Our large extended family has always used American Tent Rental. They are very accommodating and reasonably priced. Our event was on a Sunday evening. ( warehouse closed) The owner gave me his phone number in case we needed ANYTHING. I made some very last minute changes and w/o any problems or incurred expense Chana made it happen . He is professional and kind hearted and truly cares! He just wants your experience to be positive and your event to be a happy and memorable one. I also have worked with Maritza and she is also a true gem! Highly recommend American Tent Rentals.
I was blown away by the customer service that Chava provide! He was very friendly, professional, and even gave us a great deal! I would use them again for any other event I decide to have!
I rented the tables and chairs for my wedding from American Tent Rental. The chairs were a nice white picnic style chair and with an added bonus they were padded, which was a nice surprise! They picked up and delivered all of the chairs and tables, but we set them up ourselves. The only complaint I had is that I had to scrape to find an extra table at the last minute. I didn't have a large wedding (about 55 people) and ordered six of their largest tables (they said they seat 10-12) thinking that I could fit 8-9 people at a table, no problem and give them lots of room. However in order to do that they would have been practically elbow to elbow! So luckily we found an extra table and where able to spread them out. If you use them, defiantly order an extra table or two.
