There aren’t enough words to describe how exceptional my experience was at The Americus Hotel in Allentown! As a bride, there are so many details to coordinate leading up to your wedding day, and choosing The Americus was one of the best decisions I made. From the moment my family and I arrived until the moment we checked out, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The level of customer service was simply unparalleled. A special thank you goes to Nadine Abdouche, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire booking process. Coordinating hotel accommodations for a wedding can be incredibly stressful, but Nadine made everything feel effortless. She was extraordinarily accommodating, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure that both my family and my guests had the best possible experience. What truly sets The Americus apart, however, is its people! The staff was, without question, the friendliest and most helpful hotel team I’ve ever encountered. Every interaction was met with warmth, professionalism, and a sincere desire to make our wedding weekend unforgettable. Exceptional hospitality can be difficult to find, but this team has truly mastered it. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed, providing the perfect combination of comfort and luxury. Every detail reflected the pride and care the hotel takes in creating an outstanding guest experience. One of the highlights of the weekend came after the wedding when the staff graciously kept the bar open late, allowing our family and friends to enjoy an impromptu “after party” together. It was an unexpected gesture that perfectly demonstrated their commitment to going above and beyond for their guests. I can honestly say that I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In fact, my family enjoyed our stay so much that they’ve already booked another stay for my sister’s wedding in December. The Americus Hotel isn’t just the best hotel in the Lehigh Valley—it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in anywhere. The venue is old world, lovely. It could use a refresh in colors, maybe put in beautiful large chandeliers. The staff was very nice, helpful and addressed any issues that arose. The wedding went well, the couple were happy celebrating. The food was very tasty. They did have the open bar closed for 1/2 hour during dinner which the guests found to be unusual. Overall lovely and very accommodating to our vision for the wedding.
