Amie and her team are INCREDIBLE! From the beginning of the day- they made the entire process very relaxed. We even ended up having extra time before our photos started. I LOVED my hair and makeup. I even added extensions and changed my hairstyle from the trial on the day of my wedding, and it turned out better than I could have imagined. My bridesmaids all have very different makeup styles- some wear little to no makeup and others regularly wear a full face of makeup with heavy smoky eyes and bright lips. Amie and her team seamlessly made all of us look like elevated versions of ourselves. One of my bridesmaids (who rarely wears any makeup) literally started tearing up at how beautiful she felt. I could not have asked for anything more for myself and the women most important to me. We all received so many compliments, and weeks later my bridesmaids are STILL talking about how much they loved Amie and her team!

Sierra did my hair for my wedding along with my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law, and we could not be happier! I had a trial with her a few months prior, and then the day of I had her make a few tweaks, and she was so patient with me and absolutely nailed the look I wanted! Not to mention her and her assistant were so friendly and pleasant to work with! Sierra also gave tips for placing and removing my veil. Amie Decker and her team are professional and quick to respond to emails. We are so grateful to have chosen them to do our hair!

Amie Decker Beauty is the absolute best for wedding makeup / hair! We worked with Amie for makeup and Brianna for hair, and they were both a total dream. They were the first vendor we booked for our wedding (after the venue), and it was the best decision. We had hair and makeup done for me, my mother and nine bridesmaids, and everyone looked absolutely fantastic. All of the makeup / hairstyles were gorgeous and varied, and everyone was so happy with how they looked and felt. For timing on the day, Amie and Brianna did beautiful work right on schedule, so we were never stressed or rushed. They had such great energy, and it helped create a lovely, relaxed vibe in the bridal suite. My mother-in-law had actually booked her own makeup elsewhere, which turned out to be a complete disaster. Amie was incredibly generous with her time and agreed to stay late to re-do my mother-in-law’s makeup, which totally saved the day. Absolutely 10 / 10 experience from start to finish. Would recommend Amie and Brianna to anyone who wants to feel absolutely beautiful at their wedding.

Amie Decker's team did a great job on my hair and makeup for my wedding and engagement photos. Everything they do is very natural, not too over the top, and beautiful. My bridesmaids all felt good the day of the wedding and I loved how my hair and makeup turned out even after switching everything from my trials. We found the payment structure to be confusing, but everything worked out and the team made us all look and feel our best.

I booked Amie Decker because I knew I would come out looking like myself, but better (unlike many past makeovers), and they did not disappoint! JoAnna and Brianna were just the best. They accommodated an eleventh-hour change of date and venue due to the pandemic, plus several day-of changes to numbers, and they made the whole day so much fun. Everyone looked natural and beautiful, and we all made it to the ceremony with time to spare. Even my anti-makeup mother decided at the last minute to get hers done after seeing how lovely everyone looked, and she was so glad she did!

I used Amie for makeup and Kelley for hair and could not have been more pleased! I had a large bridal party so they brought two assistants each for the day of the wedding and all 6 of them were wonderful. I am very picky about makeup (I had never had it done professionally where I had actually liked it prior to my wedding trial) and Amie knew exactly what to do with very limited direction from me. For my hair, I asked for a pretty big change the day of (compared with what was done at my trial) and it was better than I could have expected. Two of my bridesmaids are big into makeup and sat with one of the Amie's assistants for hours during the day asking about products and they have been using some she recommended since! For a vendor that I spent a ton of time researching prior to selecting one, Amie, Kelley, and their team were phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone, no matter your style or tastes. They may have been slightly higher priced than some of the others I looked at but they were more than worth it - hair and makeup is not something you don't want to be happy with on your wedding day! Amie, Kelly, and their team were SUCH a dream to work with! During our trial they helped both my mom and me decide on our hair and makeup looks and even showed us a few different styles. We had so much fun during our trial, we didn't want to leave. On my wedding day, the entire team was truly amazing and made the morning so much fun. I would get married again just to spend the morning with them getting ready! I LOVED my look on wedding day -- Amie and Kelly perfected the look I was going for and made my entire bridal party look stunning. I would (and have) recommend Amie Decker beauty to EVERYONE. Amie and Kelley are the best! They went above and beyond - even before the wedding. The duo accommodated two trials and worked with my schedule since I was coming in from out of town. I had a hard time finding the perfect hair clip and Kelley went out of her way to go to multiple boutique shops and shared photos and videos - so nice! The day of the wedding they made all of my gals look and feel so beautiful. Thank you Amie and Kelley!!

Sarah and Joanna were great. I loved my bridal look and all my bridesmaids and all the moms looked great too. They offered plenty of suggestions for people like me who don't do much makeup. Everyone complimented my look all night!

I am so so happy that I got to work with Amie Decker Beauty on my wedding day!! I looked like an absolute magical princess and it was all Amie and Kelley's doing!! My hair was super intricate and Kelley spent so much time ensuring all aspects of my hair were perfectly placed. She even took the time to help me pick my hair piece and earrings to exactly match the dress - so sweet!! And my make-up was stunning- so natural yet special and beautiful at the same time!! Amie, Kelley, Shauna, and Sierra were so much fun to work with and were so flexible and laid-back. Prior to the wedding day, the whole planning and scheduling process with Amie was seamless and I had the best time at my hair trial - Amie really makes sure that your time is fun and light!! Amie Decker and Kelley Small were beyond incredible. Crystal, Ciera and Joanna did an amazing job with the bridesmaids hair and makeup at our daughter's wedding. They were extremely talented, and each bridesmaid got a style that was all their own. They came to the hotel suite, quickly set up, and had everyone finished right on time. We would recommend them to anyone for a job well done and their pleasant demeanor and professionalism.

Amie and Kelley did an amazing job for my wedding. They were so fun and easy to work with, and everyone looked great on our wedding day. They also did the hair and makeup for my sister's wedding, and I liked how great everyone looked at her wedding, that it was an easy decision to ask them to do hair and makeup for my wedding. It was a hot day and I danced the night away, and my hair and makeup still looked great in pictures from the end of the night. I would recommend them to anyone.

Nailed. It. When I set out to find a hair and makeup artist for me and my girls, my main concern was choosing someone who had ample experience working with a diverse group of hair textures and skin tones. Amie and Kellie were it. I knew the moment I left my trial that we were going to look incredible. Amie is warm, reassuring, and quick on her feet. She was able to craft a look for each girl that perfectly played up their assets and she did it on the fly. Kellie is witty, funny and incredibly easy to talk to. She literally took a bunch of Pinterest photos and turned them into amazing styles for me and my girls. They were worth every cent. My closest friends felt beautiful and I felt like a million bucks.

I contacted Amie Decker Beauty one month before my wedding after having troubles with my original make up artist and in desperate need of a new one! Amie was so quick to respond and able to accommodate for my bridal party of 10, and even add an assistance with such sort notice. She scheduled me in for a trial within the first 4 days of our initial contact. Upon meeting her, I knew immediately she was the perfect choice. Amie and her staff are so kind, friendly, and fun! She had great recommendations and paired my complexion and style to fit me perfectly! The make up came out stunning on everyone and photographed so well. Amie and Shawna were a pleasure to work with, showing up early and finishing all 10 of my party with plenty of time to spare to get started with our day a head of schedule! I cannot thank Amie enough and highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for incredible work, and a fabulous time! You will be blown away with the results!!

After a bad experience with another makeup artist, I searched the Internet a few months before my big day looking for someone who specialized in bridal makeup. I was relieved when I found Joanna Popp with Amie Decker Beauty. For the trial, Joanna was on time, professional, and comfortable to be around. I showed her a picture (of someone with impossibly perfect skin on Pinterest of course, don't all brides do that?) and even with my acne prone/sensitive skin, Joanna recreated the exact picture. It really looked like exactly like the picture! And then like a typical bride that over analyzes things, I came to the realization 'wait maybe that exact picture isn't what I want, my facial structure is different and that lip color might not be my color etc.' JoAnna didn't get frustrated with me, saying 'hey this is what a trial is for!' She played around a bit and removed some eyeliner and I immediately felt more like myself. I left the trial knowing I was in good hands. You could tell JoAnna knew what she was doing and had done this a time or two before... On the actual wedding day, Joanna traveled to my venue and was on time (actually I found out later she was like 3 hours early and then slept in her car because she was so worried about Labor Day traffic, so sweet right!?) She had a calm and relaxed energy about her that I really appreciated. I remember her reassuring me about the questionable weather and then talking about wedding day expectations...what she said really put my mind at ease and made me focus on the important stuff. She was professional and super focused, finishing one girl after the next but making sure she didn't rush. All 4 bridesmaids, the 2 moms, and I were done on time. Everyone agreed what a great job JoAnna did and they were pleased with how they looked. My mom and the mother of the groom were initially terrified of false eyelashes and 'too much makeup/not feeling natural' so it was awesome when both of them got up feeling beautiful. As for my makeup, my biggest worry was my acne prone skin but the airbrush she used looked amazing. I felt like my skin had never looked so flawless. I also really loved the fake eyelashes. Even though I wanted minimal eyeliner and a more natural look, those eyelashes made me feel 'very bridal' and looked great in the photos. I will admit Amie Decker Beauty had higher prices than I initially wanted to pay for makeup; however, after I had such a bad makeup trial with another artist that didn't specialize in bridal makeup, I realized I wanted to pay for peace of mind. You really do get what you pay for. I knew JoAnna would do a good job and it was one less thing to worry about. I felt beautiful and was so incredibly happy that day. Thank you JoAnna!

Amie and Kelley were the primary stylists for hair and makeup for my wedding this past June and they, along with their team, made me, my bridesmaids, mother and mother in law feel absolutely glamorous. Their team was prompt, professional and so much fun. I wanted a natural but bold enough for pictures, long lasting look and Amie and Kelley nailed it. Everyone's hair stayed frizz free and perfectly in place throughout the entire night until the after party ended. 5+ stars and one of my best decisions for my wedding!!!

Amie Decker Beauty was an absolute grand slam for my bridal party and I on my Big Day. I booked them after viewing the website and having Amie answer a few of my questions via email. During my trial I had JoAnna for make-up and Crystal for hair. I brought in pictures to show them the ideas I had in mind, and they both replicated it perfectly. Then on my wedding day, the girls were right on time and honestly made me look like a super model. The rest of my bridal party looked absolutely breathtaking as well. Besides their quality of work being stellar, they were both super fun girls who were extremely easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I had JoAnna for make-up and Crystal for hair and they both did such a great job! From the trial run to the wedding day they were so incredibly easy to work with. I don't wear make-up ever and my last experience with fake lashes was NOT good so when I saw what JoAnna was able to do I was honestly so relieved and thankful. I am also not creative when it comes to hair but Crystal was able to come up with a style that made me still look like me and held up all night... even after rain, wind and a monsoon (literally). After the wedding Amie emailed me a congratulated me so overall they were a fantastic group to work with! Totally worth it!

A friend recommended JoAnna Popp from Amie Decker Beauty Team for wedding makeup. She came to my parents' home and did makeup for my grandmother, mother, bridesmaids, and myself with a range of ages from the 30s-almost 79. Joanna is lovely person & her work was amazing. I was so happy with the hair and makeup that Sarah and Maria did for me and 10 other women at my wedding (8 bridesmaids and 2 moms). They did an amazing trial with me and were extremely professional and accommodating. They arrived early on my wedding day and immediately got to work. The two of them really just felt like part of the bridal party by the time we were done. I can't even believe how they managed to stay focused with everyone yelling and singing and sobbing. Everyone looked so gorgeous on my wedding day and I was so happy that I'd decided to book them. They took the time to give everyone what they wanted and still managed to finish all 11 of us in 5 hours. Our hair and makeup lasted all day. Can't thank them enough!!

Amie Decker Beauty is the absolute best. I am so thankful my wedding planner Elle Ellinghaus listened to exactly what I wanted and knew exactly who would be able to make it a reality. My wedding planner arranged for my hair and makeup trial to be done at her studio instead of the salon so that I could feel more relaxed! The office manager, Danielle did an amazing job at coordinating everything, and making sure that everyone stayed in the loop. My hair stylist, Kelley Small made me so comfortable discussing exactly what I wanted. Prior to even meeting with Kelley for my trial I was already sending her pictures of me in my pajamas to show her my hair! That speaks to how comfortable she made me feel. She answered every single question I had. Prior to even doing my trial with her. I was so impressed with the level of service I received from her that I knew I would be doing my hair! She gave me the beautiful an sexy style that wanted and my hair looked just as good at the end of the night as it did when we got started. Kelley also did my daughters which turned out amazing. My Make-up Artist, Amie Decker was amazing! I didn't really have anything in mind for what I wanted for my makeup. I knew that I wanted to look my best, and for that I would need the best and that is exactly what Amie is! On the day of my trial I decided to try going with a smokey eye. In the past when I have tried this it doesn't turn out good, but I will say hands down - Amie does the absolute best smokey eye. It looked incredible!!! It looked so good I almost didn't recognize myself!! I later decided to go with a more natural eye and Amie executed that flawlessly! I went with the airbrush makeup and it stayed put all night. On my wedding day Amie & Kelley arrived to my suite on time and were ready to go. Our bridal party consisted of myself and my 4 year old daughter, which made it even more special to have them just pampering the two of us. They made the day fun and relaxing! I didn't want to see my look until it was completely finished because I knew I would be able to hold it together. When I finally saw my look for the first time it was so overwhelming. I couldn't believe that my expectations were so far exceeded! I remember crying and telling them "I just didn't feel cool enough for all this". I really felt like they genuinely cared about how I felt about the work they did, and not just about doing what they thought was great work. They are both truly passionate about the service they offer, but even more about creating a memorable experience. Kelley from Amie Decker Beauty was amazing! She did such a wonderful job and I couldn't have been happier. I have always been very picky when it comes to up-do's, but I had heard a lot of great things about Kelley and all the photo's on the Amie Decker website looked great. Kelley created the exact look I was hoping for at my trial, and did an even better job on my wedding day! There were 10 of us total getting our hair done, and everyone really looked amazing. All of my bridesmaids said it was the best up-do that had ever had. I would highly recommend Kelley and Amie Decker Beauty for your wedding or special event!

I am beyond happy that I went with Aimee Decker beauty for my wedding. I had Kelley do my hair and Joanna do my makeup and they are both extremely talented. I knew I would be getting amazing service from the reviews I read and from the website, but I didnt know how great it really was until the trial. I brought in a couple of pics that inspired me and they hit it dead on. I looked exactly how I hoped I would always look on my wedding day. Also, they are both funny and kind and honest and really just a pleasure to be around. My family (like a lot of others probably) is insane and they just rolled with it. They were totally calm and were able to accommodate special request and last minute "jump ins". Could not have asked for better. There is a certain 'trust' relationship that you develop overtime with your hair stylist. So it can feel a little funny when you hire someone to do your wedding hair that you havent known for a long time. But I am so happy I did, because Kelley put me completely at ease and really nailed it. Both her and Joanna have exceptional taste levels - if I had to do it over again, i wouldnt change a thing. I live in Boston and so when I wasn't going to be able to make the group trial for hair and makeup, Sarah and Maria were so accommodating and set something up for me. I have super curly/frizzy hair and as I got married in August, was pretty nervous about how it would turn out between the humidity and heat. Guess what? Both the hair and the makeup were AWESOME. I had done a trial elsewhere and found that after 5 minutes outside, my eye liner had melted leaving huge circles and my hair had gotten to be twice the size. After 8 hours of lunch, celebrating, getting married, dancing and hanging out outside, my hair and makeup were just as beautiful as when it had been done. Sarah and Maria were both so fun and sweet and we really enjoyed having them there while we were getting ready. They were patient, willing to make changes and offered suggestions. I will forever be grateful that they were able to tame my hair and apply natural but beautiful makeup to a girl that barely wears any. Also, my mom and I made it to a trial day eventually. So much fun. Everyone is really sweet on that team and super talented.!

I hired Sarah Lamb as my beautician. She did both the hair and makeup for me, as well as hair for my bridesmaids and flower girl. Sarah did a nice job with the trial, but I had a few suggestions to make. She was totally fine with everything, really flexible, and wanted to make sure things were exactly how I pictured them. Sarah made sure to find someone to assist with the hair for my bridesmaids so we wouldn't have to get started so early, and both of them were great. My mother-in-law decided she wanted to have her hair done last minute, and Sarah was able to accommodate for her without having us run late. My only qualm is that I never received my signed contract back, or any receipts after I made payments, which I had emailed the office manager about, but still never received anything back. Other than that, I would definitely hire Sarah from Amie Decker Beauty again!

I used Amie for my make-up and Kelley for my hair and I couldn't have been happier. They did a great job on not only me, but all of my bridesmaids and flower girls. They were true professionals and even dealt with a difficult sister of mine who did not like her first hair-do. They patiently talked her through what she wanted and made it happen a second-time.

I used Amie Decker Beauty for both my hair and makeup for my April 2012 wedding (Amie for makeup and Kelley for hair) and the results were stunning. They came to my hotel suite the afternoon of my wedding day to do everyone's hair and makeup, which made the afternoon leading up to my wedding fun and relaxing. It was nice not having to travel to a salon to get everything done. Both Amie and Kelley are really friendly and it feels like you are talking to close girlfriends. All my bridesmaids looked gorgeous and my makeup and hair looked amazing. My mom is still complimenting me on how beautiful I looked that day! The best part is that everyone's hair and makeup lasted ALL DAY. I didn't have to touch up once besides adding bit more lip gloss before I walked down the aisle. I highly recommend using Amie Decker Beauty.

Sarah was awesome, spent a long time at the trial figuring out exactly what i wanted. Somewhat pricey but worth every penny!

I visited Amy and her hair consultant for a trial run, but chose not to use them because even though I looked great when I left, my makeup and hair looked pretty bad an hour later. After two hours, my mascara had run, my head hurt from the pins holding the updo in place, and the hairspray on teased hair in the updo looked like dandruff big time. It was an expensive consult--but worth it to learn that this wasn't the way I wanted to look on my wedding day! On the upside, Amy was super nice and really pleasant to work with. She was also super flexible and willing to set up a consult on short notice. It's clear she has skill, but her products just need to be better.
