American Flatbread Brighton

We wanted to do something fun and off the beaten path for our wedding and could not be happier that we chose Flatbread Brighton as our venue! We and our guests had such an amazing and fun night - food was pumping out of the two huge wood burning ovens all night, drinks were flowing at the multiple bars, the lanes were open, the band had the dance floor packed - it was exactly what we envisioned. In very, very large part our perfect night was due to the incredible staff at Flatbread Brighton, every one of whom was remarkably invested in making our night the best it could be. In particular, Cormac, the events manager, went above and beyond all reasonable expectations - from day one, he was all in on the event and worked with us to make our wedding day truly spectacular. Cormac worked with us (and some somm and chef friends) to develop a great menu and source great champagne, wine and spirits (to supplement their already great beer list); he worked with our band to select the perfect place for them to set up and maximizing the sound system (drawing on his sound engineer past); he shared ideas for how to make the most of the space and the night; he got his team excited to host us; overall he became a trusted advisor who helped us to throw the greatest party we've ever had. On the day of the wedding, Cormac had a thick binder ready to go to keep everything on track - he and the whole team at Flatbread Brighton were unbelievably organized and hospitable every step of the way. Happy to call many of them friends today. We could go on and on, but will wrap up with this - if you want to have an unbelievably fun night in a slightly less conventional wedding venue in the hands of an incredibly capable and warm team, look no further than Flatbread Brighton. We cannot recommend it highly enough!
