ services for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The planning portal made this super easy and seamless. Gregg had everyone on the dance floor the whole night and everyone keeps calling to tell us how much fun they had. Gregg really set the tone for the evening and we had the best time.

DJ/Photobooth- Ambient DJs! 11/10. Yet another underrated vendor I don’t see on the fb pages a lot. They did a great job keeping the vibe we wanted even with our super diverse playlist. We also were going to do a mix of 2 songs for our first dance and Gregg spliced those together for us, although we ended up using only one of them. My dad and I also decided to do a surprise dance medley and Gregg put the mix together for us and sent to us in advance so I had time to choreograph and we had time to practice! Gregg was our DJ, Nick was our emcee, and Jeremy was our photobooth guy. He also worked with us before the event to create the photo strip design, sending us multiple iterations back and forth, and even going back once we had agreed on one to truly make it what we wanted!!

We are absolutely thrilled with the whole team from Ambient. Gregg is very easy to work with and did a phenomenal job at our reception. He included all of our requests and understood the vibe of the crowd flawlessly - our guests had so much fun at the reception, and the dance floor was packed the whole night! We opted for the Fusion package, which included a live musician for the cocktail hour and reception, and he was absolutely fantastic as well.

We think we found our DJ for life! Gregg and DJ Spinz did such a professional job at our wedding. When we first spoke with Gregg, he was down-to-earth and a good listener. Our guests were diverse (Filipino, Cambodian, Chinese, all ages) and it was really important to us that our DJ strike the right balance of songs that satisfied all these groups. We felt heard and understood throughout the whole process. They have a very detailed event planning form that they executed flawlessly. Even if there was a situation where they had to adapt on the fly, they did so in a professional and calm manner. I see the DJ as the vendor that takes the baton to the finish line, and they were exactly the addition we needed on the team. We hope we have more events of all kinds that we can hire them for.

DJ Gregg is the best! He was super easy to talk to and work with in preparation for our wedding. He really listened to what we wanted and absolutely delivered on the big day. He led a fun filled night packed with amazing music and made sure everyone was having a great time. We couldn't recommend him enough!

Gregg and his team from Ambient DJ were absolutely amazing!! From the planning process to the wedding day, Gregg was so great to work with! He was quick to respond back to any questions I had, and his online planning tool was super helpful in organizing and preparing for all of the ceremony and reception songs/ events. Gregg was fantastic on the wedding day - he read the vibe of the room very well and kept everyone dancing all night! I had guests coming to me after the wedding to complement the DJ. I was also so happy we got the photobooth, everyone absolutely loved it!! Jeremy was fantastic and went above and beyond for us. He created a beautiful photo strip design that was exactly what I wanted. Jeremy was also able to find the perfect wedding photo props for us as well! At the end of the night we received digital copies of all the photos and a photo album with all the photos that our guests signed. Would highly recommend Gregg and his team to anyone looking for a DJ! Thank you for making our night special!

We had an amazing experience with Gregg from Ambient DJs. Our wedding was a small party of about 40 people, but the work Gregg did for our event surpassed the amount of people. We had a cozy barn venue, Byron Barn in Plainsboro, NJ, and Gregg made the whole night spectacular. From our cocktail hour area to the dance floor, even to the added ceremonial process and MC'ing. Prep work before our event was easily handled, and he was totally fine with my husband and I creating the initial playlists and just going with our vision. Highly recommend!

Our wedding on 9/1/23 with DJ Gregg was amazing! From our initial phone call he knew the vibe we were going for. We needed the perfect blend of Spanish and English music and he delivered! I had multiple people come up to me at the end of the night saying how great our DJ was. The online music/wedding planning was so helpful and really made picking music so easy. Our guests also loved the photobooth! We received the pictures from the photobooth in a photoalbum the night of, and within the week we received them all digitally too! Thank you for making our day so special and keeping the party going all night!

We used Ambient DJs for our wedding with Gregg as our DJ, who was fantastic! He was professional, on-time, responsive, and made the overall process seamless. We also liked the Ambient DJs online platform that helped to organize the reception timeline and our music recommendations. Gregg provided a great range of music, catering to both my husband and I along with our guests. We received compliments from many in attendance, and highly recommend!

Ambient DJ service was great! We picked DJ Soto, and he delivered as always. He did my niece's Sweet 15, and I was lucky enough to get him for me and my husband's wedding day. It was such a smooth and easy process from start to finish. DJ Soto made sure that he played all different types of music according to my and my husband's musical tastes. What I love the most is that on the day of my wedding, I had some last-minute changes, and he adjusted to the changes so quickly with no problem. He was so friendly and welcoming to any song requests from the guests, which was amazing. Thank you, DJ Soto, for being so great and making our wedding day so special!

I cannot recommend Gregg enough!!I have been to many weddings and I have never seen a dance floor so crowded and for so long! The dance floor was packed before we even sat for dinner! From being at other people's weddings, I was admittedly a little nervous that there would be that awkward down time before people really get dancing, but nope! Gregg had the party going. He was so kind and helpful in answering all of my questions. I had very specific ideas in mind and he gladly accommodated all of them. Everything was beyond better than I could have ever imagined! He really made the reception so easy for us. It was also important to us that we did not hire someone that was too "cheesy" with the microphone. Gregg was the perfect balance of professional and fun/exciting. We really cannot recommend him enough!

My husband and I were really at a loss with where to start with DJs. We looked at several DJs who were incredibly overpriced and didn’t seem to really fit our vibe. We found Ambient DJs on the Knot and decided to reach out to Gregg. From our first call we definitely knew he was great. My family is from Spain so my parents really wanted some Spanish touches, my dad clipped songs together and Gregg was able to play them all for my parents entrance and our father/daughter dance. We also chose cover songs from YouTube for our ceremony and again Gregg was able to play them all. He was absolutely fantastic and everyone LOVED the photo booth as well. I had so many people come up to us after the night was over and say how incredible he was. We danced every single minute that we were sitting down for dinner. Seriously hire DJ Gregg!!

Ambient DJ was amazing! We had DJ Iron Mike for our wedding, and he was incredible!! He kept people dancing ALL NIGHT LONG!! Our wedding felt like a concert towards the end of the night! He played the perfect mix of songs to please all guests. He met all our requests and kept an upbeat vibe all night. I especially liked how comprehensive the process of choosing and discussing the DJ services were, and how often we communicated. We had in house lighting at our venue that was controlled by an iPad, and Mike made sure to build in time to familiarize himself with the device before our reception. Mike is also just a really fun, nice guy! He was so awesome to work with!

Glenn Sabatino was our Ambient DJ and he was outstanding in every way…professional, personable, high energy…he had a great “feel” for the evening & kept our guests on the floor while incorporating our requested “playlist” songs effortlessly. I would highly recommend Glenn and Ambient to anyone for their event/celebration needs! I had high expectations because the music element was important to us and he made us feel at ease; the amazing night was made all the more special by Glenn’s participation. He was excellent. DJ Gregg was absolutely amazing! We can't recommend them enough! They are extremely professional and incredibly talented. I literally had an entire playlist of music that I wanted played, and DJ Gregg gladly accepted it and integrated it into the night. Our guest list was largely Persian, and DJ Gregg found the most incredible Persian dancey songs to keep the energy up. Our dance floor was literally filled with guests dancing from the beginning until the very end of the night. We also added a photo booth to our package, and are so happy we did! The team made a scrapbook from the photo strips that also doubled as a "guest book." They made a personalized photo strip based on our color scheme and sent it to us for our approval before finalizing. Finally, they were extremely affordable and willing to fit into our budget. We're truly grateful for their talent and dedicated work. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had dancing, and it's because of DJ Gregg and the incredible team that created such a lively, joyful, and energetic atmosphere!

We had DJ Iron Mike, DJ Spinzy (as our emcee) and Gregg as our awesome wedding music/entertainment team for our wedding reception and they truly rocked it! We are so grateful that we found them through The Knot, because everything we asked for, and we definitely asked for a lot, they were able to match, and even surpass at times! We asked for a DJ & emcee combo so that we didn’t have to stress about our wedding timeline and certain important announcements being missed, and DJ Iron Mike & DJ Spinzy were the perfect duo! We also asked for “dancing in the clouds” dry ice effect, cold sparklers for special moments, and a mirror photobooth which was expertly and generously manned by Gregg the whole night, thank you so much!!! Our guests loved our entire reception, they couldn’t stop talking about every little detail! Our dance floor was popping and all of our guests that flew in from NC really enjoyed dancing at our reception. Thank you for making our wedding so special!!

Our DJ for our wedding was Chris and we absolutely loved him! He did the best job! We had so many guests tell us they really liked him too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone booking an event

DJ Dre Ovalle is an awesome DJ and we are so happy he was the DJ for our wedding! Dre was great at "reading the room", picking songs that got kids and adults dancing and having fun. We wanted an experienced DJ who could curate the song list and smoothly transition from different types of songs (e.g., family-friendly, classics, top hits), and Dre did a fantastic job. He was also able to seamlessly incorporate song requests from guests. We forgot to send guests' requests to Dre ahead of time so were pleasantly surprised when he was able to add them throughout the night! Our guests all raved about the music and complimented how well everything flowed together. Dre also helped with our reception uplighting and did a beautiful job. During our planning conversations, we gave Dre a general overview of the ambience we were hoping to create. We had a specific color for the uplighting in mind, but Dre was honest in letting us know our idea wouldn't give us the vibe we wanted. We're so happy Dre gave us his feedback and appreciated his expertise to create a modern, yet elegant and understated atmosphere. From Dre, our DJ, to Joe, our saxophonist, to Charlotte and Max, our photobooth technicians, and Gregg, who was communicative and helpful through the planning process, Ambient DJs were great to work with and we highly recommend them.

In a few words: Gregg is professional, helpful, and skilled! More words: We communicated with Gregg prior to our wedding on multiple occasions. Each time left us feeling more confident in our choice of DJ. He provides a website to allow ease of communication and follows up with thorough questioning on your music desires. On the day of the wedding, we coordinated with him to provide equipment for our guitarist (separate vendor) to perform our beach ceremony. As the day went on, he made sure to check in to ensure he was prepared for wedding party intros and announcements. Finally, the music. Fire. Outstanding. He took a playlist of 25ish songs that we provided him and created a vibe for the night that had everybody feeling amazing. Every song had someone dancing--even the older crowd--and many songs had everyone dancing! I can't recommend Ambient DJ, and Gregg, enough. Also, as a preferred vendor to our venue (The Reeds at Shelter Haven), he's a no-brainer if you're looking for a DJ.

Ambient DJ Service is the best of the best! We were lucky enough to have Dre for our DJ and Jeremy for our photobooth operator. Dre was seriously AMAZING. He had all of the guests dancing the whole night and made sure the energy remained high which was exactly what we wanted! Dre played for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect DJ for it. Jeremy was so fun at the photobooth and made sure that everyone was having a great time! Ambient DJ Service is AMAZING and we could not recommend them more!!

DJ Gregg was fantastic - we were very picky when it came to our DJ, as my husband and I are huge music fans, and Gregg was wonderful to work with, took all of our requests, and kept our guests moving and grooving all night long. When we presented some less-than-traditional ideas for our reception, they were met with enthusiasm and we really appreciated having DJ Gregg's support and guidance through that execution!!

Do not think twice about hiring Ambient DJs! I live in Pittsburgh and had to pick my DJ off of a vendor list my venue provided. When I reached out to Gregg at Ambient DJs, he was wonderful from the beginning. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted. The day of the wedding, he was professional, easy going, and completely got the vibe of the music we like. He had everyone dancing and raving about how great the music was. I cannot recommend them enough!

Don’t walk, RUN to Ambient DJs if you’re still looking to hire a DJ for your event! Gregg is so skilled and crafted in being able to maneuver through mishaps and miscommunications that occurred. For example, my parents accidentally walked down the aisle without me but he was able to transition and fix the music without it seeming awkward at all. The online planner he provided prior to our event was so detailed that all your specific requests and vision needs will certainly be met! Not only that, Gregg was able to feel the energy of the crowd and accommodate accordingly. He was energetic and engaging without being corny, and we all had a blast with him!

Ambient DJ Service was great to work with for our wedding! Gregg was the DJ for our wedding this past week and everything went perfectly! He kept people dancing all night and was spot on with different dances, toasts, slideshows, and events that went on throughout the night. He made sure everything went smoothly. Gregg was very responsive and easy to work with while planning our big day. We also rented a photobooth throught Ambient DJ service for our wedding. This was a BIG hit! It was so much fun. Everyone loved the photobooth attendant Jeremy, and the pictures came out amazing! Not only did I recieved a scrapbook of all the photos printed out, but I also got them all on a USB. We highly recomment Ambient DJ Service!

We booked Ambient DJ service for our wedding - Gregg was super flexible, as we had to change our wedding date twice due to COVID. We also used his services for a family event a few years ago. He did an amazing job at the event and catered to the various music tastes of our guests! We will definitely be contacting him again for any future events!

We are so happy to have chosen Gregg and Ambient DJ for our wedding in 10/16/21. Gregg was very easy to work with through the entire process and was helpful when picking music choices. He found us a lovely violist Ann Marie Pocklembo for our ceremony. We also had Kevin Bene on saxophone which was a hit! We would definitely recommend Ambient DJ!

Ambient DJs and especially DJ Dre made our wedding day an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the process was simple and very organized. After our meeting with Dre, we felt comfortable knowing he would provide the ultimate party experience! He really set the tone of the wedding, kept our party dancing up until the last second. I let him know our wedding guests were older but that the younger crowd loves dancing to EDM. I was so impressed with his transition of classic wedding songs to current hits and then towards the end of the night playing to the younger crowd - throwing in some unforgettable drops!!! The amount of compliments I received on our music and overall atmosphere were endless. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially DJ Dre. He is the BEST!

Gregg was a blast for our wedding. We started planning during Covid and we knew we wanted something fun, safe, and a little different. My husband and I love karaoke and thought it would be a fun safe alternative to dancing. Luckily by our September 10th wedding things were safer and we danced AND got to karaoke. Gregg was wonderful to work with- he was flexible, fun, professional, and just great. He understood our vision perfectly and knew when to put on some Spanish music, or rock music, or do a karaoke session. He took requests very well and we loved that he set up a “do not play” list as well. My guests are still raving about what a great party it was. They wish they could have danced and sang for longer. Gregg made the planning process easy from the ceremony music and set up to keeping spirits high during the reception. I cannot recommend him more highly. If you want a great, fun DJ, Gregg is your guy.

We couldn't be happier that we chose Gregg as our wedding DJ! From the beginning of the planning process to the actual wedding day, he was so easy to work with and everything went so smoothly. He worked with us through two covid postponements and was super flexible and accommodating given the unfortunate circumstances. His online planning form made it very easy for us to organize and share our thoughts and plans for the ceremony and reception music and events. On the actual wedding day, Gregg was fantastic -- he read the vibe of the room very well, played along with a fun father-daughter dance, facilitated activities such as the shoe game and the ballroom blitz (a brilliant and fun way to make sure you efficiently get photos with every table), and there was never a moment of awkwardness. We'd wholeheartedly recommend Gregg to anyone looking for a great wedding DJ!

DJ Gregg and his assistant were absolutely FABULOUS & such a great asset to my wedding day. They were both personable and down to earth. Gregg's assistant even helped with my children! Gregg understood the task and even had songs we randomly requested (that was not even part of the plan) but he was on point & ready with everything:)

We had a fabulous experience, smooth from beginning to end. Gregg was very responsive from our very first conversation. DJ Nick provided the perfect music as the day progressed, following our original instructions and then reading the room and the mood to maximize the impact of the music. DJ Nick was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend both DJ Nick and Ambient DJ in general.

Gregg was absolutely incredible for our wedding reception!!! He was so flexible with us rescheduling due to COVID and made planning a playlist easy!!! He also accommodated all of our requests, including for a special photo challenge! Our dance floor was full all night long and we even added on an extra hour of dancing!!!! Thank you Gregg!!!!!

DJ Iron Mike did an amazing job -- he created an incredible atmosphere and evening of dancing at our wedding. From his track selection to mixing, everything was perfect, not to mention he was just a great person to work with throughout the whole process. Mike did an especially good job bridging genres and decades (so much good 90s R&B too!) so all of our guests enjoyed; many of them danced the whole night long and couldn't get over how good the music was. I would reco Mike and Ambient Djs again!

Mike was fantastic! We hired Mike through Ambient DJs for our June 2021 wedding. We didn't have exact play/do not play songs, just some playlists with ideas and Mike nailed it based on that. Mike was also really helpful with figuring out some reception logistics with what he's seen work in the past. He cued our processional/recessional songs for the ceremony perfectly and kept an awesome vibe throughout the night. We all had an amazing time (and heard a lot of "this DJ is amazing!" from our guests). Thanks so much Mike!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company!! We booked them in 2019 for our original June 2020 wedding date, and were immediately so impressed by Gregg (owner) and Chris’ (our DJ) kindness, organization, and incredibly quick follow up to every question we sent their way (which was a lot!). They also made the one year postponement process a breeze, which was so appreciated during that stressful rescheduling period. We loved the ease of the online music planning form, and found all of their wedding music study and playlist resources for choosing our songs so helpful. Chris (a.k.a) DJ Spinz was so fun and we really appreciated that he worked with us to make sure all of our custom song requests were played/were the correct versions! He arrived at our venue early for set up, coordinated a very smooth introduction of the wedding party despite last minute changes on our end, and selected a broad range of music that all of our guests enjoyed. We can’t recommend Ambient DJs / Chris a.k.a DJ Spinz enough!!

DJ Gregg and I worked together for a wedding over the summer. As a musician and wedding performer myself, I have worked with many different DJ's and vendors and Gregg stands above the rest with his professionalism and service. He's friendly, helpful, and (most importantly) he's a fantastic DJ.

DJ Gregg is the absolute best. He played music for my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Everything was absolutely perfect. I made sure to hold on to all my vendors when my wedding got postponed due to Covid- I’m so glad I did. It couldn’t have been anymore perfect. They make sure that they know exactly what you want, and it was everything I wanted and more. Thank you so much!!!!

Gregg was the absolute BEST DJ for our wedding in Stone Harbor, NJ! He was easy to work with, responded to all my questions quickly, provided us all the guidance we needed to create the best playlists for our day, AND was super affordable! Our family and friends haven’t stopped raving about how good the music was! It was a great pleasure to be able to have Gregg at our wedding!

Gregg was our DJ for our wedding in October. He was very easy to work with and created a great playlist that fit with all our requested songs. He was very accomodating when we asked for a few things to be played last minute during the wedding. It was a great night of dancing thanks to Ambient DJ service!

We chose Ambient as our DJ service from a cousins wedding, and we were so excited when Gregg introduced us to Chris. He was easy to work with, helped us choose a playlist and it was so fun using their program to find the best music to keep our guests dancing. However, COVID happened and I was nervous to reach out to our vendors to align dates. When I asked Gregg if he was available for a couple of dates he couldn’t have been more helpful, accommodating and patient as I connected with my other vendors. I’m so grateful and can’t wait for Ambient to help us blow the roof off 2021 on our postponed date!

Highly recommend these guys to get your party started. So fun and easy to work with. They provided exactly what we were looking for to add fun but not over do it! They honored our wishes to keep a classy party atmosphere. HIGHLY recommend DJ Sasha! She was so kind and fun with all the guests and the kids! Reasonably priced for a really fun time!!

First off, I'd like to say that DJ Gregg is very nice and easy to work with. We liked the online playlist we were able to compile through the planning process. However, you need to specify to him if you do not want requests taken during the reception (which I highly recommend) because he will play them. Some of our guests requested songs that we would NEVER put on our playlist, which resulted in Gregg not being able to fit in some of our songs on our "Must Play" list. I was a little disappointed that the requests seemed to be his priority rather than the songs we picked. Other than that, he was a pleasure to work with.

DJ Iron Mike is hands down the BEST! From our first conversation to the last song of the night, everything was flawless. He played exactly what we wanted without having to give him a playlist of songs. He had great attention to detail and made the entire night perfect and entertaining – the dance floor was packed the whole time! We really can’t thank him enough! If you are looking for a DJ, book Iron Mike!

We were very specific about things we did and did not want and Gregg executed everything we asked! I was so worried about having an overzealous DJ that tried to steal the show or play cheesy games with our guests as that is not our style at all but Gregg’s professionalism was exactly what we were looking for. DJ Cloak Dagger also did a great job mixing the end of our reception, I had asked for some interesting remixes of both new music and classics we really enjoyed some of his original mixes!! Ambient DJ Services were very reasonably priced and well worth the money!!

My husband and I could not be happier with Gregg. Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and more thanks to his experience, professionalism, responsiveness, skill, and his kindness. We were extremely particular about our music likes and dislikes and he 100% listened and understood our needs. We don't know how he pulled it off, but EVERYONE was on the dance floor. We keep hearing from our friends and family what an epic time they had. We would recommend him in a heartbeat.

DJ Mike was absolutely AMAZING!!! I was at a wedding that he was the DJ for and the crowd old and young did not stop dancing all night! I booked Mike for my wedding and had the same experience. My guests are still raving at how amazing of a job he did! Mike is such a cool guy and he was so easy to work with. Most importantly he is very thorough! Everything on our day of went perfectly he had the timeline correct, everyones names pronounced correct etc... It was such a pleasure working with the entire team at Ambient. The prices are great and they deliver outstanding quality. I'm 100000% happy I booked with them!

Gregg did a great job as our wedding DJ! He was super easy to work with. He got to know us and our musical tastes to cultivate a playlist of our favorite songs from cocktail hour through the last dance. He also listened to the guests requests and styles. For example, after the best man gave a speech referencing meeting the groom through a bond of Metallica, he played a Metallica song. He received many compliments from our guests. One compliment came from a guest who used to be a wedding planner who said that "This is one of the best DJs she's heard at a wedding. There have been no bad songs." The only negative was that we did not feel like the photo booth attendant was engaging enough but the positives of the DJ completely outweigh this!

We absolutely loved having Gregg for our wedding. He was great at communicating, so easy to work with, and a fantastic DJ that made our wedding come to life. From the ceremony to the reception, he was there every step of the way, making sure we got to hear everything we wanted to. The up lighting package is a must and creates such a unique ambiance that really added a little extra to the reception. We also got the photo booth add on and were not disappointed! Gus was so great to work with! My guests had so much fun taking pics with all the props he brought, and looking through all of the pics the next day was so fun for my husband and I. Thank you so much for everything! We could not have asked for a better DJ.

We hired Ambient DJ Service very last minute. We originally spoke to Gregg but Greg Lam was our DJ. I could not recommend them enough. They made planning our music selections easy and painless, communicated with us up until the day of, touched on every little detail and helped to make our wedding day nothing short of perfect!

Chris with ambient dj’s did a great job. He met with us prior to the wedding to review our song selections and to get a feel of who we were. He also wanted to know/have an idea of what we envisioned for our special day. The music selector app that they use was very helpful in allowing us to pick what music we wanted played and at each part of the reception. We told him we wanted a fun reception, with lots of dancing and he made it happen. He read the room well and took requests. We had many compliments on song selection and everyone had a fantastic time. Also Chris was a really nice guy and exceptionally professional. His main goal was to make sure we had a great day. We used Ambient with DJ Gregg for the music, lighting and some decorations for our wedding in May of 2019 at Adventure Aquarium and I cannot speak more highly of their service. DJ Gregg was wonderful to work with and did a great job both following through on our plans and delivering when we only gave loose direction. The music selection was excellent and Gregg did a great job of reading the crowd and adjusting the music to keep the dance floor lively. The additional decorations we requested - pipe and drape as well as uplighting - were beautifully done. Through it all, Gregg was great to work with, flexible with our requests, and had a great energy through the night. I definitely recommend their services

DJ Iron Mike hosted our event and was AWESOME! He kept everyone dancing and having fun all night, even our grandparents and our littlest guests. We loved the anniversary dance and that he played a special song for my grandparents. He definitely stayed on track with our musical tastes while playing songs everyone would get up and dance to and was so accommodating with all of our requests. He was great!

DJ Spinz is the best! He was awesome to work with leading up to our big day. At the reception, he was professional and fun. We were at ease knowing that he had control of the reception's timeline. We had a blast!

We used Gregg and the sax player, Joe, for my son and daughter-in-law's reception at Chauncey Conference Center in Princeton on 2/16/19. They live overseas, and came in just before the event. Gregg was so great about talking with them via Skype, and got to know them enough to put together an awesome playlist. Do consider adding Joe - we were so glad we did! His playing elevated the entertainment, and our guests were thrilled. Gregg was fairly unassuming, but orchestrated the whole event seamlessly, and kept the dance floor full at all times. We could not have made a better choice!

We used Ambient DJ and had the owner, Gregg, as our DJ. His online system made planning for must haves, like to have, and do not play very easy. He also created a set that fit perfectly with the type of music we told him we like and kept the dance floor packed the whole night. His interaction on the microphone was minimal and certainly not intrusive, only getting on the mic when necessary, could not be happier!

Chris (DJ Spinz) was a fantastic choice as DJ for our wedding. He was very patient with us and accommodating with our song requests. He was also excellent at getting our guests up and dancing while being both very professional and warm. Coordinating with him before the wedding was easy, and we really appreciated his advice on some of the details of our reception. We highly recommend Chris and Ambient DJs!

DJ Gregg was the absolute best for our wedding on October 27,2018. Even with the Coastal storm off the NJ coast he made sure the party and music kept going. He listened to everything we wanted and worked with us to make sure we had the BEST WEDDING EVER!! These guys don’t disappoint with the party and professionalism they provide.

Stop searching for a DJ and book DJ Gregg! We had the BEST time at our reception and are still hearing from our friends and family about how much fun they had. Gregg was an excellent planner. He was always easy to get a hold of, helped us plan out our evening using his expertise, and listened to all of our must-play and do-not-play requests. Not to mention, we got married outside on an incredibly windy day and Gregg made sure everyone could hear every word of the ceremony. It was perfect! DJ Gregg was the best! He met with us and really understood what our vision was for the day. We wanted a laid back and elegant reception and he delivered. We made a request that the music not be too loud so that people could enjoy each other's company and he kept that in mind all night! He kept our dance floor packed all night and played just the right songs during dinner. DJ Gregg is down to earth, fun and professional. We highly recommend him for any event, you won't be disappointed.

DJ Dre Ovalle is the BEST! We booked Ambient DJ Service and requested DJ Dre for our recent wedding. Dre was extremely accommodating during the entire planning process and was always available to answer all of our questions and offer suggestions as needed. Our barn venue had a strange layout and we requested music in 3 different areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and he was able to keep the music flowing and the dance floor moving constantly on our big day! It was PERFECT and everything went smoother than we could have imagined. THANK YOU DRE!!!
