If you want an amazing DJ for your wedding, DJ Luke Sames with Ambient Entertainment is your guy! He was wonderful at my sisters wedding. Luke was so polite and easy to talk to. Made sure to give us the rundown on the mics and made sure he could pronounce all of our names correctly for the grand march. We had Luke Sames as the DJ for our wedding, and 5 stars isn't enough for how amazing he did! The floor was filled all night long with people laughing, dancing and having a great time! Luke kept the party going, and also was great at MCing various parts! If you want high energy and a packed dance floor all night for your wedding then Luke is your guy! Can't thank him enough for making our special day as memorable and fun as he did!

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful this company is. Zach was our MC and DJ, and the depth of fun and meaningful emotional moments he fostered was our favorite part of the whole day. Every couple needs the Love Story service, make sure you ask about that, it’s priceless! The uplighting transformed our venue, the Photo Booth was never empty, and he kept the dance going even with our lower guest count. He was also a joy to communicate with in the whole process - we couldn’t imagine a better service!

We recently had Luke DJ our wedding on 6/7/24 and it was so great! He was always available in the planning process, he checked in before the ceremony and during the celebration. He read the crowd well, if something wasn’t working he switched it up. Would definitely recommend Ambient Entertainment & Luke!

We booked Adrian as our wedding DJ along with their Photo Booth + props. He was an absolute vibe! Working with him from beginning to end was very easy and such a joy. I had been in a wedding with Ambient Entertainment as the DJ and was so impressed, so it was no brainer to go with them as we planned our own wedding. Adrian was so helpful and personable during our whole planning process and the day of. We had scheduled a walk through the week before our wedding that was super helpful to go through our day of schedule and make sure everyone was on the same page. He was amazing during the day with checking in with us on the timeline and what we wanted as we did get ahead of schedule during our reception. Our guests loved the photo booth and had a blast on the dance floor.

I loved everything about them! Zach was a great communicator and made my wedding amazing! The dance floor was busy all the time! 100000/10 recommend!!

I have mixed feelings about my experience with our DJ. Pros: great planning tools, great front end communication about options, and great set up at the venue. We had good engagement and energy with announcements, etc. Cons: I got several complaints regarding song choices and seeming annoyed at requests and questions. One person said, “it definitely didn’t seem like he wanted to hear any of our requests, like he just wanted to do his own thing.” Don’t get me wrong, we had a great time dancing and enjoying the night, but there were some comments made that I couldn’t overlook since I also experienced it myself.

We used Ambient Entertainment LLC for our July 2023 wedding and if we could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would! Adrian was our DJ and he was amazing to work with - leading up to our wedding he was extremely helpful with the planning and we were able to set up as many zoom meetings as we wanted to which was very helpful. The planning website to input your timeline, song requests, songs you don’t want to play, etc was an awesome feature and made everything seamless. Our actual day went so smoothly and I can’t even count how many of our guests came up to us just to tell us how great our DJ was - Adrian had great energy and kept everyone entertained and the dance floor packed at all times. If the dancefloor ever emptied a bit, he knew exactly how to get everyone back out there by playing a crowd pleaser song next. We also added the 360 Photo Booth as part of our package and we HIGHLY recommend doing this for your wedding if you’re able to - it’s such a unique spin on a traditional Photo Booth and our guests absolutely loved it! Guests were able to put their emails in to have their videos sent to their phone immediately and we even got copies of all of the videos as well, which was so fun to look through! Adrian even took a bunch of photos and videos on his own phone from all parts of the wedding and provided to us after, which was awesome to have more candids from throughout the whole day - especially since we didn’t hire a videographer, the extra videos we got from him captured some things from the ceremony and reception that we didn’t even know we wanted until we got them, so it was such a nice and unexpected addition! Overall, highly recommend Ambient Entertainment, we are so happy with our decision!

Zach did an amazing job for our wedding. He came well prepared, and helped make the day perfect and seamless. His music selection was on point, and we had so many of our guests compliment the music and his DJ services. The sound systems, uplighting, photo booth, and other services/products they have to offer, differentiates them from the competition. Would 10/10 recommend to any other couples searching for a DJ!

Luke was our DJ and he was AMAZING. Communication was 10/10 right off the bat, he was super quick to respond and helped with a ton of aspects of coordinating our ceremony and reception. The day of was amazing. Our ceremony and dinner music was perfect, and he kept our dance floor packed for pretty much the entirety of the night. It was such a great experience!

My wife and I hired Ambient Entertainment for our wedding a few weeks ago with Adrian Quilling as our DJ. I cannot say enough about how incredible Adrian was. He was very helpful both before the wedding and on the day of. He was flexible and willing to work with us on all kinds of different requests we had as well as helping to solve problems and give suggestions on backup plans when it was supposed to storm during our outdoor ceremony. Adrian also took numerous photos and videos throughout the night on his phone which was great to have especially after the photographer left. Adrian is also an unparalleled DJ. He was great at incorporating our songs while making the evening fun for everyone. He also kept the energy high throughout the night. Our day was an absolute blast thanks in large part to Adrian. We got several add-ons as well. First, we got some uplighting for the head table. I don't remember exactly which uplighting package we got but I believe it was the standard 12 count. This looked nice but of all the add-ons this is maybe the one i wouldn't do again, although it's totally personal preference and looked very nice. We also got the dancing on a cloud for our first dance. It looked very nice and Adrian put in a lot of effort to make sure it fully covered the dance floor. We also got the indoor fireworks which were awesome. Everyone loved these. Adrian did a great job of using them at the best times to make the special moments even more special and to entertain guests. Lastly, we got the 360 photo booth. I was a little on the fence about this one over just a regular photo booth before the wedding but it ended up being my (and many other people's) favorite add on. It was an absolute blast. Everyone loved it. I seriously cannot recommend Ambient entertainment (and especially Adrian Quilling) enough. They went above and beyond in so many ways! Thank you Ambient and Adrian!

Adrian was the perfect DJ for our wedding day! The presentation he put on was amazing! He puts his whole heart into his work so your day can be perfect. His attention to the details and flow of the day is great! We would recommend him to anyone and everyone—He is worth every penny!! Adrian killed it on our wedding day! Everything leading up to wedding day went so smoothly and everything day of went perfectly. He was accommodating to day-of changes and also made great suggestions to us depending on the crowd's vibe. The sound quality of his equipment was great - One guest told us they they thought there was a live musician during the ceremony when Adrian started the music!

Our sons original DJ cancelled a couple months before their wedding and we are SO thankful to have found Adrian and Ambient on such short notice!! Communication is SO important when planning a wedding and especially the day of and he nailed it!! Always quick to respond! He was spot on keeping the day on schedule and had some great ideas…like the couples private last dance at the end of the evening…he went above and beyond to make it special on the rooftop of the venue! I searched everywhere for a 360 photo experience and bonus…he had one of those too! Guests had SO much fun with it! He offers all the extras! His uplifting and room lights are amazing, the 360 photos , cold sparklers made their event so unique! Finally…Adrain’s energy kept the dance floor full all night which was so important to the happy couple! Many thanks to Adrian and Ambient for helping make their wedding dreams come true!

Ambient Entertainment exceeded my expectations from the beginning of planning until the end of the event. Communication was prompt and professional. I chose the cheaper of the packages where a DJ was assigned to us. We met our DJ 2 weeks prior via video chat. I was getting very nervous about this, the unknown. Luke Sames was amazing the moment we chatted all my fears were gone. He was professional, fun, knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Luke Sames and doing his garter toss game. Guests are still talking about it. He was on time, set-up everywhere needed, kept the event moving and me on schedule. He kept the dance floor full through the end. I cannot say enough great things about him and Ambient Highly recommend!!!

Wow! My husband and I are so glad we chose Ambient Entertainment to DJ our wedding! Zach Sames did an incredible job making sure our outdoor ceremony, social hour, and reception went smoothly! Zach reached out to us right away and we booked with them within the first week of contact because we were confident he would take good care of us! The online wedding planner was very user-friendly and organized! It was super easy to chose our music selections and make sure the DJ had all of the information he needed about our wedding day! Zach reached out to us a week and a half before our wedding to set up a zoom meeting to go over all of the details. By wedding day, I was confident he had it all taken care of - and he did! Our guests keep telling us how beautiful our ceremony music was and how fun the dance was! Zach did an amazing job with timing of speeches and first dances and knew exactly what song the guests needed next! He also was great with communicating with our photographer and other vendors to ensure everything was aligned perfectly! I will be recommending Zach and Ambient Entertainment to everyone we know!!

Adrian was the best DJ we could have every asked for. He was there to help us in anything we needed with the music and any sort of thing like that. He also matched our music taste perfectly which was huge for us and helped make our wedding day as perfect as it could be! Would recommend to anyone!

Our wedding was the best day ever and Ambient Entertainment was such a big part of it. They made the day go so smoothly from pre/-ceremony till the last dance. Adrian was our officiant and it was perfect. They did music for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. My guests are still talking about the amazing job they did! We had the dancing on the cloud, tv totem, sparks, and 360 booth and I recommend all of it! The 360 booth was soo much fun and our guests loved using it and having the videos forever. I can’t recommend them enough!!! Adrian & Luke made the night so much fun and kept our guests dancing till the very last song. They are truly the best and I am so happy I chose Ambient Entertainment.

We loved working with Adrian!! He truly brought the party! He went above and beyond and helped work with our venue to resolve some things. He really wanted to take stress off of us! My husband and I hired Ambient to DJ for our wedding in Albert Lea, MN. Zach Sames was our selected DJ. He quickly reached out to us to introduce himself and request a zoom call to go over basics regarding our taste in music and the overall vibe for our event. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft, which gave us peace of mind and a lot of flexibility in the songs we wanted to play. Ambient has an online system where your entire event is managed. It was a great way to create a playlist based on our personal preferences and guest requests, including the ability to categorize songs as "must play", "do not play", etc. Zach used that information to pick the perfect sequence of songs for our cocktail hour, dinner, and open dance floor in a way that was tailored to us and our guests. He absolutely nailed all portions of the evening, even though we had a wide variety of genres and styles of music requested by our guests. He was receptive to last-minute changes that we made, and did a great job of taking charge and helping the crowd transition between the different parts of our evening. Thank you to Ambient and Zach Sames for putting on a great event!

Overall we had a great experience working with Ambient Entertainment. They were quick to respond, very organized, and able to accommodate meeting with us to go over anything we wanted for the wedding. Our DJ Zach really helped us think about things we would have never thought about (ex: scheduling of events for the wedding, doing activities like bouquet and garter toss, doing sunset photos...etc). The only recommendation I would give the company would be to get rain equipment for their speakers/microphone since a lot of weddings have outdoor ceremonies. If there is light rain predicted they should be able to have the capability to protect their equipment.

My son Kapil married Lauren in Minneapolis in June. It was a Indian wedding with a Sangeet on Friday, Baraat, ceremony and reception on Saturday. DJ Adrian was the absolute best, made our events come alive with the right mix of music, lighting and the whole vibe! He is a wonderful person to work with, very tuned to the needs of the hosts while keeping the rhythm of the event going. He is open to ideas and brought a ton of creativity to every event. The music in our events spanned from classical Indian music, Bollywood to wedding standards, hip hop, disco, rap....a great fusion of 2 cultures blending effortlessly. We hired Adrian for our recent June wedding at a St Paul Minnesota Brewery and we could not have been happier. Luke went above and beyond at our wedding! Prior to our day, he took the time to meet with us and we discussed that we wanted an upbeat, high energy reception. He more than delivered by getting the crowd hyped up, dancing and jamming out to our songs with us and reading the crowd to decide what to play next. We booked Ambient Entertainment for our wedding reception & are so glad we did! We specifically asked for DJ Adrian (the owner) - after we spoke with him on the phone about a quote/services offered, we could tell he would be amazing based on his energy. Throughout the planning process, he was very responsive and helpful. We ended up renting a photo booth, fog machines, and uplighting through Ambient Entertainment. Everything was exactly how we wanted it & turned out way better than we were expecting. We had a dark & moody, Halloween theme for our reception - the lighting and the graphic design on the photo booth picture strips (made by Kim) matched perfectly! My dad and I did a traditional father/daughter dance, then transitioned into a choreographed dance to thriller. Adrian made the lights and fog machines switch when that song came on to give it a more dramatic effect. It was awesome! Adrian was interactive with our guests & kept the music fun while people were dancing, and drew people to the dance floor when it started to thin out. We noticed that the volume throughout the night was perfect - it was never so loud you couldn't talk over the music, even when you were standing next to the speakers, but also loud enough that you could hear what songs were playing in the back of the room. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ - he made it so fun & all of our guests commented on how much of a blast our reception was! Thank you Adrian - that was an incredible night and we couldn't have had such a great experience without you!

Adrian was just the best to work with. Super flexible, on time, and we heard nothing but compliments on the music choice throughout the reception! AND he has indoor cold spark FIREWORKS which everyone thought was amazing!! If you want a memorable reception, you should hire Adrian and his team and awesome equipment!! We used Ambient Event Group’s photobooth at our wedding on 9/18/21. They were a great choice! We liked the photobooth set up that was used, and our guests enjoyed the activity. I would definitely recommend them. Their price was really reasonable. They were easy to work with and very responsive.

Ambient Entertainment was wonderful to work with. We had a hiccup prior where dates we shared were incorrect and they went above and beyond to ensure we were still able to use their service. This was a blessing because the new DJ, Luke, who we were assigned was wonderful. Passion of music, passion with entertainment, and communication he showed us at the wedding was noticed by MANY. Always giving recommendations, but also open to letting us guide the night if we were so inclined. Luke has a great energy and future. Made the wedding stand out to guests and could not recommend higher!

DJ Adrian made our wedding reception so much fun! His clear and consistent communication allowed us to make slight changes without any difficulties. Our family and friends were on the dance floor all night! The online portal was very easy to work with to upload songs and plan out the music for the reception. We also enjoyed the uplighting that was synced to the beat of the music – so much fun! We highly recommend Ambient Entertainment for your wedding reception! Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was SO smoothly, Adrian holds so much responsibility for that. His communication from us reaching out and even after the wedding was professional, prompt, clear, concise and above & beyond. He delivered 100%. We had guests out on the dance floor who said “yeah I never dance at weddings”. It was a blast. The extra lighting was sooo worth it! He checked in with us and seemed to have mind reading abilities when we needed to adjust timing for first dances, etc. I could go on and on singing his praises. Book with Adrian, that’s all I can say, it’s worth every penny.

Until planning our wedding I forgot how integral your DJ is to your big day. From ceremony to last dance (and all the planning beforehand), Ambient Entertainment made sure our day was the best day of our lives! Adrian has a wealth of knowledge of all things wedding and guided us through the entire process. His insight alone was invaluable in creating a day that was both meaningful and ran smoothly.
