intimidating, but Amelia was our support system and guide throughout everything, answering all our questions, providing us various good options, and pursuing our whims and wishes for the event. Specifically we had weird requests like wanting beignets instead of cake, food stations, flavored lemonades, a mid-day coffee break, etc. And she made it all happen. She stepped up last minute when our venue coordinator canceled on us last minute, which would make many couples panic- but we had absolutely no concern. Amelia handled it flawlessly. She also went and got us a card holder box when I forgot to bring the one I'd said I'd bring. She perfectly managed every detail and nothing slipped through the cracks. Have you heard people say that things always go wrong on their wedding day? Have you heard people say that they're super stressed the day of their wedding? Not us. I can confidently say that everything went perfectly and I was not stressed. This is all thanks to Amelia. We absolutely recommend her. From my first call with Amelia, I knew that she was going to be the Day of Coordinator I went with. She was knowledgeable and asked questions not only about the wedding, but me and my family. I found this helpful because it eliminated a lot of explaining that could have happened on the backend closer to the wedding. She was warm and inviting and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my wedding. I was afraid that I wouldn't.
Her monthly check-in emails were extremely helpful as I am a procrastinator and it helped keep me honest. Additionally, when things came up and I needed a plan B, she was right there with suggestions and alternatives that didn't blow my budget.
In the days leading up to the wedding, I was a mess! I had entirely too much on my plate but was so afraid to let anything go even while recognizing I couldn't do it all. Amelia quietly stepped in and made things happen. And I am so grateful for it. She anticipated and planned for things I didn't know about or even expect.

to the complications we were having trying to balance life while getting our wedding together. I wish I would have called her sooner. We started working with Amelia with 7 months left to plan our wedding. For those who plan their own weddings you know this is kind of a late start. Amelia and her team, came right on in and took over for us and made sure we enjoyed being engaged as she planned our wedding. From the moment, we started working with her, there was relief. She provided us with great choices on vendors for food, reception & wedding locations, Dj’s, transportation and everything else we lacked already. Honestly, the only thing we had together before was the wedding party and who we wanted to be there. She worked very diligently with our budget. What I loved most was how she was creative in ways to involve the special people in me and my husband’s life. My family and I are very close. The wedding was incredible!
