My wedding was magically beautiful from start to finish. There was not a stone left unturned, for our guests have told us so. All of our selected vendors perfectly fit our wedding day picture, except one person : Jennifer Gravenstein, our Celli...st. We had hired her to play the cello for 1 hour for our ceremony. The ceremony started 15 minutes later than expected. Jennifer stopped playing 40 minutes into what she was paid for, storming into the venue, asking to speak to my moms spouse, advising them that "her arms/shoulders were tired and hurting her" and wondering when the ceremony was going to begin. We paid her for an hour and sheshould have never stopped playing and no less ruin that precious time given to a person right before they are walking down the aisle. She then abruptly and angrily came up to us, directly after were just wed, with a demand of payment for the extra 10 minutes that she played, which totaled an extra $75.00. We did not have cash on us, for we literally just walked down the aisle together. My spouse asked her if we could Mail the payment to her and she refused that option, stating out of breath and in a panicked behavior- that would not work and she would need the money for her 10 minutes extra of payment. I then asked my wedding coordinator to find my pocket book and take out a $100.00 bill and just give it to her. I wanted her bad and negative energy away from me and my guests. There was something clearly wrong with her, for her behavior was not normal to society and was not acceptable. Our guests also stated that towards the end of the ceremony, she clearly sounded tired or/and angry for the music sounded easy and obscure. My spouse and I never heard the music played, but that may have just been because we were in our own tunnel vision...on our special day. I would never recommend Jennifer Gravenstein, for she did not fit our energy, nor was she professional or even fulfill her obligation of services, that she was paid for.
