So having a “out of state” wedding was something I was nervous about, not knowing what vendors to go to etc but Regina and the Team made it so so easy for me, which allowed for me to ENJOY wedding planning!! From the first call to the day of ACE was on top of it all for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better planner and team!! I even received so many compliments from my guests on how organized the entire weekend was, again all thanks for Regina and the Team!! Where Regina was truly remarkable was with her style guide and helping with the wedding design. I had an idea of what I wanted for our wedding aesthetic, but couldn't figure out how to put all of the pieces together. Regina put together an entire style guide for us that turned into the wedding of our dreams. She brought my vision to life in a way I couldn't even imagine, and I can't thank her enough. On the day of the wedding, she handled everything from the big to small details, making sure we never had to sweat anything. Not having to worry about any of the details and truly getting to enjoy the best day with our people was the best feeling in the world, and that was all thanks to Regina. I couldn't believe how organized it was, and quite amazingly, did not see any bit of the moving and shaking going on behind the scenes which was taking place. Everyone was in their place, on queue. Regina offered her advice in a way that was very professional and she was spot on for everything she suggested. And, at the end of the day, Regina and her team love what they do. Regina calmly grabbed her sewing kit, quickly fixed it and no one would have ever known. I swear she had a solution for everything. They made sure everyone was where they needed to be, helped my family get all of our things to and from the venue and even took our suitcases to the hotel for us! These ladies go above and beyond and have seen it all. You truly can not phase them and I am so thankful we hired them to be a part of our day.

I was so grateful that from the start, we were paired with the incomparable planner, Regina <3 As we got closer to our special day, I asked Regina if she would attend our tasting with me and my family, as my fiance was unable to travel back to Chicago with me to attend himself. Please invite your wedding planner to your tasting! Regina was there to provide helpful input towards decisions we had to make on-the-spot (things like how to fold our napkins, linen colors, what alcohol we should make available to guests, and what food would go over well with guests). The insight she provided based on her experience was invaluable in making our wedding day so special. Regina created a thorough and detailed timeline that she sent out to all of our vendors, in addition to a condensed VIP timeline for us to send to our bridal party and family. It ensured that everyone was on the same page and knew where they needed to be (and at what time). That helped start the wedding off on the right foot, even before the wedding weekend started! Additionally, Regina provided us with helpful documents early on in the planning process including tipping guides, day-of checklists, and excel documents to organize guest information. On our wedding day, we were lucky enough to not only have Regina there right by our sides but also AC lead planner Lindsay and assistant Jessica. Each one of these ladies had the best personalities, were so fun and enthusiastic, and helped keep our big day on schedule. Regina stayed with me and my bridesmaids for most of the day and brought the best energy and so much fun to the day. My friends and family couldn't stop talking about how much they LOVED spending time with her! It was a huge plus to have planners that are so organized also be so much fun and enthusiastic to be around. One additional thing I have to commend the ladies at Amelia Cole for is their eye for event styling. On the wedding day, they collected the many individual pieces of decor, signage, favors, and customized components we had purchased over the wedding planning process. From displaying our programs in a more beautiful way than we could have imagined to decorating our reception space to perfection, they worked with our floral and decor vendor to bring our wedding vision to life in every way possible. Coming from a healthcare worker with a job that requires me to be Type-A, let me tell you with complete confidence that the planners at Amelia Cole will take the stress off of you and not only bring your wedding dreams to life, but will make your wedding day the happiest, most beautiful, and most fun day of your lives! Regina went out of her way to make sure that every moment I wanted to happen did happen and went according to plan (including a champagne pop photo op in front of our vintage getaway car! our wedding due to Covid. Sarah was my lead planner and she made sure everything went flawlessly day of! We had multiple meetings leading up to the event, and she was there every step of the way. On the day of I had literally nothing to worry about besides showing up because Sarah handled everything! Kate was our assistant planner and was a total help during the day of too. They are an absolutely amazing company and I cannot recommend them enough!!

We started working with Amelia Cole in 2018 with their full planning package for an early April 2020 wedding, and it was worth EVERY PENNY and then some. We subsequently went through two COVID related postponements before finally having our celebration in November 2021. Taylor and Regina anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, suggested an absolutely amazing suite of vendors for our day (always within our total budget), and made the whole process of planning the wedding so incredibly easy. All my husband and I had to do was share our vision for our day, and Regina would have a list of vendors for us to choose from who she had worked with before and would be a good match for us. The amount of time we saved in researching different venues, catering companies, floral, etc. alone was more than worth the cost of the full planning service! With my husband and I both having demanding jobs, we regularly talked about how happy we were we hired Amelia Cole, even before the pandemic started. After the pandemic started, we would have been completely lost without them. Regina handled two postponements so calmly and so expertly that neither my husband nor I had any idea how much work went on with a postponement until we watched our friends go through similar struggles on their own. Regina is truly a wonderful person to work with. She is kind, responsive, and on top of everything. We are so, so, SO happy that we hired Amelia Cole. It was hands down the best decision of our entire engagement. Our wedding day would not have been perfect without them.

gina, Nicole and Sarah were phenomenal!!! My wedding was very on time, actually a head of schedule and my bridal party and the venue were very impressed. We did incorporate a lot of Eastern European traditions and the team was nothing but respectful. Nicole maybe even learned some new dance moves! Nicole and Sarah also handled making sure every item we gave them for the venue was placed exactly where and how we discussed. They also cleaned everything up and loaded it up at the end of the evening. I was very confident with this team by my side and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for a planner/day of coordinator! Thank you so much ladies! You truly made our day magical!!!

For example, Taylor told us when we had 10 minutes until our cake cutting and speech so we knew we could go talk to another table of guests. s our month of coordinator. I can't say enough great things about both of these ladies! To really understand how amazing they are, you have to know who they were dealing with. I am super type A lawyer who was travelling for work about 80% of the time during most of my wedding planning. So, to say I was stressed would be a huge understatement. These girls were getting massive email dumps from me full of all my thoughts, questions, worries, etc., not to mention a thousand little emails whenever I had a midnight thought and was worrying about things I may have forgotten. They took it all in stride, and never once let on that I was being a little nuts. (They'll never admit it, but I'm sure they drank some LARGE glasses of wine after days answering my emails ;) ) Taylor immediately understood the vibe I was going for and did a great job suggesting vendors to help me achieve it. (She really knows everyone, guys!) She lined up meetings, helped me make decisions, and made sure we had contracts in place and deposits paid. She always made sure I was on the right timeline with when things needed to booked and decisions made. Having someone who knew what they were doing really calmed my worries and allowed me to enjoy the planning process. Emily stepped in in the 6 weeks before our wedding, and OH MAN what would we have done without her?! A million things have to happen during that time, and Emily made sure they all did. No task was too small or large, and she made me feel like I was her only client the whole time. (Even when she had to be MOH in her own friend's wedding!) She was there the day of our wedding and made sure everything went off without a hitch. (My friends said they'd never seen a wedding go so smoothly and according to plan!) On top of that, she's sweet, funny, and just a great person to have around, so bonus! Both Taylor and Emily clearly love what they do, and their enthusiasm shines in their work.
