I had a family member making my wedding cake who had to back out at the last minute due to an emergency. I called Amelies literally two days before our wedding on Memorial Day week...end, described what I was looking for, emailed them an example picture, and picked up the perfect cake day of. I wanted a fairly simple cake, which I'm sure helped, but they were totally okay with the short timeline and completely saved the day.
