THE TEST WAS SO GOOD, SO I DICIDE TO CONTRACT AMERICATERS , THE BEST
We have actually worked with Victor before for my sisters wedding back in 2015 and so my family and I knew who we wanted to work with for my wedding. Victor is AMAZING! He is very ...
honest, reliable, and commutative. He was willing to work with our busy schedules and even performed the tasting at our house. For the pre-wedding prep he brought up things that we didn't even think of and asked questions to make sure everything went perfect. At the wedding he made sure all our guests were well taken care of from the reception to the dessert. He even brought me a plate of food while I was in the room waiting before the ceremony. There were enough servers for my guest count and the bar was never backed up (we built a self serve beer bar which did help with this). We were so happy with everything Victor and his team did for us!
Americaters made everything so easy! They let us make our own menu and gave suggestions as well. They handled everything from the set up to picking up the ice. What sold me on them...
was that you can rent the tables, chairs, linens, plates, etc from them too! They made it so easy and the food was wonderful.

ella’s beautiful designs and creativity make for a great team. My wedding venue was in Marathon, FL. Mariella and Victor arrived the day before to make sure everything was executed perfectly. Mariella designed all my flower arrangements, which were absolutely beautiful! The tables were beautifully decorated, the food was delicious, and everything came out just perfect. I would highly recommend AmeriCaters to anyone looking for professional caterers.
I cannot say enough great things about Americaters. I was so impressed by their services, professionalism and fair pricing. The menu was completely designed to our liking and the...
food tasted amazing! I opted for a buffet which turned out to be great so that the guests could choose from several entrees.
Victor and his team do so much more than simply provide the food. They include the tables, linens, chairs and flatware, etc.! This is very important. Victor was accommodating to my requests for certain color linens and chairs--all included in the price. It was a fantastic value and the quality was super high.
The set-up was exactly as we had planned and the room looked beautiful!
The coordinator at the venue also commented on how much she liked working with Americaters. They are so professional, reliable, and prompt.
Victor has many years of experience so he is very familiar with the local venues and he also is able to make recommendations. Also, you can bring your own alcohol if you will serve it, which is a huge money-saver!
We got married in March 2012 and Americaters was the perfect choice. They took care of the food, service, decoration and rental equipment for our wedding. Everything was excellent ...

We'll be calling Americaters for our Baby Shower and more events in the future! BIG thank you to Victor and his team for all their help, and suggestions!!

I was the maid of honor in my sister's wedding therefore knew every detail that went on as if it was my own wedding.
I HIGHLY recommend Americaters for the following reasons:
1. ...
they are reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
2. they're prices are very fair and definitely worth the value of the food and services rendered
3. the food was delicious and came out at the perfect temperature
4. the bartenders and servers had great attitudes
5. the flowers were PERFECT (even after my sister changed the arrangements a few days before the wedding)
6. they were out of their way to make the day PERFECT
7. the venue looked AMAZING
Americaters really outdid themselves for my sisters wedding. Everything was perfect from the awesome food, to the beautiful linens and amazing decor they provide it could not have ...
turned out better . Not only was the food great along with all the other details but the service provided by Victor and Mariela Congrains was outstanding! To me service is everything and when you have exceptional service from the second we startd planning the wedding to the very end of the night it is just PRICELESS!!! I would highly recommend them and their outstanding staff!
Victor was very helpful. The price per person was extremely reasonable. The price included chairs, linens, chargers, silverware, plates, cups, setup and food! It was amazing for wh...
at you pay. The only con is the bar was not discussed in detail. We were required to buy liquor and he was required to buy all the soft drinks and mixers. The day of the wedding my sister in-law had to go to the store and get mixers and other things he needed to make drinks. To top it all off the bartender did not want to make drinks when we asked him even after we got the stuff to make them, and he was very unhappy to be there. Other than the bar and bartender situation AmeriCaters is great and the rest of the staff was amazing!! I do recommend AmeriCaters to people but just make sure you understand before hand what you are providing and what he is providing for the bar.
Victor and Nora were awesome it was a blast working with them on our wedding. The food and service was awesome at a great price. The presentation from the food down to the napkins ...
was wonderful. I would recommmend Americaters without question to anybody planning an event. Victor I look forward to working with you and Nora in the future. Thank you!
Victor & team from Americaters helped to make our wedding reception one that people are still raving about!!! Victor, the owner, was great about helping us to customize our station...
menu to our liking. We were so happy with all the food !!! Another HUGE plus is that the price per person includes linens and other rentals, like tables, serveware, plates, flatware, etc. They set everything up and tore it all down afterwards. I have already recommended them to a friend that is getting married in a year or so and I would gladly recommend them to anyone else, THANK YOU AMERICATERS!!!
The food was to die for! Everyone raved about the choices and the dishes, plus they kept trying to feed me more and more at the taste-testing. A true local "flavor", and the serv...
ice was good. My only ding was that they didn't serve the wine before the toasts and in my world toasting with water is a huge no-no. Make sure that you request that they serve the wine immediately and then everything should be perfect.
