Amelie was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding day! We started with an engagement session where we got to know one another and she helped us pose and feel extremely ...
comfortable behind the camera. The planning process was great, she was helpful at timeline planning and prepping inspo/shot lists. Fast forward to wedding day, she was so great a coordinating our large wedding party and families for photos. She took charge and made sure we got every angle and photo we wanted and needed. She was extremely professional, helpful and creative all day long. She also works extremely well with all other vendors to make sure things are in order. She really listens to your wants and transforms them into beautiful photos. Plus she is so quick at getting you previews and galleries. I would recommend Amelie over and over again, thank you for perfectly capturing our favorite day!
I truly cannot recommend Amelie enough. From our very first call, I knew she would be the perfect person to capture our special day.
Amelie first photographed our engagement sessi...
on, graciously accommodating us on a Sunday during a holiday weekend—right in the middle of her busy season. During that shoot, she immediately made us feel comfortable and took the time to get to know us as a couple. Throughout the entire planning process, she went above and beyond—meeting with us multiple times to review our timeline and shot list, making sure every special moment we wanted captured was included.
She even adjusted her schedule to photograph our dog and the groomsmen at our Airbnb before heading over for the getting-ready photos with the girls—a gesture that meant so much to us.
On the wedding day, Amelie was the ultimate hype woman! She brought such positive energy while also knowing exactly when to step back, giving us space for private, intimate moments—like during our vows—while still capturing them beautifully. She kept everything running smoothly and stepped up to organize even the most hectic extended family photos with such calm efficiency that we were able to get to cocktail hour right on time.
Beyond her professionalism, Amelie is simply one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. And the photos? Absolutely stunning. She made me feel so beautiful and perfectly captured the love, joy, and emotion of the day. We are beyond grateful to have had her as our photographer.
We are so incredibly glad we chose Amelie as our wedding and engagement photographer! She was amazing to work with every step of the way. From our first introduction call, she was ...
calm, confident, and friendly and we knew we wouldn’t have to worry about our wedding photos at all. For our engagement photos, she helped us get comfortable and look natural all while having fun and still being ourselves. On our wedding day, she was on top of everything – keeping us on schedule, working with the other vendors, wrangling our families, making sure we got all the shots she knew we wanted, all while still letting us just enjoy the day and soak everything in. She made sure the overall experience and emotion of our wedding day was the most important thing but also ensured we got phenomenal photos to remember it. She was quick to get us previews, which was so unexpected but amazing to have something tangible right after the big day. Would recommend hiring Amelie for your photography needs 1000% times over!!
I can’t say enough good things about Amelie! She is professional and organized and insanely TALENTED. She personally traveled to Detroit to do our dream engagement shoot, and then ...
her associates Milanda and Mariah shot our wedding in Detroit. Her shooting/ editing style is everything I was looking for style wise. Her, Milanda and Mariah are the sweetest and easiest to work with. We only have our wedding previews back so far and I’m already obsessed. 11/10 recommend her!!

and we are beyond grateful for the connection! From our first consultation to well after our wedding day, Amelie consistently impressed us with her timeliness, professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. She is a true expert at her craft!
On the day of our wedding, she brought a calming energy that made all the difference during what can often be a stressful time. Without a day-of coordinator, Amelie helped to move things along smoothly and keeping us on schedule. We also heard many compliments from tour wedding party about her throughout the day.
We were thrilled to receive a sneak peek of our gallery within 48 hours, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The photos were absolutely beautiful!! Not only did we get to see them so soon after the wedding, but the number of photos she sent was far more than we anticipated for a sneak peek.
We are SO grateful to have been connected with Amelie. We would recommend her to everyone, no matter the occasion, and will continue to refer her to friends and family. There’s no one else we’d trust to capture our future life events!

Amelie photographed our September 2023 wedding, and she was the perfect photographer for us! She was very responsive during the planning process and we felt comfortable going into ...
the wedding day after having a couple of planning calls on Zoom. We really wanted to focus more on enjoying the day without it feeling like a photo-op; Amelie did a great job of giving us direction on posing and such when needed but also just capturing moments as they happened—she offered a very calm presence on a crazy day. We finished our bridal party and family photos way ahead of schedule! We were pleasantly surprised at the number of preview photos we got after just two days (so many!) and our full gallery even came a few days early. The photos turned out beautifully and we’re so happy to have the memories captured forever.

per fun, even for my camera shy husband! We showed up with not a ton of ideas (because our original session was scheduled for a different city) but she has so much experience that she was able to guide us. She asked us questions throughout and made adjustments in response. She was very prompt with her delivery of the finished product and the photos turned out so beautifully. We can’t wait to use her again for our family photos for years to come!
