Horrible experience. We booked our limo 6 plus months before but the night before our wedding we were told the limo we had booked had mechanical issues. As an alternative, they contracted a limo from another provider which I dont think it was ever inspected or cleaned prior to our pick up. The limo was extremely old, dubs for rims, and fogged headlights. It was in an absolute terrible shape. This was the worse part of our wedding day. Aside from the limo looking horrible the driver put the wrong address for my venue which caused us to get 30 minutes late to our reception. We had to extend our photographer, DJ and venue for one more hour because of the delay which it came out to nearly $900 more out of our pocket. When I called to complain about the condition of the limo and driver arriving late they told me the driver had complained about some water being spilled. I asked them if they were serious, after everything we had gone through. I then told them that I was looking to get reimbursed for the extra hour I had to pay the venue, DJ and photographer and so they told me all they can offer me was 25 percent of what I had paid. I told them I will not take less than what I had to pay my vendors for the extra hour. After some going back and forth the manager said he would reimburse me the entire $400 of what I had originally paid. I told him we were still short of about $500, he said take it or leave it as they were not willing to give a dime more. Well I accepted the $400 but I can tell you that I will never again use their service or recommend it to anyone. Their mistakes caused me to pay more for something I didnt cause and the limo was the worse part of our wedding day. Wish I could give them zero stars but Google doesnt allow it. Save yourself the headache and your money you will end up paying more at the end or will have a terrible experience.
