When searching for unique wedding venues, we wanted somewhere with great food, beautiful skyline views, and a lively atmosphere - American Brass checked every box. We celebrated our wedding there on 10.10.26 and had the most amazing evening. Michael and Tegwyth were such a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and helped make everything feel seamless. Special shoutout to Tegwyth who went above and beyond every step of the way helping coordinate everything from start to finish! I had absolutely no idea what was happening behind the scenes throughout the day because I could put all my trust in American Brass to execute. Our guests loved the selections from cocktail hour through dinner and appreciated the unique setting for a wedding. Thank you all again for helping make our day so special!! We will be back soon <3.

It was not just about the place that made it so special, it was the people. Michael, Tegwyth and the team over at American Brass knew exactly what we wanted to make our dreams come true. All of the staff that very day were extremely attentive and everything just flowed beautifully. Every single detail from the food choices to how they transformed the space was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for that city chic feel and for a romantic, intimate atmosphere, this is without a doubt the place for you. nd could accommodate our guest count at a reasonable rate. I did not think all of those things were possible in combination in NYC, but they nailed it. From planning to execution, their team was professional, responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable (shoutout to Tegwyth!). Our wedding day went off without a hitch, the service and food were incredible, and our guests just had the best time. Also, the location has insane views of Manhattan, which made for amazing first look photos at Gantry Park across the street, and the interior also photographs very well. I cannot recommend it enough!

own so you do not need much decoration. We did bud vases and a combo of tapered and votive candles and it was gorgeous. It felt like the perfect chic dinner and dance party which was exactly what we wanted. We did a full buyout and had 100 guests which was perfect for an intimate wedding. You cannot beat the food at American Brass. Our guests LOVED it. We LOVED it. Also location is PERFECT for photos right at the waterfront. They had a section outdoors for guests also to sit and mingle which was perfect for a beautiful September. We worked with Tegwyth for all of the planning and midway through she brought in Aide who would be there the night of our wedding. They are fantastic people. They are so kind, so thorough, and you can tell they LOVE a good wedding and being there to plan it and enjoy it with you. We briefly met Michael the owner and he was so nice as well. He was super willing to work with us on any special requests we had. It felt like such a beautiful personalized experience and wedding. So so grateful for the team there for making our wedding day perfect.

rtions of the ceremony/reception under one roof. It is perfectly located right on the water, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but with the most beautiful view of the New York skyline. We knew the food would be good after having had dinner at the restaurant once previously, but AB went above and beyond and the quality and quantity of everything they put out was perfect, from the passed canapes all the way through dessert (shout out to their in-house dessert chef who made all of the desserts including our custom wedding cake). We did not have a planner or day-of coordinator but Michael, the co-owner, and Tegwyth, the director of events, held our hand through every step and made us feel so comfortable and secure. The entire staff was so lovely and accommodating and AB was so flexible on a handful of requests that were outside of their normal scope. If i could do it all over again I'd choose American Brass every time - and the price was right, too!

Reasons to choose this amazing place: - Very transparent with their costs - Whole restaurant buy out - Flexible with packages (can tailor to exactly what you want) - Amazing food (been told by multiple guests that this is the best wedding food they’ve ever had) - Fair pricing - Beautiful interior design, you do not need a lot of decor if you don’t want - Great communication - Day of coordinator We already know how expensive and stressful wedding planning is. So many people asked me how it was going and never once did I stress because Tegweth and Michael are professionals that will get the job done. Usually with a traditional banquet hall, you need to hire out table cloths, glassware, cutlery. You’ll have extra fees with catering, hiring staff. Not with this. All the staff went above and beyond to make our day so special. At first, we weren’t sure if we even wanted to have a wedding. But our night was everything we wanted and more and there was not a single amount of regret. I would do it all over again if I could.

f options for everyone. The view is gorgeous and the restaurant decor is so cute - the beauty of the venue itself is such a great starting point to make decorating a lot easier. Tegwyth and Michael are super involved and responsive. They also have a list of vendors they've worked with who are super helpful. Servers/staff are so friendly and accomodating, they kept checking in on us all night. Amazing venue, so so glad we chose them. We highly recommend!! They really made the whole night so special for us.
