It was a nightmare doing business with the AmericInn! We went through 4 different wedding coordinators/event managers- 2 of them never responded to emails and fell off the face of ...the earth (one of which was the GM!!!). Our 4th wedding coordinator/event manager was a god send! Ashlan took the position with the hotel knowing that there was A LOT of clean up that she was going to have to do. She was more than willing to work with us, answer any questions we had, and always answered emails in a timely manner. I wish we had Ashlan as our wedding coordinator/event manager from the beginning!
