Clint photographed our wedding in September 2021. The photos came out beautiful, it was so difficult to pick our favorites! Clint was very helpful in coordinating times for picture...
s and recommending how to make the process most efficient. He’s very knowledgeable, and was quick to answer any questions that we had. We received our pictures back quicker than expected post-wedding.
My fiancé and I had Clint do our engagement photos last fall. Clint is easy to work with and our photos turned out great! I can’t wait for Clint to shoot our wedding this fall!
Great work!
His pictures are beautiful. He captured every moment that we wanted! It was a great experience working with Clint. He had us moving around a lot to get some different backgrounds. ...
It felt like he really knew what he's doing!
Granted, I got married in 2008. I was overwhelmed when Clint told me to pick out the photos I liked. I simply wanted him to give me an idea of what he could do to those photos and ...
actually help me. I was so overwhelmed with work and my company that I NEVER ordered them. The assistants were unprofessional and drunk off their gore and he left. The assistants left with my two framed large pictures for the easels and display. I've emailed him and received a response but then when it was time to PICK up my framed pics from forever ago, no answer to email, texts, or voice mails. I've recently moved to AZ and my husband is coming back out here with our dogs and we're going to make one last attempt and try not to threaten him. VERY unprofessional and we paid over 5k and I have crappy proofs. I forgot to add that he didn't even take any pictures but one maybe two of the church outside and the pictures to me were very boring and so not creative. I researched and researched and thought I had one of the "TOP 5" in Michigan to take our pictures and capture out day. Disgusted.
I also had very similar experience as Theresa and have been married for a year and a half with no albums yet. It took me over a year just to get a few prints. He has been terrible...
to work with and I call, text and email constantly. It's such an inconvenience and I would NEVER recommend him to anybody getting married or any other occasion.
If i could give negative stars...I would. Prior to the wedding (and before getting all of our money), he was very responsive with our calls and emails. After the wedding he gave us...
1800 pictures (all of them unedited) and wanted us to pick 100. It took us months to go through them. It is a very daunting task to wade through that many unedited pictures of yourself. After we finally picked the pictures, he was IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of to get our album. He doesn't return calls or emails. For awhile he returned facebook messages, but then he even stopped that. I do not expect to do business on facebook after spending 3500 on a picture package.
Clint, the owner, was great to work with. he has such a good eye and took charge in a very positive way. His pictures are amazing!
Found this photographer at the Bridal Show at the palace. All the people are friendly and nice. Always got all my questions answered and always was in touch with the people and ext...
remely helpful. My photographer was very nice and his work was great! I am extremely pleased with my wedding pictures!
We booked American Photographers after I saw their work at a bridal show. Upon meeting with the owner, I knew I wanted to book them. Unfortunately, over the year and a half of plan...
ning, we had many issues with poor customer service. They appeared unorganized, forgetful, wouldn't keep appointments and caused quite a bit of stress for us. With that said, the wedding day turned out great, the photographer had a great eye for taking pictures on location in Detroit and the quality was wonderful. I have received so many compliments on our photos already and I do not even have the album back yet. I'm happy with the pictures, but I wish they would pull it together a bit more.
Breathtaking photography- very easy to work with.
Clint is exceptional! I hired Clint for the entire day to capture my wedding in June and he did and AMAZING job. His images are breath taking. He captured both my husbands and I's ...
personality as well as my bridal party. We were fortunate enough to have the money to pay to go to the Elanor and Edsel Ford Mansion in Grosse Point and it was the best investment we made to have Clint take our wedding pictures there. Some of the pictures he took look like painted portraits. They are just beautiful. We also ordered our wedding thank you cards from them and they turned out beautiful. We have gotten so many compliments from them. We would without a doubt recommend American Photographers to anyone.
This place will rip you off, hold your money and you have to fight tooth and nail to get any customer service. My husband is in the military and we had to cancel our recpetion beca...
use he was deploying. This company had an oral contract that if he deploys we would get out money back. It has been 1 1/2 months since i origionally contacted them about getting the refund and they keep giving me the run around. This is not the first problem we had with them, with customer service. I know the economy is bad people, but honestly, this is just wrong. They also dont return phone calls. Please do not go here, it is not worth the trouble
