ut and my mom kept doing tastings and none of them were good. I decided to look on my own and found Ambrosia's and got a tasting. Her presentation is by far the best out of all the cake tastings. Most bakers just give you a small slice of all the flavors, but Jennifer actually bakes you four mini cakes, almond, vanilla, red velvet, and chocolate, and each have two different fillings for you try and whatever is left over you can take home to try. We ended up going with the almond cake with one layer of filling the raspberry and the other the amaretto. Not only did our cake taste amazing but it looked amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out exactly how it looked! You will not be disappointed with Jennifer and I highly recommend her!

My wedding cake was perfect, and all of my guests are still talking about it over a month later.

She arrived on time, set up the cake on the cake stand, and left instructions on how to cut it for the caterers. I took her a *very* specific design plan and she surpassed all my expectations. I think guests took almost as many pictures of the cake as they did of my husband and me it was so spectacular. We chose three different cake/filling combos to appeal to everyone and we sent each set of grandparents home with a little extra. We also saw a cake in her studio that we liked. On the spot, she created several unique designs based on the elements we liked. We had a hard time selecting the final design because we liked them all. Our cake was definitely unique to our tastes and more beautiful than we anticipated. For the groom's cake, she recreated (with a few custom tweaks) a baseball cap on a diamond, which I had found on another site. When my groom saw the attention to detail -- Jennifer even included a baseball with stitching -- he was so excited that he took a photo with his phone and posted it to Facebook before we even arrived at the wedding venue. I even asked for a custom flavor, and Jennifer created a recipe that was moist, unique and delicious. The groom loved it, as did the rest of our guests at the rehearsal dinner. Back to our wedding cake, we were able to have four different flavors for our layers, with no extra charge. Other bakers we met may have included one different flavor, but most charged for each different flavor. So, we were pleased at that offering from Ambrosia Cake Creations. Our overall experience with this vendor was great. Jennifer is friendly, and she (and her staff) are talented. She listens to what you want and delivers it. And, we were pleased with the moistness of the cakes (important to me) and the flavors.

Her attention to detail is again....AWESOME. I tried several places before Ambrosia's and my family and friends really did not like the cake. I had my family and friends try Jennifer's cake and they LOVED it.....they wanted more. Needless to say everyone at the wedding wanted more cake, and they kept asking who made it. Jennifer may not know this yet...she is my official "CAKE LADY". I will be back to get a cake for my 1 year anniversary.

at my reception, I couldn't believe how well it turned out. It was better than what I thought it would be. It was also DELICIOUS!! Everyone was raving about the cake and asking who made it! I had a 3 tier cake with each layer being a different flavor. I tasted each one and they were all equally delicious.
