This hall is BEAUTIFUL! All the woodwork and large area space creates an amazing ambiance. We got so many complements on the venue! Everyone was loving the sports memorabilia wall and it was a huge conversation piece that created a unique experience for our guests. The food was amazing and the service was incredible. The managers are so kind and easy to work with. Overall you cannot get a better value, I would book this hall over and over again!
Have an event booked that we unfortunately have to cancel . Called them looking for help for a refund and they are unwilling to help . Still have over 7 months until the event for them to rebook the date. Not happy at all
When planning our wedding, our main priority was having polish food. We chose the pierogis, stuffed cabbage, mostaccioli, and city chicken. Everything was amazing! The pierogis were gone within seconds (we had them as a hot appetizer). The city chicken was very moist. The stuffed cabbage was also a hit. The staff at the center were very helpful during the entire process as they were quick to respond to emails or phone calls.
Some things to know if you choose them as your vendor:
They do not set up anything for your wedding except the table linens, chair covers, and dishes.
You have to set up your favors, place cards, and any other items yourself.
If you have leftover cake, be sure to bring a container to put it in (the hall doesn't have anything to pack it in other than wrap) and most of the time the bakery doesn't leave the box.
I was completely thrilled with all the details of our reception at the American Polish Cultural Center. It was by far a better value per person than any of the (dozens of) other local venues I researched. I was completely pleased with the service--the wait staff was courteous and very professional. As to the planning process, I'd suggest working directly with Kathy. She's incredible and knows the ropes of wedding planning there. I had a couple of unpleasant exchanges with other managerial staff there but Kathy always made me feel confident about our choice and investment there.
The Food is AMAZING and we had great service! I could not have asked more from an venue!
Margaret and all the other employees were very helpful from the very beginning. They were always happy to answer questions and never made us feel like a neusance. The hall was beautiful the night of our wedding and everything went perfectly.
I am the mother of 5 daughters, all who are now married. We chose this venue for the reception as our new son in law is polish. This was the absolute best wedding venue we have used. From the food , to bar, staff and dance floor it was perfect!
The food was wonderful and they were very willing to work with us.;Make sure they provide you with enough bar tenders, make it part of your contract.
