Perfect experience from start to finish. They were easy to book and easy to communicate changes with. Pricing was good. On time and professional with clean/nice buses. The guests love talking with the drivers. Can’t say enough good things about American Luxury.

Wonderful service! They were easy to email and discuss details with. The driver texted us when he arrived and let us know where he was waiting. He was kind and patient while everyone loaded/unloaded. He showed a groomsmen how to hook up his phone to play music for the ride so that made it more fun too! Thank you for great memories!

Wonderful experience overall! American Luxury has a dedicated point person handling all wedding-related reservations. Very communicative! Easy to work even after having to replan our wedding twice due to COVID. We used the 20-passenger bus, which was very nice. Driver was on time, professional, and a great driver. I would highly recommend working with American Luxury for your own wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about American Luxury Limousines! I highly recommend them to provide transportation for a wedding. Christa was my point of contact when booking and she was great. I got married on New Years Eve and she went out of her way to find me a bus last minute! Our driver arrived early and was very kind and accommodating. The bus was spotless. The whole experience was wonderful!

We hired American Luxury Limousines to provide transportation for our son's New Orleans wedding and rehearsal dinner. Their service was outstanding! Kenneth and Eddie were excellent drivers - safe, courteous, accommodating, and punctual. The vehicles were spotless and well maintained. Christa in their main office was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this business!

From planning the itinerary to the luxurious fleet of vehicles to the personal service on the wedding night, the folks at American Luxury were top notch. Their experience with having driven for many weddings enabled us to plan for the stress free transportation of the large bridal party and another 50 extended family members and guests. For the price and the service that was offered, you can not go wrong asking American luxury limo company to be your drivers! Super professional when I ordered my limos. Our drivers not only called, they also texted to let us know they were ready to pick us up. Friendly as can be, the drivers did an excellent job getting us to and from multiple stops in two busses. The best quote I got from one of our drivers was, “ I am here for you and will stay with you as long as you need.” Service like this took all the stress of transportation out of our wedding day. All around impressed with their services and prices. I have been telling every couple I know about them. I highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with American Luxury. They are very affordable and easy to work with. Christa quickly answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The drivers were polite and professional. Champagne on the way to the reception from the ceremony was a fun touch! We are so thankful for their flexibility when our venue changed 24 hours before our ceremony due to COVID-19. Highly recommend!

American Luxury was amazing for my daughter's wedding. We ordered a 6 passenger, 8 passenger, 20 passenger and 28 passenger for the night. All vehicles were very clean and on time (actually early) for everything. We dealt with Christa who was very patient, informative and so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend American Luxury for any wedding, and we will definlety use them again for other functions.

I was so happy with my choice to use American Luxury Limousines! They were prompt and so friendly! We got a 14 passenger bus to transport the bridal party and a nice black sedan for my husband and me at the end of the night. All of our drivers were so friendly and accommodating!! This company is also an outstanding price for the quality of service you are getting!! Anyone who needs any wedding transportation of any kind, use American!

Thinking about a limo company was a nightmare for me because I have heard so many horror stories. I ended up booking 3 different companies because I couldn't get everything I needed at the same place. American Luxury was the easiest to work with, they checked on me 3 days before the wedding and on the day of they were on top of their game. I got the limo bus for the guys. They were on time and my husband specifically asked me where I got the bus from because they were so easy to deal with. I paid in advance and the deal was done. Christa is the sales person I communicated with.

We used 2 limousines and a shuttle bus from American Luxury Limousines for our wedding. The shuttle bus brought guests from the hotel to the church and from the church to the reception. This was a great resource that I'm glad we invested in! The limousines were used to transport my (bride) immediate family and the groom's immediate family from the hotel to the church and from the church to the reception. On the way to the church, the groom's limousine got lost (even though it was a 5 minute ride) and actually showed up after my limousine. He arrived only 5 minutes before the ceremony began. The driver for my limo, however, was very nice, calm, and helpful. Overall, the experience but good, but I would hope that, in the future, the drivers would be familiar with the routes between the hotel, church, and reception site.

Their staff was so professional and organized, and they timed everything perfectly in order to get us to and from our multiple destinations on time. Great customer service, showed up everywhere early. Two downsides: the driver called me (the bride) for all questions even though I asked them to call my planner; also, one of the buses' air conditioning was out (not okay in New Orleans weather). But, overall, they were great to work with and, most importantly, reliable. ETA: Just resolved the air conditioning issue with American Luxury-- they were solicitous and apologetic, and agreed to give us a credit covering the cost of that bus. Could not be more pleased about how this was resolved, and very impressed that their impeccable customer service and lovely staff were consistently fantastic even though a bill dispute process. Made me even happier with their overall service.

I waited til about a month before to even look into limos, which was a bit stressful for me. However, American Luxury was able to help me out. The girl I worked with was very accomodating and helped me work out a timeline that would get us to where we needed to go in time. They do a lot by mail and phone, and I prefer email, but I was still able to get in touch with them fairly quickly. The drivers were on time (early even!) and the cars were clean.

We rented a large Limo Bus for our wedding. The bus was like a mini-grey hound. Comfy, clean and luxurious. The driver was not only on time but he was very professional and friendly. He talked with us. Tried to keep me calm while we waited to go in the church and was an awesome driver! You can't go wrong with this place for any event!

My mother-in-law paid for our limos for us, but I'm so glad she chose American Luxury! The limo kept a tight schedule, and everything ran perfectly on time! There was no hint of cigarette smoke in the limo at all either, which is a big thing for me.

Very clean, on time, and professional. There were some unexpected upcharges after all was said and done that we are still attempting to resolve, but they are someone that I would use again. We had 2 limos and 3 mini-busses that were used in the Quarter. And transportation was a breeze.
