From the first meeting with Jennifer she was professional and pleasant throughout the whole process. She made us 3 small wedding cakes for our tasting and not only did they taste delicious they looked great. Our cake was beautiful and tasty! Wonderful experience, I HIGHLY recommend for any wedding!

Jennifer is amazing!! We were in a crunch with the cake because my parents had a completely different idea of what they wanted for the cake. Well we ended up being almost 1 month out and my mom kept doing tastings and none of them were good. I decided to look on my own and found Ambrosia's and got a tasting. Her presentation is by far the best out of all the cake tastings. Most bakers just give you a small slice of all the flavors, but Jennifer actually bakes you four mini cakes, almond, vanilla, red velvet, and chocolate, and each have two different fillings for you try and whatever is left over you can take home to try. We ended up going with the almond cake with one layer of filling the raspberry and the other the amaretto. Not only did our cake taste amazing but it looked amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out exactly how it looked! You will not be disappointed with Jennifer and I highly recommend her!

Jennifer created the cake of our dreams! She was such a pleasure to meet and provided us with some delicious samples. She took our ideas and pictures of various cakes and turned it into a cake even better than we imagined! Did I mention it was absolutely delicious too?!?! She added little touches to the cake to make it personal to us and on the day of our wedding we did not have to worry about a thing. She had it delivered and set up on time. We got so many compliments on the look and taste of the cake and would recommend Ambrosia Cakes to anyone!

Jennifer has so many great cake flavors and fillings. Her cake is also more moist than a lot of other places we tried. I was so excited when I saw my cake on my wedding day. It was even prettier than I expected. She captured everything I was looking for.

We chose a round, 3-tier masterpiece. I requested a solid blue ribbon with a smaller yellow polka dot ribbon above at the bottom of each tier. Top 2 tiers were vanilla cake with raspberry filling, and a bottom tier of strawberry cake with cream cheese filling. All covered in a delicious buttercream. Top tier- Yellow Swiss dots, Middle tier- white on white swirls, bottom tier- quilted with blue dots at intersections. I wish I could upload a picture. It was amazing!!! THe best cake I've ever had, no exaggeration. As soon as I tried the cake at the tasting, I knew she was the only person I would trust such an imprtant task to. My wedding cake was perfect, and all of my guests are still talking about it over a month later.

Not only was our cake creatively designed and looked stunning on our wedding day, but it was incredibly delicious. Our cake was moist, sweet, and we received several compliments on the day of our wedding. Her cakes are all made fresh a day before your wedding and you cannot beat her prices. Jennifer is very talented and I would truly consider visiting with her if you are planning a wedding.

My husband and I had a four-tiered, decadent wedding cake. Jennifer captured everything we wanted in flavors and design. Our guests were extremely impressed. She also made us two grooms cakes - the cutest football helmets (my husband and I are NFL fans). I'll use Jennifer anytime my family has a need for a special occasion cake.

i had a three layer wedding cake that fed 144 people. It was exactly what i wanted. We looked a pictures of cakes over a hour and pieced together the exact cake i wanted. It was great tasting!!!!

Jennifer from Ambrosia cake creations did an AMAZING job on our wedding cake! Not only was it delicious, it was a work of art! People are still talking about our cake and our wedding was weeks ago. Jennifer was an absolute delight to work with. She was very prompt with her responses and understood exactly what we wanted with our cake. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it was also scrumptious and delicious! We didn't even have extra cake to take home because our guests had 2nd and 3rd slices!

And the fact that we were able to choose different flavors for each tier made us able to give each person what they wanted. We could not be any more happy with Jennifer's service and professionalism and the flavors of her cakes!!

Jennifer did a fantastic job on my wedding cake. Out of everything anyone complimented on the wedding, the cake had the most buzz. It tasted amazing, looked beautiful, and was simply more than I could have asked for. I cried when I saw how beautiful it was. She was so nice to work with and even helped me re-create a version of my grandmothers cake. I was taken away. I never got to say thank you after it was all said and done, so I guess when she reads this, this is my big THANK YOU! :)

From the very beginning, Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. We went to her house to have a consult/tasting and she not only came in lower than expected on price, but her cake samples were the best we'd tasted AND she sent us home with extras for my parents to taste too! She arrived on time, set up the cake on the cake stand, and left instructions on how to cut it for the caterers. I took her a *very* specific design plan and she surpassed all my expectations. I think guests took almost as many pictures of the cake as they did of my husband and me it was so spectacular. We chose three different cake/filling combos to appeal to everyone and we sent each set of grandparents home with a little extra. I would recommend Ambrosia Cake Creations to anyone looking for a phenomenal-looking AND tasting wedding cake and i can't wait to get our 1st anniversary tier!

We ordered a cake and a groom's cake (a semi-surprise for the groom) for our wedding. When we met with Jennifer, we brought photos of various cakes that included elements we liked. We also saw a cake in her studio that we liked. On the spot, she created several unique designs based on the elements we liked. We had a hard time selecting the final design because we liked them all. Our cake was definitely unique to our tastes and more beautiful than we anticipated. For the groom's cake, she recreated (with a few custom tweaks) a baseball cap on a diamond, which I had found on another site. When my groom saw the attention to detail -- Jennifer even included a baseball with stitching -- he was so excited that he took a photo with his phone and posted it to Facebook before we even arrived at the wedding venue. I even asked for a custom flavor, and Jennifer created a recipe that was moist, unique and delicious. The groom loved it, as did the rest of our guests at the rehearsal dinner. Back to our wedding cake, we were able to have four different flavors for our layers, with no extra charge. Other bakers we met may have included one different flavor, but most charged for each different flavor. So, we were pleased at that offering from Ambrosia Cake Creations. Our overall experience with this vendor was great. Jennifer is friendly, and she (and her staff) are talented. She listens to what you want and delivers it. And, we were pleased with the moistness of the cakes (important to me) and the flavors.

We met with Jennifer on the recommendation of a friend and were absolutely blown away by how delicious her cake was! No one else even came close in the taste category. We got so many complements on the cake at the wedding! The cake was beautiful, and Jennifer was a joy to work with.

From the time we met with Jennifer for a tasting and consultation, we really enjoyed the close and personal attention. She worked with my design requests and even made a special strawberry cake layer requested by the groom. Even when I called her just 3 weeks before the wedding, she was open to my number and design changes and was very sweet about it. Most of all, the cake was DELICIOUS. My spouse and I wanted something unusual for our wedding- so we found a picture of what we wanted- a cake covered in mushrooms! We asked Jennifer if she could make this for us and the result was the most delicious cake we have ever tasted- that also looked gorgeous! What's more, she actually made us a small version of it-for free, for our 1-year anniversary. If you want a cake that tastes just as good as it looks Ambrosia Cake Creations is the one to choose. My cake was not only gorgeous but every single guest commented on how delicious it was. I am the daughter and granddaughter of cake makers so I was very picky when it came time to pick my own wedding cake. The cake Ambrosia made for our wedding was absolutely amazing. Jennifer made the whole process so simple...she provided samples on short notice, and walked me thru the design and size....this was overall the easiest but best decision of the whole wedding planning! The best part was the cute mini version of our cake that we received for our 1 year anniversary, it was the perfect way to celebrate our first year. Great Value!

We had Jennifer make both a Groom's cake and our wedding cake and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! She went above and beyond to make sure our cakes would be beautiful, and they were! Everyone talked about both the cakes for several weeks after the wedding. We are so happy we chose her!

Jennifer with Ambrosia Cake Creations was AWESOME!!!! Words cannot explain how professional and personable jennifer was. I planned my wedding on a small budget, and I found that her service far exceeded that of other cake vendors that charged way too much, and did not really care about my vision. Jennifer always made me feel "at home". Her attention to detail is again....AWESOME. I tried several places before Ambrosia's and my family and friends really did not like the cake. I had my family and friends try Jennifer's cake and they LOVED it.....they wanted more. Needless to say everyone at the wedding wanted more cake, and they kept asking who made it. Jennifer may not know this yet...she is my official "CAKE LADY". I will be back to get a cake for my 1 year anniversary.

I Loved my Cake! It was beautiful! It was the perfect wedding cake! It was absolutely Delicious! One of my favorite wedding vendors! The cake was not only beautiful...it was super yummy! Several of our guests said it was the best wedding cake they ever had! We also had a great "mini" cake for the grandparents of the groom - they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on the same day! Fabulous design...Delicious cake...Great service!

When I saw my cake, I almost cried! It was so beautiful and everything I expected! Not only was it beautiful, it tasted moist and the flavor was just perfect. We wanted a wedding cake that not only looked good but actually tasted great too! Ambrosia Cake Creations absolutely did that. We've had tons of friends and family tell us how wonderful the cake tasted (it was fabulous!) and she was able to do a very unique design with butter cream icing. Several other bakers had told us they could only do a quilting design in fondant (which we did not want). We would absolutely choose her again. It is important to have a lovely wedding cake for others to see but if it is bone dry the guest will remember that. Everyone who commented on the cake said it was simply fabulous. The wedding cake Jennifer made for my wedding was delicious and very beautiful! My husband was not available to do a taste testing with me but after I ate three pieces of varying flavors I knew he would like whichever one I picked because they were all delicious. I very much recommend Amrbosia cakes!

My husband and I live out of state so all of our communication with Jennifer was over email but she was completely patient and was able to take our ideas to create the exact cake we had imagined. It was beautiful in its simplicity and the cake itself was extremely moist. We chose two flavors, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and vanilla cake with raspberry filling. I would highly recommend using her for your event.

I am normally not big on sweets and didn't really care too much about the cake. Tasting Jennifer's cakes changed all of that. I could not wait to have a piece of her cake on our wedding day and can't wait to get out free 1 year anniversary cake. By far the best wedding cake I've ever had.

Like most brides in the Raleigh, NC area I went to all the big bridal shows and tried all the different cakes. After sampling over 20 pieces of cake, the cake from Ambrosia Cake Creations was the only one that stood out. Jennifer's cake was moist and not dried out like many of the other cakes I tried. It was the perfect blend of richness and decadence. Since I am not a fan of fondant, personally I think that it is cheating to use it, it was amazing to see what she could do with butter cream. She took our wedding invitation and incorporated the various Celtic knot work beautifully into the cake's design. In addition to the amazing taste and look of the cake, she was the only baker in the Raleigh area willing to deliver a cake to Ft. Bragg without a huge delivery charge. In fact she only charged us the standard delivery charge which was a very fair and actually a lower price than many of her competitors. In addition, she provided a Military discount which was a wonderful surprise. We loved her cake so much that I had her make a Valentine's Day cake which was just as wonderful and amazing. Now that we are nearing our 2nd Anniversary, Jennifer is making our Anniversary cake top since we spent our 1st Anniversary apart due to deployment. Overall, she has the best wedding cake I have ever had. In fact, when I got to weddings now as a guest or as part of the wedding party their cakes just do not stand up to the cake we got from Jennifer at Ambrosia Cake Creations.

I was absolutely THRILLED with the cake Jennifer made for my August wedding. My husband and I chose an almond cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting...it was DELICIOUS! Many of our guests said it was the best cake they ever had (at a wedding or otherwise). I opted to get a cake that served 75 instead of the 50 guests we invited, since I wanted a large, grand-looking cake. I'm glad I did since the ENTIRE cake was eaten! We didn't even have to worry about saving the top tier because you get a FREE fresh one on your anniversary...yay!

The cake was so delicious and so cheap. She was able to do exactly what I wanted and keep it in my budget.

The cake was everything we wanted, and it was personalized down to the scroll work mimicking the detail on my dress. The flavors were heavenly! There was some issue with the cake topper falling or the icing sliding, but the baker/ owner came back to the venue and fixed it before the guests arrived. All's well that ends well!

My cake was amazing. I had a vanilla cake with chocolate mousse layers and buttercream icing. I had fresh flowers on the cake and black ribbon around the base of each layer. Many of my guests were impressed with how Jennifer was able to create designs in the buttercream that were very clean. I am not a fan of fondont and was happy that she could get the same look but with the delicous flavor of buttercream. Best wedding cake ever!!!

Jennifer is amazing!! She had tons of photo albums for us to look through at our consultation. With the help of some samples she had and our ideas, she drew a sketch and created exactly what we wanted. When we saw the cake on our wedding day, it looked exactly like her sketch so there were no crazy surprises!! We wanted a white cake with a metallic gold design and she had the great idea of putting our monogram on it. It was perfect! Oh and the most important thing...it was sooo good! Our cake was four layers and two flavors. All of our guests loved it and complimented us on how good it was! She is so easy and great to work with and knowing that she had cake taken care of, that was one less thing we needed to worry about. We would recommend her to anybody. We are looking forward to our one year anniversary to eat the cake again!!

Jennifer provided cake samples and even made combinations we requested. She is great and her work is stylish and neat.
