My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner and wedding at American Serb Hall in the newly renovated Wisconsin Hall. We only have wonderful things to say about the entire experience ...and are so glad we went with this venue for both events! The staff were consistently in communication with us, checking in, and asking clarifying questions to make sure everything went smoothly. I loved being able to come in prior to the wedding day to finish up some things, something that is so uncommon now with most venues.
The food was delicious, all of our guests raved about the food and drink services. We had beef, chicken, pasta, potatoes, salad, and rolls/bread baskets. With almost 300 guests, food was out fast and everything tasted great. The hall even communicated and coordinated day of plans with my floral vendor, another thing I did not need to worry about on the day of the wedding. The hall followed my 30+ table floor plan and had everything prepared correctly well in advance for us.
It is a newly renovated space and it is just breathtaking. Our guests that have not seen the space before or are not from the area were blown away with the classy vibe of the Wisconsin Hall.
The chef, Jim, helped us choose something special for our rehearsal dinner meal and wanted us to feel completely satisfied with our choices. We felt like truly valued customers knowing they wanted us to pick the right choice for us. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you again American Serb Hall!
